Episode 31 & 32 : Shocking Revelation
^^ HOSPITAL ^^
“You must be joking right? I mean how can I possibly be related to Elsa?”Vance asked not wanting to believe but the doctor brought out a piece of paper which he gave to him.
“That’s the DNA result which we got. It’s a ninety nine percent match, you are related to Elsa”.
“If am related to Elsa like you claim then am also related to Tracy and Angela, right?” Vance asked and the doctor nodded.
“It can’t be! It just can’t be!” He muttered as he got up.
“About you being a male, Is this just a get up or…”
“Am sorry doctor but I have to leave” Vance said and left his office.
His mind was in a daze, he has always known that his parent is out there somewhere but what he didn’t expect is that his parent will be Mr Martin.
He has to confirm this info and the only way to do that is by going to the orphanage home.
Vance took a taxi which drove him all the way back to his home town. He stopped at an hotel where he got himself male clothes.
With a cap fixed on his head, he trek the distance to the orphanage home where he grew up.
As always mother Rosa was enjoying her free time under the oak tree.
When he was little, he had always found her under the tree and she always welcome him into her laps and would pat him until he slept.
She must have felt his presence because she opened her eyes and on seeing him, she got to her feet.
“Is that you? Is it really my dear boy, Vance” she called as tears welled up in her eyes.
“It is me” Vance answered and quickly went to give her a hug.
“What have you been doing? At first it was James death and now the police are after you, when I didn’t hear anything about you, I thought something bad had happened to you. Am so glad you are safe, I really am glad that you are okay ” She said as Vance wipe the tears off her face.
“Are you staying? I can keep you safe here and…”
“Am not here to stay mother Rosa. Instead, I came to ask about my real family” Vance began.
“I found out something and I would like to know more about it”
“I knew this day will come and have been waiting for it, come here” she said,walking him back to the wooden chair she had been sitting on a while ago.
“It was eighteen years ago when I open the door and found you tucked up in a basket. I did my best in tracking your parents but found nothing but then a few months ago, a lady came to see me”
“Apparently she was one of the nurse who helped your mother give birth. She told me that on the day of your birth, you were switched with another child “.
“She had no say in it since she was just a newbie. They were going to kill you but then she brought you here and told me everything that happened” Mother Rosa added.
“Do you have any idea where the nurse is? I would like to talk to her” Vance said.
“Once in a month, she always check up on you but she hasn’t showed up for a year now “
“A year? Do you think she’s been killed?” Vance ask making mother Rosa scared.
“Never mind mother, I have to leave now but I will surely come back to see you” Vance promised.
“Take care of yourself my child, the death of James is already suffocating, don’t let me lose you too” she said and he gave her a hug before leaving the orphanage.
^^ BACK AT THE HOSPITAL ^^
“Am so glad you are okay now” Elsa said to Angela who was looking like the most healthy person on earth.
“I heard you guys donated your blood, thanks a lot” Angela said but Tracy who kept on calling Vance phone was too preoccupied to listen.
“What’s wrong with her?” Angela asked.
“Sarah is missing, I told Tracy here that she might have gone back home but she wouldn’t listen ” Elsa explain.
“If she was going home then, she would have told me, I can’t help but to worry” Tracy said just as her phone began to ring and immediately, she answered his call.
“Okay, I will be there. Don’t think of leaving the hotel” She said and after explaining to her sisters, Tracy left the hospital going to Vance hiding place.
“Do you need me to get you something?” Elsa asked Angela who told her that she wants water.
As soon as Elsa left to get the water, Maddox arrived.
“Am so glad you are doing well” He said giving Angela a hug.
“When I heard about the incident, I came straight away. Am sorry for not being by your side when it happen” Maddox said taking hold of her hand but Angela pulled away.
“And why should you have been by side when the incident occured? It’s not like am your girlfriend “
“When I heard about you being hurt, I realised that have not gotten a chance to tell you how I feel about you. Angela I…”
“Maddox, I know what you are going to say and let me tell you now that I don’t feel anything for you” Angela said cutting him off and unknown to them, Elsa stood at the door way watching the both of them.
“Am sure that if you search enough, you will find a sweet girl who will…”
“And who could this sweet girl possibly be?” Maddox asked cutting her off.
“It’s Elsa. She loves you a lot and am sure that I…”
“Love? I knew about Elsa feelings for me, I knew how she felt about me from the very beginning but I don’t love her” Maddox suddenly said shocking Elsa who had thought that she had hid her feelings well enough.
“Don’t you want to give it a try?”
“To heck with Elsa and her love. It’s your love that I want, I don’t need Elsa love infact let me make it clear to you now that I won’t ever look at anyone else except for you and so Elsa can keep her…”
“Shut up, Maddox ” Angela caution, having notice Elsa standing by the door way.
“Am just stating my mind and even if I see Elsa, I will tell her…”
“Shut the f**k up, Elsa is standing right there for Pete’s sake! ” Angela yelled.
Immediately, Maddox turn to stare at Elsa, shocked about her having heard what he said.
“Elsa you…”
“Here’s the water you asked for, I need to get back to the camp to assure the teacher that everything is fine” Elsa said and hurriedly left the room.
“Go after her!” Angela yelled at Maddox who went after Elsa but he was too late since she had gotten into a taxi which is taking her back to the camp ground.
^^ HOTEL ^^
As soon as Vance open the door, he was engulf in Tracy’s hug.
“Are you okay? Why did you leave without saying a thing?” Tracy asked.
“It’s just that I found out something” Vance muttered hesitating a little but then he ended up spilling the whole thing to her.
“So…you are saying that you are my fathers son and that you got switched at birth which means that one of us isn’t our father’s daughter” Tracy said, looking pale from the revelation.
“This is crazy. If it happens to be true just like you claim then the bastard amongst us is likely to be me since am the same age as you” Tracy added.
“Let’s not jump to conclusion Tracy. I think it’s best we wait and find out the truth than to….”
“Why wait when we can get the truth right now. Take your things Vance, we are going back home” Tracy ordered looking very distant and serious.
^^ MARTIN HOUSEHOLD ^^
“This had better be something important cause am meant to be at the hospital with my daughter” Mr Martin yelled at his private investigator as soon as he walk into the room.
“Have a look at this sir” The investigator said as he handed an envelope to him.
“What’s this?” mr Martin asked as he open the envelope to check out the content.
“Is this what I think it is?”
“Yes sir. That document confirms that Tracy isn’t your daughter” The Investigator said destroying everything Mr Martin have ever believed in.
“I thought it was a joke when I received an anonymous letter some months ago,I thought it was a lie and ignored it but it turns out to be the truth. If Tracy isn’t my daughter then where is my real child?”
“While having the DNA test done, I further did some investigation and I found out that on the day your late wife gave birth, your child was switched with another child and it was done by someone very close to you” The investigator told him and brought out his tab.
“It’s a CCTV footage of what took place years ago. It was hard acquiring it but somehow I got help from one of the nurses who was present during the incident, she told me that she also knows the whereabout of your real child”
Mr Martin quietly watched the footage and when it ended, he hit his hand hard on the table.
“How can she be so cruel? What the hell did she gain by taking my daughter away from me!” Mr Martin yelled.
“Am afraid to tell you that your missing child isn’t a girl but a boy and currently he is being pursued by the police for the death of his close friend”
“My son killed someone?”
“Am not sure about the details, if you want me to, I will investigate more on that” the investigator offered.
“Please do but first, I have to meet the devious being who started this” Mr Martin said as he left his office with his Investigator trailing behind him.
Tracy and Vance chose that moment to walk into the house.
“We need to talk, Dad” Tracy said.
“Not now, I have to do something very important” He said but Tracy held onto his hand.
“This is also important too. It’s about me, about my real identity ” Tracy said and that gave her his full attention.
“What exactly do you know?”
“I only know about the switch and nothing else. Is it true? Am I really not your daughter?” Tracy asked and by now some of the maids had stood to watch.
Lady young who walked in was surprised by the scene in front of her, what’s going on…she thought starring at everyone.
“Answer me dad”.
“Yes. I also just found out about it” Mr Martin replied.
“But how….how can it be? Who would be so cruel as to do something like that? ” Tracy said reeling from the shock.
“I was also going to ask the culprit but now that you are here, why don’t we just ask her together ” Mr Martin said and stared at lady young who was watching them in horror.
“Why did you switch the children? Why did you try to kill my child after he was born and what on earth did you hope to gain by making me believe that Tracy is my child when she’s yours!” Mr Martin yelled at a trembling lady young startling everyone except for his investigator.
NOTE: Lady Young is the head housekeeper in the Martin mansion.

Episode 33 & 34 (Finale) : How Everything turns out
^^ MARTIN MANSION ^^
“Wh..what do you mean? Why would you be asking me such question?” Lady young stammered trying to feign ignorance since she has been caught.
“Don’t you even try to deny it. All evidence points to you and it’s only you that will have a reason to do such devious things” Mr Martin said.
“Why would she? What’s her reason” a stunned Tracy said starring from lady young to Mr Martin.
“She and I were lovers once but it all ended when I met my wife. At first she was angry about it but then she accepted and asked me to give her a job, if I had known she was up to this devious plan, I will never have allowed her into my home again” Mr Martin shouted.
“Is what father saying the truth?” Tracy asked lady young who wanted to continue denying it but had no choice but to say the truth.
“Fine! I did it. I switch the babies. After everything I have been through just for you, you went along and got married to that idiot Beatrice. I couldn’t stand it, I wanted revenge and the best thing I could think of was taking your baby away for you to raise mine and you did it well. My daughter grew up in luxury while I had your son killed” she answered letting out an hysterical laugh.
“Angry? Hurt? That was how I felt years ago too. It’s only right that you go through the same” lady young said and continued laughing.
“You might have succeeded in switching the babies but you didn’t kill his son” Tracy was the one to speak
“I know you are trying to console your dad but I witnessed his son death years…”
“He didn’t die! Somehow he survive and he’s right here with us” Tracy shouted, taking hold of Vance hand.
“Sarah here is your son, dad” Tracy added lightly startling everyone.
“Is this some kind of joke?”Mr Martin said.
“It isn’t” Vance replied himself taking off the wig to reveal his real hair shocking everyone.
“Turns out I am your son” Vance added lightly starring at Mr Martin.
“This is crazy! I had him killed, I…” Lady young stopped talking and head straight to door making her escape before something worse happen to her.
“Are you really my son?” Mr Martin asked.
“We can get a DNA test done again. It was also a shocking news for me but then…I came to facts with it” Vance answered.
Tracy who was watching the scene with a mixture of sad expression on her face fainted bringing their attention to her again.
Tracy woke up to find herself in her room with Vance beside her.
“What happened?”
“You fainted and the doctor just left a while ago. How do you feel?”
“Terrible. Everything have ever believed in came crashing down on me and am at fault for you living your whole life without your parents. Am sorry ” Tracy said as she burst into tears while Vance held her close.
“None of it is your fault and without your help, I would never have made it this far”
“What are you going to do now?” Tracy asked, snuggling close to him.
“Dad and I talked about a lot of things while you were unconscious and one of it is to get lady young arrested. Hope it doesn’t bother you”
“It does since she’s my mom but she committed a crime and it’s only right that she gets punish ” Tracy said as fresh tears swell up in her eyes.
Vance saw this and pulled her into a tight hug.
“How do you plan on catching her?” Tracy asked.
“Here is what I have in mind “
^^ LADY YOUNG HIDING PLACE ^^
“How on earth did you let them catch you?” Silas, the man who have been helping lady young ask.
“He hired an investigator to find out the truth, if I had known then I would have stopped it” Lady young replied.
“Now that it has come to this why don’t we just take Tracy and….your phone is ringing” Silas said which got her answering immediately.
“Tracy my sweetie!” Lady young called expecting it to be Tracy but it was Vance who replied.
“Let’s meet “
“And why would I want to meet with you?”
“Since you failed to kill me the day you switched me with your daughter am giving you the chance to do it now” Vance replied.
“Is this a trick?” Lady young asked.
“I will be waiting in front of our school and I will be alone. If you don’t come see me then you will be throwing away the opportunity to kill me again” Vance said and ended the call.
“Get me some of your men” Lady young said to Silas.
Two hours later, the men arrived with a struggling Vance.
They made him kneel on the floor and pulled off the hood that had been use to cover his face.
“So it’s you Sarah, you’ve been under disguise, making a fool out of everyone!” Lady young said.
“Since Angela and Tracy are aware about it, I wouldn’t call it everyone” Vance said only to recieve a slap from her.
“I failed to kill you years ago but I won’t do that now” she said as she pulled out her gun.
“Before you kill me, I would like to know why you killed James” Vance asked.
“James? It’s simple, he was a distraction to Tracy. I had everything planned out for her, a rich father and also a rich fiance but then the stupid orphan came out of nowhere and ruined it all, he had to die”
“Why did you blame his death on Vance?”
“Let’s just say I was looking for someone to take the downfall and that stupid idol singer showed up at the right time. I killed James myself and planted his corpse in the idol home making him look like the culprit. It was so easy and….why are you even asking me this?” Lady young asked
“Turns out am that idol singer you killed his friend”
“Gosh! So the fugitive idol is also Martin son, what a twist!” She said as her laugh rang out in the room.
“You will pay for everything you’ve done?” Vance said.
“Pay? How do you intend to do that when you are going to die by my hands right here, right now?” She said pointing her gun on his forehead.
“I suggest you check the internet first before killing me” Vance said and immediately a guard came to her showing her the video of everything she just said.
“How come? Did you put on a hidden camera?” She yelled as she searched his body and found the tiny camera hidden on his shirt button.
“Thanks for confessing to your crime, am now free” Vance said as she hit him hard on the head.
“Am going to f^^king kill you!” She yelled wanting to pull the trigger but the arrival of the police ended the whole thing.
^^ THREE MONTHS LATER ~ AIRPORT ^^
“Do you really have to go?” Tracy asked Elsa who gave a nod in reply.
“It’s a opportunity of a life time, I can’t miss it” Elsa replied.
“Stop trying to coerce her, nothing is going to change her mind” Angela stated as she hug Elsa next.
“Study in your dream school and come back home to us” Angela said as they heard her flight to Korean being called.
“See you guys and don’t forget to greet Vance for me” Elsa added before disappearing into the crowd.
Though it took a while, she found her seat in the business class.
She was about bringing out head set when her seat partner arrived and the person she saw got her eyes widening.
“Since you won’t pick my calls, I decided to come along though I had to pay extra just to this seat” Maddox said as he sat beside her.
“Why are you here?”
“Am going to Korea with you”Maddox replied.
“Why?”
“Cause I realise that it’s going to be hard for me to live without seeing you”
“What am saying is that, am madly in love with you” Maddox added.
“All of a sudden. You’ve been ignoring me for months and just out of nowhere you show up telling me you love me?” Elsa said feeling annoyed and confused.
“I only stayed away to figure out my feelings and I finally realise. I know it’s going to be hard for you to believe me now but I plan on showing you how much I love you and have started by going with you to Korea and just so you know, have also enrolled in your school”
“That’s unfair!”
“Love is unfair. I love you Elsa and if it’s going to take the rest of my life to prove it to you then I will,so get ready cause am never going to give up” he added and she said nothing.
They were told to put on their seat belt for the take off and when the plane was finally on air, a smile tilted Elsa lips.
^^ MARTIN HOME ^^
Angela had finish dressing up when she was told by the maid that her escort have arrived.
She quickly rush downstairs to Jamie waiting for her.
Who would have thought that she would be so madly in love with a guy younger than her.
After her accident two month ago, Jamie had came to see her at the hospital, not for once leaving her side.
A bond of friendship had been formed which led to them being lovers. It was two weeks after they began dating that Jamie revealed that he’s been in love with her for a very long time.
“You look hot” Jamie whistle on seeing her.
“You don’t look bad yourself” He said pulling her into his arms to give her a kiss.
“Just so you know my brother also boarded the same flight with Elsa. They are probably together by now” Jamie inform.
“I hope things work out for them” Angela said and that earned her a kiss from Jamie.
“What was that for?”
“Just to tell you how much I love you”
“Same here kiddo” Angela tease lightly.
“Come on or we will be late to Vance concert” Jamie said and pulled her into the car.
^^ STADIUM ^^
Tracy stood amongst the crowd listening along to Vance music as he sang a song that melted everyone’s heart.
A lot has happened this past two month, her mother had been thrown in jail along with the man who claim himself to be her biological father. A trial had taken place and they were both sentenced to life imprisonment since they committed murder.
James have finally gotten the justice he deserve since they caught his real killer and there is Reed who left for Africa a week ago.
Though she’s not related to the Martin family, they all still love her the same especially her sisters.
And Vance is back to his career which is singing.
Thanks to the video he made of her mom, things turned out well for him.
Those who labelled him a fugitive began asking him to come back, it had made headline for weeks putting Vance in the spotlight again.
Many contracts were offered to him and he’s been busy trying to get them out of the way.
Watching him on the podium now made her heart swell with pride. Her love for him never diminish and she’s sure that his too will always stay the same.
“What’s up everyone!” Vance yelled which got everyone screaming as loud in return.
“I would like to sing a song. Actually it will be the first time I sing it since I made it for someone special ” Vance said which got his crowd asking him who the special someone is.
“My girlfriend. She’s been angry at me for being busy which is why I wrote to show her how much I love her and that no matter what, I will always have time for her” He said and began playing his guitar singing out the lyrics of the song.
Tracy stood transfixed watching him walk down the podium to where she stood in the vip section.
He was still singing when he got to where she stood and when he finally ended the song, he pulled off the guitar to take hold of her hand which made everyone scream.
“Am I forgiven?” He asked.
“What’s there to forgive, I know how busy you are and even though I complain,just know that I support you always”
Vance gave her a hug and also a kiss for her statement earning more screams from the audience.
“I have a surprise for you?” He said giving her a card which she checked it’s content.
“With this card, am allowed to accompany you on your world tour?” Tracy asked and he nodded.
Immediately, she jumped into his arms not caring if they had audience.
“I love this surprise a lot, thanks babe. Thanks for everything my love” she said, her eyes filled with unshed tears of joy and happiness.
“As long as you don’t leave me then I will keep surprising you like this everyday. I love you too, sweetie” Vance said and kissed her while his fans scream out in happiness for them.
