EPISODE 21 : Jasper and Catherine’s Hope for a New Beginning
Jasper, can we just put aside everything I’ve said, I am pregnant and that’s the reason for this!

I stood up and walked past her, she followed me to our room repeating “I am sorry”.
Lying on my bed, she lay close to me placing her hand on my chest!!

“I love you too” I responded cuddling her!!
I think we should go back to my lawyer and the court to remarry, we isn’t actually having any serious party. Just to be joined together again!! What do you think? I asked.

POV
Vivian finally left the hospital, her mother adviced her to go back to her husband’s place! When she got there her husband asked her to go back to her mothers place! She pleaded but he refused saying she wanted him to raise another man’s child, he talked about the secret affairs she had behind his back!
Their voices were heard by the neighbors, they were forced to visit and asked what happened, when they were told they condemned her act and pleaded with him to forgive and accept her back putting the blame on the “devil”.
Well, he never listened, he still asked her to leave, she left ! Her mother called and pleaded too but all fell into deaf ears!
Two days later vivian was invited by her husband’s lawyer!! She was told to either accept to sign the papers or wait till her husband forgives her, but according to him, her husband doesn’t want her back, she relented, but it didn’t end there, the case was taken to court, court dissolved the marriage!
Shortly after, Vivian’s ex husband got married again!
Chris on the other hand ended their relationship! Vivian was in pain, sadness took over her!!! Her aunt came , they all thought that it was Catherine that told her husband!
Each time I talk about dealing with my father to Catherine, she’ll never say anything! Instead she’ll pretend to be sleeping!
I wanted to fight my father but my mother told me not to, she preached about forgiveness and told me to move on from all that happened! My father never apologized to me! My siblings started avoiding him!
My mother moved to Theresa’s house after what my father did, she even threatened to divorce him! His excuses for making my life miserable was useless! How can you be jealous of your own son?? I didnt do anything!
Life was going fine, Catherine’s pregnancy hormones really dealt with me, I had to endure her, she never got tired of apologizing too!Sometimes she’ll just wake up and decide not to talk to me! And when her craziness starts I’ll just go to the guest room to lock up myself till she’s calm.
Five months later we were preparing to go for check up when Catherine’s mother came.
Catherine! She called.
Were you expecting me to come and see you?? You got married and started living your life, I blame Jasper for looking for you! What are you doing here?
Just listen to me!! She said.
Listen to a woman who tried to destroy another woman’s marriage? What were you thinking when you know that my father was already married and you decided to become his mistress!
Everything happend so fast, I can’t explain! I didn’t mean to leave you, I had no other choice, I couldn’t take care of you cause Vivian’s mother took everything away from me, the money she paid me was little! I am sorry, I didn’t want her to come for me and before your father died he told me to avoid her, she greedy and she was trying to make it seem she love you more than vivian so you can share what your father willed to you with her.
I had no idea I have any inheritance! Sooo ! Your explaination doesn’t make any sense to me!
Catherine, I am glad you’re married and raising kids! There are some decisions that will require you to put yourself in a tight corner for the benefit of your children!

They stayed for one week Befor leaving, four days after they left! Catherine’s mother came.
I wasn’t available when you gave birth to Alex, I want to be here till you’re strong enough to do things on your own! She said.
I was expecting you anyway!!!! Catherine said as she handed our son to her!
Vivian never got married, she got pregnant for a colleague and decided to keep the baby! Well, the colleague never married her! Vivian’s mother lived her normal life,
Catherine’s mother faced Vivian’s mother and with the power and connection she has she took everything Catherine’s father owned!!
