Chapter 19 & 20 : A Glimmer of Hope
“Deal Or Deal?” Carl says smirking, leaning to Mia who’s eyes widened.
“You’re a devil” She whispers with tears rolling out of her eyes, Carl took his hand to her cheeks, rubbing her jaw softly before he harshly grips it.
“Wrong Carinõ”.
“I am The Devil” He says and with no warning, he plunged into her hard, Mia screams as she arched her back, the knife behind her piercing her immediately, Blood trickling down, Carl sees this and smiles.
He began to Move fast and hard in her, Mia tried to stay still but his thrusts were painful, too painful and hard, Her body was now filled with blood due to how the knives pierced into her body.
Carl didn’t feel any sympathy as he watched the blood roll down her body, He leans down to her chest area and licks the blood on it.
“Sweet” He says, Mia couldn’t move her hand or leg because she was tied to the chair.
“Can you feel that Hérmanã, Feel how I feel you up, The pain that comes with it” Carl says feeling his climax coming.
“This is only the beginning” He says and soon releases in her, he groans closing his eyes, Mia stayed still, Her eyes blank as she stared at him.

He walks to the bathroom and places her in the tub filled with water, The water turned red immediately.
“You Lose….I Win” Carl says and walks out.
Mia couldn’t cry not scream, she laid there, unmoved and empty, She knew crying wouldn’t solve anything.
She bathed herself and walks out, her wounds were not producing blood anymore, She spots Carl on the bed, his eyes in his phone looking very serious.
“Come Here” Cark says and Mia immediately complies to avoid His wrath.
She sat in between his legs, her back facing him, He took the first aid box beside the bed and began to treat her, No words said.
He finished treating her back and turns her to him, he began to treat her chest, Kissing the injury after every bandage applied.
Carl and Mia locked eyes, their eyes blank, Emotions void, Mia breaks the eye contact first before moving to lay beside Carl, her back facing him.
“Hérmanã…. You’re Mine..Always Remember that” Carl tells her hugging her back to him, Mia heard every single word but kept quiet and closed her eyes, forcing herself to sleep.
Mia woke up in the middle of the night, Carl was no longer beside her and neither was he in the room, She wasn’t supposed to feel curious but she did.
She stood up from the bed and walks out the bedroom door, everywhere was dark but the only light was from a room that looked partly open
She quietly walked there and looked inside, She saw Carl sitting on a bench and looking at a picture as he drew it on a huge piece of paper
She Squints her eyes to see what he was drawing and her eyes widens seeing it, It was a Picture and Drawing of HER.
It would have been Less weird if it was a picture of her at her current age but No, it was a picture of Her In High School as she smiled with Bunny.
She almost gasps out but used her hand to cover her mouth, Who Exactly Is Carl and How Does he Have A Picture of Her in High School.
NEXT DAY, Melinda woke up early to go Job hunting, she got fired from her job for slapping a Perverted Man who claimed to have mistakenly groped her @ss.
She had gone to 4 Companies now who rejected her because of her work attitude, Melinda was debited but she becomes lazy after and she is not the kindest person.
She was Currently Infront of a Modelling Company, She went to A Makeup School to learn Make up and had worked for a Make up company before but Soon got Fired.
She Entered and was greeted with the warm aura of every Employee, They greeted and smiled at her when she came across them, She walks to the receptionist.
“Hello…Good Morning” She says politely and was greeted with the same Energy.
“Hello Welcome to Glam and Style…How many i help you?” The receptionist greeted with a warm smile.
“By any Chance, Is it possible I get an Interview… I’m going job hunting and this is the 5th company” Melinda says with a nervous look.
“As a model right?” The Receptionist asks looking at Melinda slim figure, Smooth long and sexy legs, her siren eyes and small plump lip, her soft jawline, She was a total model.
“No .No .No” Melinda says shaking her hand.
“As a makeup artist” Melinda says and The receptionist nodded before making some few calls.
“The Boss will see you now” The receptionist says.
“12th Floor” The receptionist added and Melinda gave her a thankful smile before walking to the elevator.
She enters and began to pray in her mind, her legs shaking, her hand in her mouth, she closes her eyes and breathes in and out to calm herself
Ding
The Elevator opens and she steps out, There was a door which days CEO, she walks there and knocks.
“Come in” She hears a thick, bossy voice and quietly, she walks in.
“Good Day Sir My Name is ….You” Melinda gasps seeing Lucas face, he looked equally surprised to see her before that surprise was replaced with a smirk.
“Me” He says and stood up walking to her, Melinda began to move back and soon she was trapped in the wall.
“Pleasant Surprise” He says tilting his head a bit, Scanning her face with his sexy eyes.
Melinda could feel her heart racing wildly and fast, Lucas brought hai face closer til they could feel each other’s breath.
“W ..what are you doing?” Melinda stutters.
“Trying to Seduce you” Lucas says and her eyes widens.
“What?!!”
Mia was on the couch in the living room watching an anime named A Sign Of Affection, She wasn’t a fan of Movies but Cartoons and Anime.
“She can laugh…Wow” She mutters watching the film with her utmost attention.
“Whatcha watching?” she hears a voice in her ear and bounced of the chair, Carl looks at her after seeing her reaction.
“You can’t just sneak up on someone that way” She mutters very low, her heart racing with fear.
“What did you say?” Carl tilts his head to the side.
“Nothing” Mia says quietly, Carl didn’t like her weird behavior towards him but he didn’t read too much into it.
“Whatcha watching?” He asks looking at the ongoing anime.
“Cartoon?” He asks looking at her weirdly, A grown up watching Cartoon.. Wow.
“No..It’s Anime” She says.
“Animation?” He asks.
“No.. Anime” She says and he nods.
“Weird” He says and walked back up the stairs but stopped when he remembers why he came down.
“Imma be out for like 3 hours” He says and walks out without waiting for her reply.
Mia looks at him walk out, her eyes following his movement, She hears his car start and soon zooms out.
She nods and quickly rushes up the stairs to that same room, She turns the door knob to see it wasn’t locked.
Slowly, she enters, Everywhere was dark,She turns on the light and gasps, Carl fur sure had talent, So many beautiful drawing.
She saw another door in that room and opens it, Entering inside, She turns in the light and looks around, She falls down in the ground in shock and fear, Her hands over her mouth.
On The walks were pictures and drawings of her, from High school to College, All the drawings were Of her in different locations, In front of her house, with Ben, In school.
She saw a Drawing that was covered and stood up shaking, Walking to it and removes the huge clothe covering it, She gasps.
It was a Drawing of Her on Her First Day Of College, Exactly what she wore, Her burgundy colored Crop top and her back high waist trouser

Chapter 21 & 22 : Protecting His Possession
Mia touched the picture, shaking inwardly, How did Carl know all these details about her? Did they perhaps meet in the past, If they did, why can’t she remembers anything.
Mia quickly rushed out the room and closing the door, she walks out the room which contained all the pictures and goes back to the living room and behaving like nothing happened.
Like it was According to Plan, Carl walked into the house once again to see Mia still watching her anime but if only he knew.
“Mia” He calls, Mia who hears this began to shake, Even the sound of his voice instill in her Fear, Great fear.
“Come here” He says again and with shaky legs, Mia strode to him, She stood in front of him, Her eye to the ground.
Carl uses his hand to touch her and like electric shock, Mia bounced back, looking up at Carl, Their eyes met and Carl saw the Fear in them which brought excitement to him.
“Are you scared?” He asks slowly walking towards her, Mia moved back immediately, Carl continued to walk towards her.
“Do I scare you Huh Carõ {Dear}? ” He asks still walking towards her, Mia moved back again, her heart almost jumping out her chest.
“Or You want me to bury myself Back in you and make you bleed this time?” He asks smirking dangerously, Mia was about moving back when she fell.
Carl looks at her blankly before taking the stairs which was right beside where Mia fell, Turns out he was planning on taking the stairs the whole time but just decided to mess with Mia.
Mia placed her hand in her chest and sighs out loudly, she wipes the sweat on her forehead.
“I can’t stay here anymore” She mutters and stood up, walking back to the couch, hugging the couch pillow tightly.
NIGHT TIME, Mia Stepped into the room from the bathroom, Looking our for Carl, she wished she had her own room instead of sleeping with Carl.
Mia sighed out seeing he wasn’t there and lay on the bed, on her side of the best actually, she then closes her eyes.
Soon After, she hears the door open and Quiet footsteps were heard, she then feels the bed dip and soon a hand on her waist.
Mia broke out in cold sweat, Gulping down, not moving, She pretended to be asleep.
She felt the hand move up till it cupped her bbs, she almost gasped, The hand wasn’t satisfied and crawled down and under her shirt, till it cupped her bare bbs.
The Hand started to play with her b**bs, Mia couldn’t take it anymore and held the hand still.
“Please stop” She whispers and grew ultimately confused when the hand stopped and moved out if her clothe.
She turned and her eyes met with cold ones, Carl’s eyes…. They both locked eyes, no words were said, Mia eyes held fear while Carl’s eyes held Desire.
“Sleep” He said and like she was under control, Mia closed her eyes and fell asleep, Carl looks at her before closing his eyes also, Bringing her closer to him by her waist.

Mia woke up to an Empty bed once again, She was thirsty and decided to go down to have a cup of water.
She got to the Kitchen and drank the water, She walks back upstairs to see that same door was bringing the only source of light in the hallway
She quietly walks there and peeks, Once again Carl was Painting a picture, She squints to have a closer look but couldn’t see anything except a pink teddy which was in the corner of the painting, The teddy looked familiar but Mia didn’t read much into it and snuck away before Carl would notice.
Immediately Mia walks away, Carl Looked to the direction of the door and Smirks, he saw her shadow by the door but didn’t say a word
“Sooner or Later.. you will know who I am” He Mutters before opening his drawer and bringing out that exact Teddy bear that Mia thought was familiar.
He stares at it….still smirking.
•MORNING•
Mia Was In the room contemplating how to tell Cark that she wants to start working but her fear held her back, She began to pace
Carl opens the bedroom door to see Mia Pacing, He had his shirt and suit trouser on, ready for work.
“Is anything the matter Bëllé?” He asks and Mia froze, she shook her head continuously and Carl nods, taking the file he came for and walks out back.

5 Cars lines up in front of The Company, The Driver came out of one and opened the door, Carl stepped out, His aura.. Dangerous.
He was entouraged into the company by his Guards, Immediately he stepped in, Everywhere became quiet and Employees bowed.
He walks pass then without a word and enters his private elevator, His Guards bowed to his from outside but Carl wasn’t looking at them but in his phone.
Ding
He walks out and out of nowhere, a guy came and started walking to him.
“By 1pm, You have a board meeting”.
“By 3pm, You have A Meeting with Flyyn Howard of IT company”.
“By 4pm, You’re Meeting With Lucas The great” Immediately His secretary said that, Carl turned to him confused.
“H…He asked me to call him that everytime he has a schedule w…with you” The secretary stuttered looking down, not wanting to look Carl in the eye.
Carl Scoffs and continues to walk, His secretary Sighed out in relief before going back to his office.
Carl enters his office and removes his jacket before loosing his tie and sitting on his swivel chair.
He turns the chair to face the city and looked outside blankly, His face void of emotions.
Mia’s curiosity was getting the best of her, She was curious to know what Carl painting of Yesterday was exactly.
Here she was, In the same room, she snooped around looking for the painting, There were so much, Mia tries not to stare at any of them because they were all of her…it was well….Creepy.
She finally saw the painting and held it, Looking at it, It was a Painting of her dorm room in College and if she looked closely, she could see herself on the bed, sleeping.
She drops it and turns but mistakenly kicked something, she looks down and saw a pink teddy, She picks it up and then it snaps to her why the teddy looked familiar.
•7 YEARS AGO•
19 Year Old Melinda was in her room, looking for something in particular, The whole room was now upside down..
“Mel!!” She screams before running her hand through her hair, feeling frustrated.
“What?” Mel..Short for Melinda answers while watching a movie on her phone, totally unbothered by Mia.
“Did you see my Pink Bear?” She asks.
“Oh you mean that toy”.
“Noo….Teddy Bear..I can’t find it” Mia says sitting on her bed.
“Maybe if you clean up everywhere, you might find it” Melinda says before throwing a chocolate wrap on the ground.
“Oops” She says smirking.
Mia glared but still chose to start cleaning everywhere, but still couldn’t find it, She didn’t read much into it and gave you finding it.
•NOW•
“H…H..How is this With Carl?” She says Dropping the teddy and turns but bumps into something hard…a chest.
She looks up and caught Carl’s eyes, She staggered back in fear, Cark began walking to her but Mia continues to move back till she was trapped by the wall.
Carl places both his hand in each side of her head, He leans in closer like he wanted to kiss her, He let his lips graze hers before taking his lips to her ear.

Chapter 23 & 24 : A Fractured Relationship
SHORT CHAPTER AHEAD…WENT OUT AND WAS REALLY TIRED
Mia shivered and quickly scutters back, putting a huge distance between them, Carl smirks and tilts his head a bit.
“Your Curiosity led you to finding out what was meant to be hidden” He says walking towards Mia who was also moving back till she was trapped to the wall.
Carl leans into her ear, licking her earlobe slowly which sent Shivers down her Spine.
“Get Out” he whispers in her ear and Mia didn’t waste any time before running out, Carl chuckles watching her run with amusement but soon his amusement dissipated.
Mia got to the room and slams the door behind her, Her hand on her chest, She breathes in and out to calm herself.
“I can’t stay here….I can’t..” She mutters out repeatedly in Fear.
“I’m sorry… Mom….Damien but I Can’t” She says with tears rolling down her cheek, She sunk to the ground.
Mia woke up the next morning with dried tears on her face, she ran her hand through her hair before stepping down the bed…
Immediately she stepped down from the bed, Carl comes out from the bathroom, a towel wrapped around his waist and another on his neck giving him a sexy look.
Mia stared at him blankly as he walked pass her to the walk in wardrobe, No greetings were said, They were strangers living in the same home
Mia walks into the bathroom, closed the door and let out a shaky breath, God knows how much her heart was beating when she saw Carl.

Melinda cleaned the sweat from her head, Ever since she was hired by Lucas, she had been going through unbearable stress..Not by Lucas but By Make-up artist.
Go do this…Go do that….She has been walking and running about since morning, Not once has she done make-up for any one.
Melinda was about running another errand when she bumped into Lucas, He held her by the waist bringing her close to him.

“Are the Makeup artists sending you around like a slave?” Lucas asks and Melinda kept quiet.
Seeing her go silent confirmed that he was right,He began matching to the Make-up section, Melinda tried to stop him buy Lucas didn’t budge
He got there and slams the door open, Everyone turned to face him including the models.
“All Make-up Artist except Melinda……”.
“On Your Knees” He says with and iron fist and like being Controlled, l Makeup artists went on their knees.
Melinda gasps before looking at Lucas, Was this how much power The Rich had?
Mia went out today, She was feeling suffocated in that house so she decided to visit her Mom and Brother.
She got to the door and knocked, She waited and she did, She tapped her legs impatiently, She really misses them.
“Who’s at the…..Mia?” Damien who came to open the door gasps and immediately pulls Mia into a hug, giving her no space to breathe.
“I Missed you too Dam” Mia says hugging Damien back, Damien let her go and held her hand pulling her into the house.

“Is he treating you well?? have you been eating? why do you look slimmer than usual? Should I come beat him up?” Rose asked questions after questions.
“I’m fine Mom…H..He does” Mia Lies not wanting to add her mom into the trauma.
“Good ..If Not” Rose says hugging her daughter once more.
“Why aren’t you in school?” Mia asks Damien.
“I didn’t feel like going” he says shrugging and Mia smirks.
“Skipping school now aren’t we?” She says stepping close to Damien who shrugs again.

“Mom do you support this?” Mia turns to ask her mom but Rose was pretty occupied in the Soap Opera she was watching.

Mia spent time with her family that day…If only she knew what she was going to encounter when she gets home.
Mia got home late that night after spending the entire day with her Mom and Brother.
She was Having a very bad feeling when she got to the door but she enters anyways.
Everywhere was dark when she does which made her confused, she turns on the light by Clapping twice.
Immediately she did, her eyes caught Carl oj the couch staring at nothing, That scared the shit out of her, She tries walking pass but her hand was gripped.

He removed his clothes with speed rendering him Stark naked, He ripped Mia’s skirt and towers over her on the floor.
“It’ll be quick and Pleasurable” Carl says and dove into her with force.

“Liam!!!!!!” A Voice screams running after a 4 year old boy She spoke caught up to him and he Laughs cutely.
Mia smiles looking at Liam with nothing but Love in her eyes, She tickled him making Liam Laugh more.
Out of a Room, A Man emerged as he stared at Liam and Mia with nothing but admiration.
“Hey sweetheart” He says and Pecks her forehead, Mia smiles at him before Dropping Liam watching him run away with his cute chubby legs.
