Episode 11 : The Battle Begins
I sigh after hearing the real legend of Lyra, Melody told me.
“ so what about her prince charming Brandon? ” I asked and Melody frowned but she smiled.
“ after lord Gabriel conquer sparks Brandon misses Lyra too much so he died of loneliness but he is now reborn just like you and guess who he is? ” Meloday asked with a naughty smile which I find amusing because I didn’t know Melody can be so naughty like this but there is something strange about her she doesn’t have a body.
“ who? ” after minutes of thinking I finally get myself together.
“ Eric he is your soulmate ” melody finally drop the bomb shell. Eric? Eric who? My soulmate? Not in this life that troublesome idiot can never be my soulmate I mean how?
“ I mean how? ” I gasped in shock but she smiled.
“ don’t ask me how when you regain your old memories you will know how” Melody smiled again.
“ you don’t have a body why? ” I asked and she smiled again. “ I’m a nymph I can only become the real princess Melody of sparks if my father is destroyed and lyra take over her kingdom so my life is in your hands ” she held my hands and I can see through her mask that she is crying.
“ you are going to regain your memories, when you get back to earth go to the lake that is your beginning Nikky oh I mean Lyra you must regain your memory if you want to save me ” Melody said with a sad expression then I found myself in the school again but I didn’t go to the dorms I went straight to the woods to find that lake again I must regain my memories and find my lost kingdom.

The magnificent flute of Lyra shining brightly inside nikky’s chest of jewelries.
“ oh my goodness! ” Janelle and Jessica exclaimed almost together.
“ this is the flute of the last orb how did it get here? ” Janelle gasp.
“ flute of the last orb? ” Jessica asked because it seems she is ignorant of everything.
“ Lyra’s flute I’ve seen it once in legends but didn’t expect I’ll find it with nikky or does it mean my guess is right? Nikky is Lyra? ” Janelle said sighing every now and then.
“ Lyra is nikky? So nikky is actually Melody’s sister? Miracles ” Jessica sat on Janelle’s bed thinking about how everything is going she didn’t expect nikky will be lyra she didn’t see it coming at all but all these then Janelle started laughing.
“ Janelle? You are laughing? ” Jessica with confused expression.
“ seems someone is about to lose something precious to him ” Janelle said with a wicked laugh and Jessica finally get it so sky is actually losing his violin because Janelle actually win the bet? Poor guy.
“ yes! I won I won! ” Janelle shouted happily.
Minutes later Jessica and Janelle are in the studio waiting for the princes then they finally show up.
“ Eric activate your special powers we don’t want anyone hearing this secret conversation ” Janelle smiled wickedly and eric obey her quickly.
“ what’s the occasion? ” sky asked.
“ are you ready to lose something so precious to you? So dearest to your heart? Your violin? ” Janelle asked with that wicked smile again.
“ what? Why? ” sky grinned obviously he forgot he made a bet.
“ I actually found Lyra and she is Nikky and I hope you will keep your deal? ” Janelle also grinned.
“ what?! ” the brothers exclaimed together.
“ Janelle I didn’t knew you were such a good liar ” Eric laughed not believe what Janelle is saying.
“ how can someone so loud and rude be my soulmate? That’s stupid you know ” he added laughing again.
“ but she is because I found the flute of the orb so magnificent and beautiful in nikky’s chest she is obviously keeping it ” Janelle said tucking her hairs behind her ears stylishly.
‘ what?! ’ sky and Eric exclaimed again spilling coffee on each other.
“ but how? ” sky said almost crying.
The lake is shining brightly before me and its beautiful.
“ Lyra I know why you are here yes you will regain your memory ” the lake spoke to me wow that’s amazing.
“ I will? Really? ” I asked happily I want to know how living like lyra in the past look like.
“ but only on one condition ” it said.
“ condition? Name it ” I said getting impatient because I wanna know how my life was how powerful I was and I want to save Melody and my kingdom.
“ the one who lock your memories here have the right to unlock it ”.
“ and who is that? ” I asked.
“ your soulmate only he can unlock your memories and you have to come with him before twilight ” .
Twilight I can still make it even if I hae to drag Eric’s ears I’m coming here with before twilight.
I quickly rush back to the school I know they must be in the practice room so I barged in there and I met them in an awkward position but I don’t care.
“ Eric you have to follow me to an important place and I don’t want protest or anything ” I grab his hand without even caring to listen to anything.
Episode 12 : High School Chaos
“ nikky where are you taking me to? ” Eric asked when we almost get to the lake.
“ just shut up and follow me ” I yelled because we actually getting late. We need to get to the lake before twilight but with the way Eric is asking me questions I don’t think we are going to make it. “ goodness god” I sigh and we finally get to the lake shining with so much magnificent beauty.
‘ Nikky where is this place? ’ Eric asked but I didn’t pay attention.
“ lord Eric don’t pretend as if you don’t know the lake of abale ” the lake spoke and Eric open his mouth wide in shock.
“ the origin of magic? ” Eric said with shock.
“ your ancestor trap Lyra’s memories here and you have to her a favour of unlocking it now so all of you can win this war the evil lord is planning something huge against you guys so powerful that it will swipe everyone of you out of extinction so Eric you have to save everyone by unlocking Lyra’s memories because only she can save you all ” the lake added and Eric knelt on the bank in respect for what the lake said.
“ what shall I do to unlock her memories? ” Eric asked with tears in his eyes.
“ I think you know the answer yourself lord Eric ” the lake said with happiness in its voice but why is the lake calling Eric lord and it seems Eric knows this lake already well I don’t care about that all I want is to regain my memories back as Lyra.
“ Eric are you ready?” the lake asked.
“ yes I am ready ” Eric said with a sigh I wonder what that sigh is about seriously.
I watch him remove his flute and he blew it lovely wow I never knew Eric knows this much about magic bravo Eric bravo for the first time you have some senses.
A light suddenly emanated from the lake as Eric play his flute the light get brighter and brighter goodness god Eric is looking Like an hero to me and I’m loving him wait did I just say love I don’t mean that did I? No it slipped oh my bad mouth.
The bright light enter my body and it consume me with great energy I felt some pains in my head then I fainted.
Eric’s POV
I think it works but what happened to this troublesome girl? Or is she acting? Its twilight already and she is not waking up what’s wrong with her? I don’t know I touch her a little maybe she will wake up but she didn’t.
“ hey? ” I called but no response.
“ hey!! ” I said with a little yell but I don’t think she heard anything.
“ the soul depressing orb is very powerful ” Janelle said behind me I didn’t know they follow us.
“ nikky please wake up nikky please nikky! ” I shouted but nothing happened she is not dead is she? I don’t think so I put my head on her chest to hear her breathing but I heard nothing I didn’t know when I started crying.
“ Eric take it easy she will wake up soon don’t worry ” Jessica try to calm me but I don’t want any of her sympathy.
“ Jesse you won’t understand ” I said through my tears and Janelle try some of her healing powers but none works even Jessica try too but nothing happened. I don’t want her to die I can’t live without her troubles oh no nikky.
“ my god Eric stop all this how do you feel when felt magical transformation for the first time nothing will happen to her remember she is Lyra ” Janelle said with almost angry voice and all what my brother did is sit down staring at us as if nothing happened.
“ nikky I’m sorry if I said this too late but I love you and I’m sure of my feelings ” I said and Jessica cover her mouth in shock.
“ what a confession!! ” Jessica exclaimed.
“ hmmm eric ” Janelle chuckled.
Nikky is still not waking up maybe she doesn’t love me or the confession is sudden.
“ wake up you idiot ” I shouted and her mouth curve into a smile.
“ and who are you calling an idiot? ” Nikky said with a smile and without talking she kissed me deeply…
Episode 13 : The Secret Flute
Immediately I fainted I found myself in the middle of two worlds, one belonging to the dead heroes of magic like Lyra and lord Ford, my grandfather and the other belonging to the keepers of Lyra’s orb.
“ Nikky ” I heard a voice exactly like mine called from behind. I turn to see my exact image standing before me, not younger or older just me.
“ by any chance are you? ” I try to ask and she nodded. “ yes I’m Lyra the owner of the orbs. I can call you that too because you are me and I am you.
You seek for your memories from the past when I lived but that isn’t important they will reveal themselves when the time is right. You are a magical so you are born with magic but you will still need the power of the old Lyra for you to be complete that’s why I’m giving you this! ” she said softly at first circling me but when it come to that this! She emphasize it with a spark in her eyes.
“ Nikky tell your comerades not to call you Lyra because that name will mislead you. Your name is Nikky not Lyra because you will soon be different from. Calling you that name mean you will make the same mistake I made but living as yourself inwardly knowing that you are Lyra will make you win this war because I won’t rest until I get rid of Gabriel so this is the best gift I’m giving you ” she said with a teary eyes before into a bright light and that light enter my body changing some part of me lyra is inside me but I won’t be called by her name even though I now have her entire power.
Others sigh as I narrate my ordeal with lyra.
“ so you mean she said both of you are two different beings? That’s why you shouldn’t be called by her name? ” Eric asked pulling me into his arms.
“ stop that we are here ” Sky said with a frown and Eric and I laughed.
“ somebody is jealous here ” I teased and sky hiss well no time for play we have to prepare for Gabriel he is not my father because I know my parents well so I don’t recognize him as my family at all.
I started the book of incantations again and I’m surprised I even understand the language because it was not written with English just some kind of strange letters.
Janelle and others too are not resting we are all practicing our magic without the orbs because I know how to find my orb with the flute but I just don’t want to find it because taking it out will attract Gabriel’s attention.
Janelle, I and the others can now travel to the celestial kingdom without being and we practice there too with Melody’s help.
Gabriel’s court
“ what is wrong with you Guinevere? ” Gabriel asked immediately he saw Gwen looking so tired and pale.
“ Nothing my-lord ” Guinevere said holding her chest. “ well that is your exact problem have you find the last keeper of the orb? ” Gabriel asked not minding the state she is in. Her face is now full of scars and it hurts her every seconds.
“ can we just give up on finding her? she is going to kill us ” Gwen grunt in pain it was if they pouring hot oil on face the more she talk.
“ shut up! I am immortal I can’t be killed by anyone instead I’m going to destroy the earth and create another world where I will be the supreme ruler!! ” Gabriel growled angry at what Guinevere said earlier.
“ and you think I will allow you? ” Lyra’s exact voice whispers into his ears and he tremble on hearing that voice.
“ Lyra you are dead!! ” He screamed worrying Gwen.
“ well I’m not and I’m coming to destroy you!! ” the voice said with much force that he started sweating. He knew he can’t defeat Lyra and that’s why he need her orb because without the orbs lyra can’t be destroyed and he wonder how he is going to destroy them with just Gwen’s orb that will soon run out of magic.
“ my lord let’s give we can’t win this war ” Gwen said with a trembling voice her face is healing but slowly.
“ I have a plan now listen to me ”
The next day at school Ivy wave at me I wonder what plan she have now. We are preparing for the promotion exam and it seems she is trying to beat me but who cares my group is bound with magic.
“ I’m sorry for the last time I was not myself can you forgive me? ” ivy said with one of a pitiful expression. Forgive you after you try to kill me never?
I just hissed and before I know something hit my head and I fainted.
Episode 14 : Betrayal and Rescue
I woke up in an old throne room, with the environment I suppose we are in the celestial kingdom. I saw ivy/Gwen in a different attires talking to some horrible creatures I recognize as the manticores per my magic book.
I was tied with a rope made from red ruby and wolfsbane flower oh this is serious they are burning my hands seriously and I can’t take it anymore. From the corner of my eyes I think she is still busy with them and I smiled. I create a light with my hand and it turn to an ornamental knife made with diamond it easily cut through the rope and without wasting time I made the fake rope again but I keep the real rope inside a box which disappear immediately I will nerd that Later.
I close my eyes when I saw her looking at my direction she doesn’t know I’ve wake up yet.
“ she is too arrogant just because of her little magic she think she can defeat me? Is it because she is the last descendant of Lyra? ” Ivy laughed and I also almost laugh.
“ my lord is gonna reward me big time on this when she wake up don’t let her escape bite her if possible ” she told the manticores and I almost laughed seriously I’m having a hard time controlling my laughter here I’m not a good actress.
“ your lord is going to punish you big time because I’m gonna escape from this place once you leave you idiot ” I said with my mind and even a smile curve on my lips seriously.
“ finally my lord will favor me and we will rule the world he will create together now we are going to get the remaining orbs too and destroy them after we have destroy the earth ”.
Seriously I almost shake my head pitying her the way they are going to destroy the earth that’s how he is going to destroy her too but the idiot is too happy engrossed in her dreamland. For a tyrant like Gabriel he will later see Guinevere as a threat and he is going to kill her too destroying her along his enemy but I nikky will not allow that to happen not when I’m available I will fight Gabriel with my last breath and that’s how its going to be.
“ have you inform our dark friends? ” Gwen asked someone but I don’t know who she is talking to at all.
“ yes I’ve informed the vampires and they agree to help us ” the person reply her and I laughed vampires well I know someone who can control the sun don’t ask me who?
Immediately she left I open my eyes and loose the fake rope and the real rope appear beside me.
Without letting the manticores take action I bound them with the rope and their screams engulf the air I smile and bade them goodbye.
Its not as if I’m scared of her or I can’t defeat her, my powers is even 1000 times her magic but I want to learn something that’s why I pretend.
“ where have you been? ” Eric asked immediately he saw me I told him I just return from the celestial kingdom.
“ we’ve been practing the lines without you since morning ” Eric said with a frown while I smiled.
“ hey there is something in your hair ” he said removing a rose flower in my hair and I smile the rose was with him he just use that as an excuse to give me the flower.
“ oh there’s something on your sleeve ” he said trying to shoulder but I stop him and I gave him a kiss cause that’s what he is trying to do. We kiss for sometime and he look into my eyes and I can feel some kind of magical reaction around us before I know it we are in the beautiful sea of mermaids.
“ beautiful isn’t it? ” he asked and I smiled.
“ come on just talk and stop smiling like that the nikky I know is very lousy ” he said getting on my nerves.
“ what?! So you want me to cry? But hey what do you mean lousy? You mean I’m lousy ? ” I shouted angrily.
“ here we ho now she is turning it into something else. I mean it in a lovely way ” he said but I won’t have my temper is getting the best of me so being lousy is lovely?
“ you just failed a test magic don’t work with an anger instead the destroy things learn how to control your temper ” he said and I squeeze my mouth well I’m sorry I told him that a he hug me.
Episode 15 : The Final Showdown
“ hey Eric what an expensive joke I’m not angry just acting😝 have you ever have a girlfriend? ” I asked and he nodded.
“ wow my soulmate even had a girlfriend before I was born wow wow ” I said with a clap filled with jealousy but his expression change immediately.
“ its not that I love her but I allow her in my life and it almost cost me my orb. The stupidest act in the whole world she was also an orb keeper but she betray us ” Eric said and the atmosphere became tense and awkward.
“ Ivy? I mean Guinevere? ” I raised an eyebrow and he nodded positively wow that girl is one hell of a psycho I swear and I’m going to prepare for her and her lord.
“ I just found something out. Gabriel and ivy know they can’t defeat us so they are involving the children of the night ” I said skipping our conversation.
“ vampires? ” he asked with a serious expression and I nodded but he suddenly burst into laughter.
“ why laughing? ” I asked because I’m confused I don’t know why he is laughing.
“ that’s a lost battle Jessica’s power is mainly the shinning sun and she can control it well ” Eric laughed more and I also smile because I know that already Gabriel and Gwen are really stupid.
“ don’t you notice your brother is strange these days? ” I asked and he suddenly frown. “ you mean Sky? ” he arch an eyebrow
“ yes he is somehow strange. He use to be so funny and jovial but now he is always angry don’t you think something is off? ” I said and he also agree with what I said.
“ you are right nikky since we’ve been born sky and I have never for once fought but yesterday he pick a fight with me for no reason. He try to fight me magically but I didn’t allow him there’s something dark around him ” Eric narrated and I sigh this is getting out of hand.
The old throne room…
Guinevere enter with Gabriel laughing happily but was surprised when she found out that the manticores are gone and even nikky. She became scared because she knows.
