Episode 1 & 2 : A New Beginning at Royal High
She looked at herself in the mirror, tracing the scars on her shoulder where she had once sought relief from inner torment. The pain was deep, but it was nothing compared to the ache in her heart. “Miss Seraphina,” her maid’s voice broke through her reverie.
Startled, she turned to see Genny standing there with a smile that didn’t reach her eyes. Seraphina despised these false smiles, the façades people put up to survive in her world. “I’ll be down in a minute,” she murmured, more to herself than to Genny, before returning to her reflection.
Ugly. Disgusting. That’s what she saw staring back at her. She reached for baggy jeans and an oversized sweater, armor against the world she faced daily.
Descending the grand staircase, she couldn’t help but notice the opulence of her home. Crystal chandeliers cast shimmering patterns on marble floors, portraits of ancestors looked down from gilded frames, and vases held fresh flowers arranged meticulously. Yet, amidst the splendor, there was a chilling emptiness that echoed in every room.
Approaching the dining table, Seraphina halted as she saw her parents already seated. A shiver ran down her spine as she cautiously took her place.
“You’re late,” her father’s voice cut through the air as his hand struck her cheek with surprising force. Her head spun from the impact, but she remained silent, accustomed to such outbursts.
“I’m sorry, father,” she whispered, her voice barely audible.
“Didn’t you train your daughter well?” Her father’s accusation was aimed at her mother, who sat in stony silence, her eyes fixed on her plate. Seraphina felt her mother’s disappointment like a weight on her shoulders.
“You’ll be going to Royal High starting tomorrow,” her father announced suddenly, dropping a bombshell. Seraphina’s heart sank, but she nodded mechanically.
“Don’t disgrace me. You are already a disgrace,” he sneered, rising abruptly and leaving the room.
“I wished I never birthed you,” her mother’s words were sharp as knives, punctuating the cold atmosphere before she too departed, leaving Seraphina alone at the table.
This wasn’t the first time she had heard such words. Her parents’ disdain had become a familiar companion over the years. Seraphina sighed softly, pushing food around her plate. There were no tears; she had long since exhausted her tears. Instead, a deep-seated numbness settled in her chest.
She was used to it.
SHADOW VIPERS HIDEOUT
Finnian, Jasper, Rafferty, and Stellan gathered around the dimly lit table in their underground hideout. It was their routine meeting, a time for business and decisions that shaped their notorious gang’s operations.
“One of our men has been stealing from us and selling drugs to our rivals,” Jasper’s voice was thick with anger as he slammed his fist on the table.
Rafferty’s hand instinctively went to his gun, earning him his nickname “Rage” among the gang. His temper was notorious, and his eyes glinted dangerously in the low light. “Sit down, Rafferty. Always on edge. Why don’t you—”
Stellan’s words were cut off as Rafferty pointed his gun at him, his voice deadly calm. “Repeat that.”
“Both of you, can you stop this? Your never-ending feud,” Jasper interjected, already weary of their constant bickering.
“What do we do, Finnian?” Jasper turned to their leader, the man known as the Devil Incarnate for his cold demeanor and lethal skills.
Finnian, who had been silently smoking and staring at the ceiling, finally spoke. His cold, green eyes bore into each member of the Vipers, instilling fear in their hearts.
“Name?” he demanded, his voice slicing through the tension like a blade.
“Allen,” Jasper replied, his voice betraying a hint of nervousness.
Without hesitation, Finnian rose from his seat, his movement so sudden that it sent a ripple of shock through the room. “You’re going?,” Jasper said with a brief of shock for a moment.
“Send me the location. After I’m done, send our men to clean up the mess.”
With that, Finnian disappeared from their sight, leaving behind a heavy silence punctuated only by the soft murmur of the underground hideout.
“This is going to be bloody,” Jasper sighed, rubbing his temples wearily.
“I could have handled it better,” Rafferty muttered under his breath, his jaw clenched in frustration.
“As if?” Stellan scoffed, his voice laced with mocking amusement, which only served to further stoke Rafferty’s anger.
The tension between Rafferty and Stellan simmered, threatening to boil over into another confrontation. “Not again,” Jasper sighed, regretting why he hadn’t gone with Finnian to ensure things didn’t escalate.
“I wished I went with Finnain” Jasper whispered to himself before walking away leaving those two lost in their heated argument.
BLACKMAN MANSION
Seraphina wandered aimlessly through the expansive grounds of Blackman Mansion, her parents’ opulent estate that felt more like a prison than a home. They had left on another one of their lengthy trips, leaving her to fend for herself in the cavernous mansion for what seemed like an eternity.
Taking advantage of their absence, she decided to take a solitary walk, hoping the fresh air would clear her mind from the suffocating atmosphere indoors. She strolled leisurely, letting her feet carry her wherever they pleased, until she found herself at the playground nestled at the far edge of the estate.
The swing set beckoned to her, a nostalgic relic from her childhood. Stephanie approached it and sank onto the seat, gently pushing herself back and forth, lost in her own thoughts.
It was in this moment of solitude that a sharp crack shattered the peaceful surroundings—a gunshot. Stephanie’s heart leaped into her throat, and she froze, every nerve on edge.
The sound echoed in the quiet afternoon air, sending a shiver down her spine. She dared not move, fearing what she might see if she turned around. Was someone hurt? Was there danger lurking in the shadows of her sanctuary?
After what felt like an eternity of paralyzed terror, Stephanie mustered the courage to stand. Her hands trembled violently as she reached for her phone, fingers fumbling to dial 911. The device slipped from her grasp, landing with a muffled thud on the ground.
As she picked up her device ready to hit the call button she felt a cold metal behind her head .
A voice, cold as ice and filled with lethal intent, sliced through the silence from behind her. “Hit the call button or take a step, and I’ll decapitate you right now, starting with blowing that brain of yours.”
Episode 3 & 4 : A Dangerous Attraction
SHADOW VIPERS HIDEOUT
Jasper paced back and forth, the gnawing worry about Finnain’s prolonged absence eating at him. He tried to mask his concern, but the persistent questions looped through his mind.
Did he have any trouble?
Did something happen?
“Calm down, Jas. You know how Finnain is when he goes on a mission alone,” Stellan said, lounging unbothered on the worn-out sofa, his eyes lazily following Jasper’s anxious movements.
“I know, it’s just—” Jasper began, his voice trailing off. He sighed deeply, running a hand through his hair before sinking into a chair, feeling the weight of his anxiety.
“This is why I should have handled it,” Rafferty grumbled, his ever-present anger bubbling to the surface. His face was set in a scowl, the tension in his muscles evident as he leaned against the wall.
“Oh, shut it, Rafferty. The last mission Finnain went on with us was four years ago, and you almost died if not for Finnian. Moreover, you are the weakest,” Stellan mumbled the last part with a smirk on his face, his eyes glinting with a mix of amusement and disdain.
“Fucking bastard,” Rafferty snarled, his anger flaring. He lunged at Stellan, fists flying, and soon they were locked in yet another fight, their grunts and curses filling the room.
“I can’t take this anymore,” Jasper whispered to himself, the chaos around him barely registering as he pulled out his phone. He was about to dial Finnain’s number when the door burst open, halting his movement.
Men stormed into the room, guns drawn and faces twisted with malicious intent. They surrounded the trio, their presence a stark contrast to the earlier bickering.
One of the men stepped forward, a sinister grin spreading across his face as he began to laugh. “I didn’t know that the Shadow Vipers are so easy to find,” he chuckled, his voice dripping with mockery.
Stellan and Rafferty, who had been in the midst of their heated argument, stopped and turned to face the intruders. Their expressions hardened, a dangerous glint in their eyes.
“So you’re part of the Mob gang that Allen was selling drugs to,” Stellan said, his tone unbothered, almost bored. His calm demeanor belied the lethal danger he posed.
Stellan was a silent killer, his unflappable behavior making him a formidable opponent. In battle and gang fights, he was a psycho, his lack of visible emotion unnerving to those who faced him.
Jasper leaned back in his chair, a chuckle escaping his lips when one of the men pointed a gun at him. “Give up, Jasper. This is the end,” the man declared, his confidence palpable.
“I can’t take this fucking shit anymore,” Jasper muttered, his patience wearing thin. But before he could give an order, Rafferty sprang into action, his fury driving him as he slashed through their attackers with a knife.
“You asshole, you can’t get all the fun!” Stellan shouted, his own psychotic tendencies unleashed. He joined the fray with a savage grin, his movements precise and deadly.
Jasper watched as the two of them tore through their enemies. Blood splattered everywhere, painting the walls and floor in a gruesome tableau.
“More!” Stellan screamed, his body soaked with blood, his eyes wild with a manic gleam.
“More blood!” he demanded, his laughter echoing through the hideout. This was the problem with Stellan, he became a complete psychopath in the heat of battle, losing himself to the chaos and violence.
His behavior sent chills down Rafferty’s spine. Stellan turned towards Rafferty, eyes gleaming with madness, gripping a bloodied knife tightly.
“Stellan, snap out of it!” Rafferty yelled, backing away, his voice tinged with fear and desperation.
Jasper stepped forward, quickly injecting Stellan with a sedative before he could lose complete control. Stellan’s eyes rolled back as the drug took effect, and he slumped forward.
Before he could hit the floor, Rafferty caught him, his usual rage replaced with worry. Despite his constant anger, Rafferty cared deeply for Stellan, hiding his concern behind his tough exterior.
“I’ll take him home,” Rafferty said, his voice softer than usual as he lifted Stellan gently. Jasper watched them, a mixture of relief and lingering worry on his face.
As Rafferty carried Stellan out, Jasper sighed deeply. They were all messed up—so broken and damaged beyond repair. Each of them had their own demons, their own scars that ran deep.
But the most messed up of them all was Finnain. Jasper’s thoughts turned back to his missing friend, the worry gnawing at him once more.
Jasper grabbed his phone, dialing Finnain’s number. The ringing seemed to stretch into eternity before it went to voicemail. He hung up, frustrated and concerned, knotting in his chest.
He made another call, summoning a clean-up crew to deal with the bloody aftermath of the fight. The room was a mess, a testament to the violent lives they led.
Yeah, they were all broken beyond repair, but they were still family. And family, no matter how damaged, always looked out for each other. Jasper pocketed his phone, a sense of determination settling over him.
Finnain would come back. He had to. And until then, they would hold their ground, messed up as they were.
BACK AT THE PLAYGROUND
Seraphina froze as cold metal was pressed against the back of her head. She was shaking in fear.
Is this how she was going to die? She thought.
“Hit the fucking call button and I’ll decapitate you starting with that fucking brain of yours,” the stranger said.
A chill ran down her spine. Never in her life had she ever heard such a dark, cold, and dangerous voice before.
She’s going to die.
But at least let me see my killer’s face.
Her hands still in the air, and her phone on the ground, she turned around. A gasp left her mouth.
She was met with the most beautiful green eyes she had ever seen in her life.
So beautiful yet dangerous.
His black curly hair contrasted with the mask he wore from his nose down. He wore black cargo pants and a gangster-style outfit adorned with chains.
She snapped out of her thoughts when she saw his hand moving toward the trigger.
“Please,” she whispered, tears falling from her eyes.
Before he could pull the trigger, she closed her eyes, waiting for her death.
Just then, Finnain heard Jasper’s voice through the earpiece that communicated with the other members.
Jasper must have hacked into it.
“Get out of there, Finnain,” Jasper’s voice boomed.
“What’s going on?” he asked, his gun still pointed at the girl in front of him.
“You’re surrounded. The mob gang must have known one of us would kill Allen, and they called the police.”
“Fuck,” he yelled angrily.
“There’s no way out, Finnain. The only way is killing all the police, and that will put us in a lot of trouble,” Jasper said. “But you have an advantage, though. No one has seen your face since you always wear your mask.”
Finnain didn’t wait to hear what Jasper had to say. He removed the earpiece and smashed it on the floor.
He could see the police getting nearer, so he slid his gun back, making it out of sight.
Removing his mask and a gasp was heard from Seraphina.
If Beauty was a person it would have been the stranger that’s about to kill her.
Then he stared at the stranger he was about to kill.
This was the only way.
Fuck.
Finnain knew he would hate himself for what he’s about to do.
He grabbed her by the waist, pulling her closer to him, and smashed his lips on hers.
Episode 5 & 6 : Unveiling the Shadows
Seraphina froze as the stranger slammed his lips on hers.
This was her first kiss, so she didn’t know how to kiss someone. In fact, she had never had someone to kiss or a boy kissing her. She stood there, frozen in shock, not knowing what to do.
Finnian kissed her as if they were a couple, because this was the only way out, and as much as he hated the idea, he had no other option.
“Freeze!” he heard the police say as he stopped kissing her, before whispering in her ear.
“Say a word, and I’ll end your bloodline,” he threatened before moving away.
His once cold eyes were replaced with confusion and fear.
“What’s going on?” he asked, his voice shaking, his arms still around her waist.
“Did you see any killer or dead body?” one of the policemen asked.
“No,” Finnian replied, masking his emotions, trying to convince the police. He would have killed every one of them, but the last thing he wanted was to get a record.
Then the policeman faced the girl. Seraphina, who was frozen the whole time, was asked a question.
“What’s your name, miss?”
She looked at the policeman who was asking the questions.
“Se-Seraphina,” she replied, still scared of what had happened earlier.
“And who’s this young man beside you?” she started to shake in fear.
As Seraphina stared at him, one side gaze was enough to know what to do. She swallowed hard. What could she say? There’s no way she could say he’s her brother. The police had just seen them kiss. So she was left with one option.
“H-he’s my b-boyfriend,” she stuttered.
Finnian’s eyes widened when she said that, but quickly went back to his masked, confused state.
“Yeah, she’s my girlfriend,” he confirmed.
After a few more questions, they let them go.
As they walked farther away, Seraphina’s only hope was that he wouldn’t kill her.
Finnian couldn’t help but get angry. Now, he couldn’t kill her. Killing her would only make things worse. He stopped walking, pulling her harshly. His cold, dangerous eyes were back as he stared at her coldly while Seraphina shivered in fear.
“You listen to me, and you listen good,” Finnian hissed, his grip tightening on her arm. “You saw what I did back there, and you’re still breathing only because it suits me. You’re in deep now, and there’s no crawling out. One wrong move, one slip of the tongue, and I’ll make sure you and everyone you care about suffer in ways you can’t even imagine. I’ll erase every trace of you from this world, and it will be as if you never existed.”
He leaned in closer, his voice dropping to a menacing whisper, “You think today was bad? Pray you never find out just how far I’m willing to go. Keep your mouth shut, play your part, and maybe—just maybe—you’ll get out of this alive. Do you understand?”.
Seraphina nodded, too terrified to speak. Her heart pounded in her chest, and her breath came in shallow gasps. She knew he meant every word. The ice in his eyes, the menace in his voice, there was no doubt he would follow through on his threats.
Satisfied, Finnian released her, but not before leaning in close, his lips brushing against her ear as he whispered, “Don’t think for a second that I won’t be watching. One hint of betrayal, and I’ll make you wish you’d never been born.”
He walked away, leaving her trembling in the wake of his threat, the shadows of the alley closing in around her. As he disappeared into the darkness, Seraphina realized the gravity of her situation. She was entangled with a dangerous stranger. She was just met, and one wrong move could cost her everything.
SHADOW VIPERS MANSION
Rafferty was in Stellan’s room, looking out for him, worry etched on his face. Meanwhile, Jasper paced restlessly in the living room. The tension in the mansion was palpable, quiet before the storm.
The front door swung open, and Finnian walked in, radiating anger and danger. Jasper looked up, relief and concern mixing on his face.
“You’re back,” Jasper said, rushing towards him, but Finnian walked away, ignoring him, and headed upstairs to his room.
Once inside, the dam of his restraint broke. His fist crashed into the mirror, shattering it. Blood rushed from his knuckles, but he didn’t feel the pain. All he felt was anger—seething, uncontrollable anger.
Then, the flashbacks began.
“You’re a monster!”
“You were never meant to be born!”
“I hate you!”
“Why can’t you just disappear?”
“You’re nothing but a curse!”
“Everyone would be better off if you were dead!”
The cruel words from his past echoed in his mind, each one a dagger to his already wounded soul. Finnian squeezed his eyes shut, trying to force the memories away, but they kept coming, relentless and unforgiving.
“Finnian!” a voice yelled, pulling him back to reality.
Jasper stood in the doorway, his eyes wide with concern. He took in the sight of Finnian’s bloody knuckles and the shattered mirror. Finnian’s eyes, usually so cold and unreadable, were a storm of rage and hurt.
“You’re bleeding,” Jasper whispered, his voice trembling.
Finnian, unaware of the extent of his injuries, glanced at his hand, seeing the blood for the first time. He turned his back to Jasper, trying to regain his composure.
“Get out,” he said, his voice low and dangerous.
“But—” Jasper began, his concern deepening.
Finnian cut him off sharply. “Get out!” he yelled, his voice echoing off the walls. He turned to face Jasper, his eyes blazing. “Just because we’re brothers doesn’t mean you can enter my room without my permission. If you do it again, I swear to God, Jasper, I’ll fucking kill you.”
Jasper could only nod, fear and sadness mingling in his eyes. He backed out of the room, closing the door quietly behind him. Finnian was left alone with his shattered mirror and bleeding knuckles, his heart pounding with a mix of rage and pain.
The mansion was a testament to their messed-up lives, a place where danger lurked in every corner and emotions were weapons as deadly as any blade. Finnian, the leader of the Shadow Vipers, was a man haunted by his past, driven by anger and a thirst for control. And in moments like these, the cracks in his armor showed just how deep his wounds ran.
ROYAL HIGH SCHOOL
Jessica, Mandy, Rose, and Stella were buzzing with excitement as they walked inside the school gates, their laughter echoing down the hallways. The four girls, known as the queen bees of Royal High, had a reputation for being the most popular and the most feared girls in school. They were beautiful, wealthy, and utterly ruthless, ruling the social hierarchy with an iron fist.
“I can’t wait to see Finnian,” Jessica said, her eyes sparkling with a mix of longing and determination. She had been obsessed with him for as long as she could remember, ever since she first laid eyes on him. Finnian, the leader of the Viper boys, was a mystery wrapped in danger, and Jessica loved the thrill of it.
“He’s so mysterious and powerful,” Jessica continued, her voice dreamy. “Did you see the way he looked at those guys who tried to mess with him? It was like they were nothing to him. Absolutely chilling.”
“Finnian is definitely something,” Mandy agreed, flipping her hair over her shoulder. “But have you seen Rafferty? He’s got those intense eyes and that silent, brooding vibe. Everyone knows he has anger issues, and it’s like he’s this ticking time bomb, ready to explode. It’s terrifying, but in the most fascinating way.”
Mandy had always been drawn to Rafferty’s quiet intensity. There was something about his piercing eyes and the barely contained rage that drove her wild.
Rose giggled, her cheeks flushing pink. “Stellan is my dream. He’s so dangerous, and there’s this air of unpredictability about him. You never know what he’s going to do next, and it keeps me on my toes. It’s like he’s this dark, mysterious force.”
Stella rolled her eyes playfully. “You’re all missing out. Jasper is the one for me. He’s always got that dangerous glint in his eye and he’s constantly up to something. He’s got this charisma that’s just impossible to resist. And when he smiles… it’s like he’s planning something devious.”
The girls sighed collectively, lost in their fantasies. The Viper boys were the talk of the school, surrounded by rumors and mystery. Everyone knew they were dangerous, possibly connected to the infamous Shadow Vipers, a criminal organization. The danger only added to their allure, making them the ultimate bad boys.
They were the queen bees, the girls who could have anyone they wanted. But their hearts were set on the Viper boys, the most dangerous and intriguing guys at Royal High. Their obsession with the boys was more than just a crush—it was a deep, consuming desire to be part of their dark, mysterious world.
“Do you think they really are part of the Shadow Vipers?” Rose asked, her voice a whisper.
“Who knows?” Jessica replied, a sly smile on her lips. “But one thing’s for sure—we’re going to find out.”
The girls’ laughter rang out as they made their way to their next class, each of them lost in thoughts of the boys who had captured their hearts and imaginations.
Seraphina stared at the imposing school building in front of her, sighing deeply. Today marked her first day at Royal High School. She hoped desperately that she could just get through this and eventually graduate.
As she stepped out of the car and entered the bustling hallway, it was filled with people she already found herself disliking. Instinctively, she adjusted her school blazer, though it was already perfectly in place.
Navigating through the crowd, Seraphina spotted a girl who seemed approachable. “Umm, hi,” she whispered nervously.
The girl turned to her and Seraphina feared she had made a mistake. However, before she could retreat, the girl smiled warmly and introduced herself, “Hi, I’m Sarah.”
“I’m Seraphina,” she whispered back, adjusting her round glasses nervously.
“You must be new,” Sarah remarked kindly.
“Yeah, do you know where the principal’s office is?” Seraphina asked, relieved to find someone willing to help.
Sarah nodded enthusiastically and guided Seraphina through the maze of corridors to the principal’s office. Seraphina couldn’t help but feel grateful for the unexpected kindness.
After retrieving her schedule, Seraphina noticed she had math next.
“Let me see your schedule,” Sarah said suddenly, making Seraphina jump when she saw her waiting outside.
She handed Sarah her schedule for the semester, and Sarah smiled broadly. “We have all our classes together!” Sarah exclaimed, accompanying Seraphina as she continued to chat enthusiastically while Seraphina listened quietly. Seraphina had never had a friend before, so she was cautious not to do anything that might make Sarah dislike her.
Inside the classroom, Seraphina introduced herself before taking her seat. Mrs. Addams, as she later found out her math teacher’s name to be, began the lecture.
Suddenly, the door burst open and four boys entered. The whole class erupted in excited screams…
🗣️: “Finnain is still handsome as ever”
🗣️: “Please fuck me Stellan”.
🗣️: “Marry me Jasper abd fuck sense out of me Rafferty”
Someone yelled .
“Shut up bitches” the queen bees yelled together and the whole class went silent.
Seraphina looked up, startled, as the boys causing chaos entered the classroom. Her eyes widened when she recognized him—it was the stranger she had encountered last night. When their eyes met, she froze, but he seemed unperturbed. His cold gaze and dangerous aura sent shivers down her spine.
To make matters worse, he took a seat at the back of her classroom.
“Nice entry, Vipers. Detention after school,” Mrs. Addams said sternly before resuming her teaching.
Seraphina tried to concentrate, but she couldn’t shake off her fear. Every hair on her body stood on end. Was he going to harm her? Was she in danger? Why did she have to end up in the same school as him?
Before she knew it, the class was over, and she realized she hadn’t taken any notes. Hurriedly grabbing her book, she noticed that no one else was moving.
“Lest I forget, since you’re late, Finnain, you’ll be Seraphina’s guide for the whole semester since she’s new,” Mrs. Addams announced before leaving the room.
Confused, Seraphina whispered to herself, “Who’s Finnain?” She soon found out when Finnain stood up and casually sauntered over to Seraphina’s desk. She froze as she realized who he was.
“I think I’ll do a pretty nice job, right, Seraphina?” Finnain said with a smirk, though his eyes remained cold and indifferent.
Seraphina felt all eyes in the classroom on them, astonished that Finnain, of all people, was complying with a teacher. Even the other boys, the Vipers, looked shocked.
“Or should I say, my girlfriend?” Finnain added casually, causing a gasp to ripple through the classroom. All attention turned to them.
Seraphina’s eyes widened in horror. Oh God, what had she gotten herself into?
She felt the weight of four intense gazes locked onto her. Frozen in fear, she did the unthinkable.
She peed her pants.
