Episode 55 & 56 : A Fresh Start

“Ouch my head “Skylar winced as she sat up on the bed.
“You’re awake…” roselle walked into the room, already dressed for school.
”I know you will complain about headache, that’s why I made a hangover for you”she smiled handing her the cup.
“What’s the meaning of this? Like when do we became close, and it got to the essence of giving me that… and what happened last night “she said.
“Mom and dad were worried about you last night,you came home drunk and tattered….you even said sorry to me,I don’t know why thou”she explained.
Skylar held her head as memories of last night came rushing like a flash into her head.
“Yeah I remember… some guys were trying to take advantage of me..but a guy came and fought with them..I even kissed him..”she gasped.
“I kissed a stranger”she gasped again.
“You’re lucky those boys didn’t harm you..why will you even drink in the first place?”roselle asked.
“It’s because of him… Bryce..I wanna experience how love look like, just take a look at you and Miguel..you both are fine together ,okay what about Bryce and bianca they’re fine too…do you think I’ll find love too”she asked slowly.
“Yeah, you’re a beautiful girl..who won’t like you but you should let boys chase you not the other way round”roselle said.
“Okay I heard you but what if they find out I’ve slept with many boys,will they still like me?coz am sure Bryce would have liked me if am not sleeping around.
“You should try looking for your own man,not someone else own”roselle said.
“but do you mind telling me how all this sex of a thing started, but it’s fine if you don’t wanna tell me”Roselle said.
“A friend of mine made me like this?”she said.
“A friend?”
“Yeah she’s no longer attending the school… she said she’s no longer a virgin and she said I should try having sex too, she said it’s fun..”

“I don’t know …… But I can That very day her parents were not around and we decided to do a sleepover at her house.
FLASHBACK
It was the last day of exam Mira(Skylar friend) held naive and innocent Skylar into their quest room.Mira opened the door and they both stepped inside.
A guy was sitting on the bed as he pressed his phone,he took his eyes from the phone and winked at skylar.
“Mira I thought you said you wanna show me something in your room and who’s this?”she asked in disgust.
“The guy who will make you to see heaven when he start riding on you”Mira said.
“Mira… What are you talking about?”
“When I told you I’ve tasted that thing already you thought I was joking,well I’ve tasted it and it’s so sweet…so i thought maybe you’ll like to taste it too”mira smiled.
“Mom said I should give my virginity to my future husband”she said and Mira burst into laughter.
“You see why I said you’re too naive.. your mom is just decieving you..am sure your father isn’t the man she gave her virginity to”She scoffed.
“Don’t say such about my parents, infact am out of here”She turned to the door, but Mira quickly pushed her in and locked the door from outside.
“Mira let me out of here..I don’t wanna do this please”she begged as she barged on the door.
“You’ll enjoy it trust me”She yelled from outside and walked away.
“Mira please…”Skylar yelled.
“Hey girl just calm down okay..am sure you’ll enjoy it”He said and took off his belt.
“Please Mister I don’t wanna do this… just don’t do this please”She pleaded.
“Blah blah blah… just get on the bed let’s get to business.. don’t make me force you”he said, advancing towards her.
“Sir, I can pay you any amount of money you want..my dad is very rich, but just let me please”she cried.
“Am paid for this already..no need to beg”he said and tore her top off.
“Noooo!!!”
END OF FLASHBACK
” I came back that day, looking all dirty and useless..mom and dad didn’t even ask me what was wrong with me.. “She cried.
“What about your friend?”roselle asked.
“And that stupid girl Mira,I went to there house the following week and they told me they move out..I was still trying to recover myself from the shock,when a message popped into my phone,it was from her..💌 It’s me Mira, hope you enjoyed it..well am glad you did.let me burst your bubble..I decieved you,am still intact hahahaha.. and I wasn’t really your friend from the start,I only befriend coz your parents are rich and am also jealous of your beauty,so i’d to do that… still your worst friend Mira hahaha 💌”she said.
“I cried my eyes out when I read the message..I treat her like my sister..I can’t believe she did that to me and since then I became addicted to sex”she said.
“omg am so sorry for reminding you about that and you should take your bath now else we will be late for school”Roselle said.
“It’s fine.. thanks for the hangover”She said and walked into the bathroom.
≈SENIOR CLASS≈
The lecturer was teaching as the students paid full attention to her.
Another teacher came and whispered something into her ears, before walking out of the class.
“Hey guys I hope you all know jasper Edison and juris Noah,well both of them has left the school already… and guess what? we’ve another student who will be joining us today”she said.
👥Omg , can’t wait to see the person.
👥Am sure the person is a girl.
👥No it must be a boy.
“Frank you can come in now”She said and Frank walked into the class.
Skylar eyes widened immediately she saw him.
“Wait,is the same guy from last night But What’s he doing here?”she screamed inwardly.
“Hey class..my name is Frank Norman.. it’s nice meeting you all”he smiled and he looked round the class and his eyes met with skylar but she immediately look away.
“Okay I think you should go seat on the chair next to Skylar.. and Skylar will be your tour guide for today”The teacher said and Skylar eyes widened the more.
“Okay ma’am.”He said and walked to where he was directed to.
“I love your short hair seatmate”He said as he sat down on his chair.
Skylar eyed him before facing the teacher.
≈AT THE CAFETERIA≈
Bianca and roselle were seated on their normal spot as they ate their food.miguel and Bryce were seated at they own spot too.
“Guess what bestie?”she Said.
“What’s that?”she said, already knowing what she wanna talk about.
“Okay I met Skylar trying to have sex on my baby and being the crazy girl,I gave her a dose of her medicine”She smiled proudly.
Roselle didn’t say a word,she just kept a normal face.if it was to be before she would have start rolling on the ground in laughter immediately she heard that.
“Why’s your face like that?”she asked.
“Nothing”She said and sipped her drink.
“Wait,I know why your face is like that…is because Skylar is your sister right?”Bianca said.
“Kinda”she muttered.
“Well if she try to do anything stupid with Bryce,I won’t think twice before dealing with her”bianca said.
“She’s now changed and….”
“Skylar change? only a fool will believe that”she said and roselle sighed.
Meanwhile Skylar could be seen eating quietly at a spot.she would have loved to go seat with roselle, but she’s afraid of bianca.she might beat her again, maybe this time around she would cut all her hair.
Frank eyes searched round the cafe,he smiled when he saw skylar.he started walking towards her.
“Can I seat with you?”Frank asked, bringing her to reality.
“Erm.. someone is sitting there, so no you can’t seat in there”She managed to say.
“Okay, but if the person comes I’ll leave”he said and sat down.
“You’re the girl from last night right?”He asked.
“I don’t know what you’re talking about”she said,not looking at him.
“It’s you”he said.
“And I said it’s not me”.
“Why are you denying it..is it because of the kiss?”he asked and she choked on the food.
He quickly hand her his water, but she didn’t collect it.she took hers instead.
“You see it’s you so stop denying it”.
“Yeah it’s me… can you stop talking about the kiss, yonno what?, let’s just forget about the kissing stuff coz you and I know I was drunk when I did that”She snapped.
“You can’t just say that the kiss is nothing…that was my first kiss”he said and Skylar Burst into laughter.
“Your first kiss?am sure you must have kissed a lot of bitches..”.
“Do I look like a playboy?”he cut her off.
“What do I expect from handsome guys like you”She scoffed.
“You just said am handsome”Frank smiled.
“You’re crazy” she said.
“I know..and you should thank me for saving you from those bad guys last night” he said.
“I didn’t asked you too”She scoffed.
“So ungrateful”He said.
“You know what?am out of here and thank you for making me lose my appetite”she stood up and left the cafe, feeling pissed already.
“Woah free food”He rubbed his palm and took Skylar food and pour it on his and started eating both .
“Hmmm,so yummy”he moaned.
≈VP MANSION : SKYLAR ROOM≈
Skylar could be seen pressing her laptop while roselle was looking for a clothes to put on.she planned on visiting Adele today.
“Where are you off to?”Skylar asked.
“Thought you wouldn’t ask?Well am going to see mom,I wanna know how she’s doing”she said.
“That woman?you still call her mom?”she scoffed.
“I do coz I still consider her as one”she said, wearing her shoes.
“Hmmm,I’ve remember something…it seems like you know that boy.. frank”Roselle said and Skylar sighed.
“He was the guy I told you I kissed at the bar”she whispered.
“What!!!”roselle yelled.
“Yeah..he keep following me everywhere I go like a bee..that guy is a jerk”she said.
“Do you think he like you?”she said and Skylar chuckled.
“I don’t think so,he has a girlfriend…saw him talking to her on the phone”she scoffed.
“Whatever”roselle said with an eye roll and started walking towards the door.
“Take care”Skylar said.
Roselle turned and looked at her in surprise.
“You know what? I like this new you.. just continue being like this,I don’t want you to go back to your old self”Roselle said.
“Was I that bad?”
“Real bad, but that God you changed for the better”she said and left the room.
“Changed? better?do I really changed”she asked no one in particular.
≈ADELE HOME≈
A car pulled to a halt in front of Adele’s apartment and roselle alighted from it.
she looked around the whole place in tears and joy.she really missed this place,coz lots of her childhood memories are in here.
“Ma’am are you sure you will be fine inside”the bodyguard her dad assigned for her asked.
“I’ll be fine.. just stay outside while I go inside”She smiled and walked to the door and before she could touched the door, the door opened on his own.The door wasn’t locked.
Adele was seated on the wooden chair,her back was facing roselle and she was holding one of roselle old picture in her hand.
“Roselle I missed you so much”She cried as she caressed the picture.
“Mom!!”she called as she hugged her from behind.
“I can even hear your sweet voice and feel your touch”she smiled.
Roselle release her and stood at her front.
“Mom it’s me…”roselle said and Adele eyes widened immediately and she hugged her tightly to her self.
“Am so sorry”she hiccuped in tears.
“I was so desperate roselle, hope you’ve forgiven me already”she said.
“Have forgiven you already so no need to cry”Roselle said as she pat her back.
Episode 57 & 58 : Facing the Unknown

Few minutes later,
“Hmmm,so tasty”roselle moaned as she ate from pasta sauce Adele made.
“Really?”Adele asked.
“I miss your food so much “she said.
“Roselle am sorry, I really am”she pleaded and roselle sighed.
“And I’ve told you, I’ve forgiven you already, but am mad at you for not telling me earlier “she pouted.
“I wanted to but am scared you will run away or hate me forever “she muttered.
“I understand “roselle stood up from the chair and started walking away.
“Roselle where are you going to?”she asked and started walking with her.
“Am going home “she said.
“Home already?but I thought you’re gonna stay with me for tonight “she said.
“No I would love to but mom and dad won’t let me and what about school?my things are not even here “she said.
“But….”
“Don’t worry I’ll come visiting you from time to time “she said and hugged her.
“Okay “Adele said and disengaged from the hug.
“Bye mom “she said and entered the car and zoom off.
“Bye child “Adele muttered and cleaned up the little tears that was threatening to fall from her eyes.
≈ROMAN’S MANSION≈
Bianca’s room,
Bianca just finished having her bath.she put on her nighties and fell on the bed tiredly.she took her laptop and placed a video call with Bryce.
It didn’t take up to a minute before he picked the call.

A text message popped into her phone,it was from Bryce…

She smiled still looking at her phone,a knock was Heard from the door and she already guess who it is.
“Mom.. please am sleepy..go away “She said.
“Just let me in please..I wanna talk to you..”Michelle said and bianca scoffed.
“Fine,you can come in “she said and Michelle walked into the room.
“What do you want us to talk about?”she asked.
“Are you still mad at me?”she asked.
“No” she replied.
“Then why are giving me cold shoulders?”.
“You’re right am mad at you,you know why?…For saying ill words about Bryce”

“Yes..you shouldn’t have say such words about him”.

Episode 59 & 60 : Strength in Love

it’s Friday and all the students in the school could be seen doing one things or the other.
Skylar was going to the female dressing room which was closed to the male’s room a bit, when he saw frank calling someone on the phone.he was dressed in his sport outfit already.
“Woah.. he’s cute”she thought.
“Wait..did I just say he’s cute,oh God let it not be what am thinking”.
However she walked to closer,so she could hear what he’s saying.
“I promise to come over to your place this evening,I love you”he smiled, before hanging up.
He turned to leave when he saw skylar staring at him, like he has grown two heads.
“What’s with that look cutie”he winked at her.
“Just look at you flirting with me when you have a girlfriend..I pity that girl alot”she said and shook her head.
“Wait girlfriend? what are you talking about?”
“Don’t act dumb okay,I just saw you talking to your girlfriend on the pho…”she was cut short by his laughter.
“You’re so funny”he held his stomach as he continued laughing.

“I don’t have a girlfriend, that’s was my big sis…”He said.
“Oh…”she muttered in embarrassment.
“You look cute when jealous and am thinking of getting myself a girlfriend soon”
He moved closer to her and whispered in her ears.
“It might be you”he winked before walking away.
Skylar stood there for a while trying to process what just happened.
“Skylar calm down, he’s just playing with your brain”she smiled before entering the dressing room.
Bianca and Bryce sat at the corner of the pool as they watched people who were swimming in the pool.
“Why aren’t you swimming like the other guys” bianca asked as she held Bryce arm.
“I would have loved to swim but my mask might fall off”he said and she nodded.
“You’re right?But you should take your mask off now,I wanna keep seeing your cute face everyday”she pouted.
“Nah…if I take off the mask now.. everyone will know am the president said and I don’t want that popularity and you know those bitchy girls they will start running after me.why?,coz of my face and I don’t want that, but once we’re done with highschool I will stop wearing it”he said.

At that moment, Skylar walked to their front and bowed her head downward due to shame.
Bianca held Bryce hand tightly, she was afraid she will come take him from her.
“What do you want bitch?”she asked angrily.
She swallowed hard, before saying the shocking word …
“Am sorry “she spoke.
Bianca and Bryce looked at each other and turn to their back to see if skylar was talking to someone at their back, before looking at her again.
“Skylar repeat what you just said again”bianca said .
“I said am sorry and I mean it “she said.
“Why are you apologizing?”Bryce said with a raised brow.
“Well I’ve realized my mistakes,I just don’t want all this fighting and quarrelling to end ,I want us to be friends…”She said.
“Wait are you apologizing because of the beatings I gave you or what?”she asked angrily.
“No that’s not the reason am deeply sorry, hope you both can forgive me”
“We’ve forgiven you already , right baby?”he said as he turned to bianca who was keeping a straight face.
“Should I kneel down, just say it and I’ll do it, just to earn your forgiveness”she said with pleading eyes.
“I’ve forgiven you already”She said,not smiling.
“Really thanks..”She quickly hugged her tightly and bianca hugged her back.
They both disengaged from the hug.
“See you around”she smiled and ran away happily.
“She really changed”bianca said.
“It’s for the better”He said.
“Baby I wanna tell you something “he said.
“What’s that?”she smiled.
“After our exam..dad said I’ll be travelling to Italy.he said I’ll continue my education there”he said and her smile fell.
“What!!, you’re leaving me?”she asked slowly.
“I’ll come back I promise”he said while hugging her.
“What if you decided to not come back again or What if you decide to date another girl in Italy who is more beautiful than me huh”She cried.
“Do you trust me?”he asked.
“I do”she said.
“Then good and let me tell you something, you’re the most pretty girl have ever seen and there’s no way I’ll date another girl.. it’s you I love okay and you’ll Always remain in heart”He said, hugging her tightly.
