” It all started as a joke….. until it got to a point of no return” Helen said as everyone foucused on her…..she gulped hard as she tried not to make much eye contact….. drifting into the past…..a past she had longed to forget but still finds it’s way to hunt her.

” Carlson!!….. Carlson!!!!….. where the hell are you!?” Monica’s shrill voice pierced into his eardrums as she walked in furiously…..her eyes were red with anger as she stopped right in front of him.
Carlson was used to her nagging attitude anyways….. it’s not a new thing.
” What is it Morgan?….. can’t you see I’m busy?” Carlson said and Morgan jacked the tab screen he was holding.
” You just sold our last share to your stupid work partners!….. what I’m I suppose to use to stock up my business!…..you know the nature of my job Carlson but you still went ahead and squandered our money!” Morgan said and Carlson rubs his forehead.
” You know it’s for the best….. moreover things aren’t really smooth for me and this is the time I need your support….. instead of yelling” Carlson said frustratedly and Morgan scoffed.
” Oh really!….. since you are broke…. and I need a lot of money to start up my empire maybe I would just go with what Helen said…..I will book a one on one with Grande Willis…..yes…. that’s what I’m going to do!” Morgan thunderd and Carlson cranks his jaw muscles.
” Morgan what’s your deal with Grande!?…..ever since Helen introduced you to him he’s all you talk about….how rich and boyant he is!….. rubbing it in my face!” Carlson said and Morgan smirks.
” Isn’t he influential?…. isn’t he rich!?…. when your sorry ship capsided… where did you think I got the money to pay up all your shitty debts!?…..if not for him your àss would have been locked up in jail!” Morgan yells and Carlson stood up on his feet.
” I never asked you to go to him for help!….and all these things he’s been doing for you……. what did you give him in return?” Carlson asked and Morgan fell silent instantly….. tucking her hair behind her ears and Carlson felt his heart broke.
” Don’t tell me you’ve been sleeping with Grande for money Morgan?” Carlson asked and Morgan gulped…. looking at his eyes as betrayal penetrates through her.
” Morgan!” Carlson yells and Morgan walked away…. avoiding the question as Carlson fell on the couch.
His wife….the woman he married….why did Helen do this to him?
☠️ THE NEXT DAY ☠️
” Will you calm down?…. I’m sure it’s not that bad” Helen said as Morgan continues to pace endlessly in her office.
” You don’t get it….. I’m cheating on my husband just because we’re in a trying situation…. it’s not fair….I should end this” Morgan said as guilt took it’s hilts on her…..
” Are you serious?…. listen to me girlfriend you can’t back out now….. you need to drain this man….at least to have enough money to get Carlson on his feet again” Helen said and Morgan looks at her.
” Listen Helen…. this wasn’t part of the plan….I only said one night but now…. I’ve been sleeping with this man for months….we even forget to use protection most of the time…. I’m scared” Morgan said and Helen walked up to her….. holding both hands together.
” The deal is to get Carlson on his feet…..once that happens…you are going to ditch Grande for good….. look at you….you are slowly building the empire of your dreams…..you are slowly becoming a bigger name in the industry and Carlson is finally recovering… just chillaxe” Helen said with a smirk and Morgan stared at her.
Morgan walked into the house looking blank……her subconscious mind is getting the best of her but she tries not to let it show…… moreover she needed the money badly….. and if this is the only way to get it….then fine.
” A sum of 20$ million dollars was transferred into our congoled account this morning…..how did that happen?….. where did you get such an amount because I know I don’t have anything to do with it” Carlson said and Morgan stopped dead on her tracks…..she looks at Carlson and all she could feel for him is hate.
” It doesn’t matter how I got the money……as long as it’s there you should use it start up your management…. besides you need enough money to start from the scratch and that’s all I’m doing” Morgan said with emptiness and Carlson felt like punching her mouth.
” Did I ask for your help!?….. Morgan why are you taking matters into your hands!…. I’m the man….let me worry about my problems…. stop sleeping with men around pinning it on my predicaments…..you are just a slût!” Carlson said and Morgan head snapped towards him.
” I’m a slût!?…..at least I’m doing something to pull us off this poverty stricking life you want to drag us into…. what have you been doing?…… sleeping at home all day?…..if not for me we would have been homeless by now!” Morgan yells back and Carlson cranks his jaw.
” I’m tired of this marriage……I can’t watch my wife….cheat right in front of my eyes all because I’m broke….. I’d rather be single” Carlson said and Morgan scoffed.
“Fine then get the divorce papers ready…. and make sure every penny I’ve spent on you and your business are also ready too…..púnk!” Morgan yells as she walked away….her heels clicking expressively as she stomped off.
Carlson couldn’t believe his ears……his loving wife has become something else and it’s all because of Helen.

HELEN’S COSMETICS 💅
” You just can’t barge into my office simply because you are my bestie’s husband….. what do you want?” Helen asked as she looks at Carlson
” What have you done to my wife?” Carlson asked with grethed teeth.
” Awww don’t tell me you are here to warn me instead of thanking me…..I did what any friend would have done” Helen said with a smug
” You fúcking made my wife turn against me….now she’s sleeping around with Grande…..my rival in business…. aren’t you ashamed?…..you are in your perfect marriage but wants to ruin another’s” Carlson asked and Helen sighs….. standing up.
” Morgan came to me for help and connections….. and I helped her in my little way…… what she does apart from that doesn’t concerns me…..so go meet your wife and stop yelling at me!” Helen fires with wide eyes.
” You will regret this…..I promise you” Carlson said and Helen laughs.
” There’s nothing for me to regret……….” Helen said as Carlson walked out of her office….. she sighs as she sits down…. swinging from left to right on her seat while smiling.
” I have to do this….I mean I just can’t sit back and watch….. Helen has already instigated on my wife…..can you believe Morgan hardly sleeps at home?” Carlson said looking weak.
” But bro…..if you divorce Morgan now….that means you would have to pay her everything she’s spent on you…..bro I suggest you just calm down and get back on track…..once everything is settled then you can pay her back and divorce her….. simple ” Jordan said and Carlson saw some senses in what he said.
” Fine……I would put up with her shitty attitude…. I’m so tired” Carlson said and Jordan nodds….. tapping him on his shoulders.
Days turned to weeks and weeks turned to months….but that only made Morgan worst…..she was now going on business trips…. flying around…. spending lavishly as Grande took absolute care of her every expense…..but most importantly she was drifting from her marriage….. hurting Carlson in the process.
Carlson tried to pretend as if he’s okay but no he wasn’t……. Morgan has changed into a complete monster……all she cares about was money and nothing else.
Helen noticed this and decided to confront Morgan.
” I think you’ve done enough Morgan….. it’s time to stop this madness and focus on your marriage” Helen said and Morgan scoffed
” Are you for real?…….babes I’m just getting started……do you know how rich that Grande guy is?…..if not that he was already married I won’t mind divorcing Carlson and go be with him” Morgan said as she was seen ordering different designs for her custometics…… she’s opened her first empire….all thanks to Grande.
” But it’s getting out of hands…..you are now over doing it….I know Grande as my business associate but I don’t know much about him ……. rumors says he’s into illegal businesses and I just want you to stay away from him” Helen said and Morgan sighs.
” Coming up with barbaric stories just to stop me from being rich ain’t going to work bestie….. I’ve seen what this man can do and I’m not backing out until I eat him dry…..he just bought me the lastest car…. have you seen my new mansion?…..damn….. and I’m traveling to Paris for a week vacation…..baby girl this is the life I want…..” Morgan said and Helen couldn’t believe this was the same Morgan that was regretting some months ago.
” I introduced you to Grande and I’m telling you to stay the hell away from him….. he’s bad news” Helen said and Morgan faced her.
” You don’t get to tell me what to do!….. it’s my life and if you don’t like it then fúck off!” Morgan said as she walks out.
Helen clasped her hands together….. regretting ever causing this in the first place.

A cute three year old girl could be seen playing with her toys……she was looking so adorable and innocent……her chessy eyes could melt a burning heart.
She was talking to the little toys with funny voices as she laughed…. she was the only child of Grande….. and he hates her guts
” Daddy I want a new toy” Monica said in her cute voice and Grande grethed his teeth.
” Go ask your mother…… don’t bother me” Grande said as he walked past her like she doesn’t exist…… Monica face fell as she looks sad……. sinking into the couch as she tossed her toys away.
Ever since she was born Grande never showed her any love……he hated the sight of her and her mother…..he believes they are weak and they are nothing like him…… Monica longed for her father’s love…..but she got none.
” What’s bothering you my child?” Monica’s mother asked as she sat besides her.
” Daddy hates me….” Monica said and her mother face saddens.
” Daddy doesn’t hate you…… he’s just going through a really tough time and I’m sure he’ll come around” Monica’s mother said but Monica shook her head virgoursly.
” That’s not true….. Daddy hates you too…..what did we ever do to him?” Monica asked and her mom found herself gumbstruck….. looking plain.
” It’s okay dear….. always remember that I will be here for you” her mother said and Monica smiles…… hugging her dearly.
” Awwww I’m so touched……I actually feel pity for you Clara but no……I don’t have to because you are standing in my way…… I’m still surprised Grande hasn’t kicked you out of here….. and that bastard you call his child” Morgan’s voice suddenly interupts as she strode in
” Morgan you are destroying my family……ever since you came into our lives things have been really difficult….. you are also married don’t you have shame?” Clara busted out but Morgan scoffed.
” And so?……do I look like I care?…… just you wait and see……. very soon…. all these will be mine and I will kick you out of here myself…… and your so called daughter” Morgan said as she looks at Monica with haterade…… Monica snuggled into her mother’s warmth as Morgan continues to glare at her.
” Mummy…..tell the wicked woman to go away!” Monica spats and Morgan laughs out.
” The only person that’s leaving…..is your mother….so get ready to go with her” Morgan said as she walked in fully.
Clara couldn’t believe how Morgan managed to maneuver her way into her family…… completely taking over.

Things got riskier as Morgan now had her three dream empires…….she now has the most successful cosmetics industry in the whole of the city and different big personalities wants to partner with her.
Morgan got greedier by the minute as she secretly starts exploiting Grande’s money…… saving it a secret account for her children.
Although even after all her nasty behavior…..she wanted to make sure she secures a better life for her future children….. making sure they will lack nothing…. even if it means hurting another to achieve it…… she’s greedy….yes….but for a good reason.
☠️ THREE YEARS LATER ☠️
Things were going according to her plan until……. Grande found out about her secret exploitations….. that’s when the real fire began
Morgan was busy in her office when her personal assistant manager walked in….she was looking scared.
” Is everything alright Gabrielle?” Morgan asked……
” Mam’m Mr Grande just took down two of your empires……. everyone is trapped…. there’s no way out…. his goons are killing the staffs as we speak!” Gabrielle said and Morgan couldn’t believe it.
” Get the police!…. immediately!” Morgan yells as she barged out of her office….. heading for her car but was welcomed with guns pointing directly to her head…..
She froze…..she never knew Grande had guns or anything like that….. and that’s when what Helen warned her about flashed through her…… and that sadden face Clara always have….. Grande is a tyrant!
” You think you are so smart…… after everything I’ve ever done for you…..you choose to betray me and make away with my money?” Grande asked and Morgan couldn’t breathe properly…..she felt dizzy immediately…..her knees were shaking.
” I don’t know what you are talking about” Morgan said and Grande smirks…… pulling out a tablet and all the transactions Morgan had made into the strange account were displayed……her eyes widened.
” I……I….. didn’t mean to….” Morgan stutters as she felt like throwing up…..her body suddenly became weak and she could barely stand on her feet.
” If you don’t refund my money…..then I won’t hesitate to kill you” Grande said and Morgan gulped.
Her forehead was sweaty and she didn’t know when she slipped to the ground….. darkness eloping her completely.
” He’s into drugs and money laundering…… he’s a hardened criminal” an investigator said as Helen started tracking Grande’s source of income….. he’s way to rich and no body know exactly what he does.
” It’d been proven” Helen said as everything was recorded……
” I have to save my friend…..I pushed her into this mess in the first place” Helen said as she took the flash drive that contains the evidence
But she received a phone call………
” Morgan!!!!!” Helen screamed as she was tied up….. Grande smirks as he sat down….. Clara couldn’t do anything and Monica was standing there….. looking at all the horrific sights in front of her.
An elderly woman in her early thirties walked in…..
” Mrs Rosa……you may leave” Grande said and she walked away…… while leaving Helen secretly gave her the flash drive and mouthed something to her……
” Give me one good reason why I shouldn’t kill your friend….” Grande asked and everyone was silent.
” Just let her go….. please” Helen said but that only made Grande smirks harder.
” Can you believe Morgan is three months pregnant….. with my child?…..and she’s hiding it away from me…..she thinks she’s smart….. first she’s been exploiting me and now she’s planning on running away with my baby….. damnit!” Grande yells as he pulled the trigger and everyone flinched.
Monica’s eyes were still on the gun and she looks around…… seeing the fear in everyone’s eyes.
” Guns make them scared……they bully me everyday but if I have a gun…..then they will be afraid of me” Monica said and Clara’s eyes widened
” Don’t say that!……you don’t need guns to be respected!” Clara yells and made to take Monica but Grande pulled her close.
“Finally she’s learned the truth…… guns command respect honey…… it makes you stronger…. ” Grande said and Monica smiles……if this would make her Dad love her then yes…… she’s willing to do it.
The atmosphere became intense as Morgan continues to sweat……. things became heated and Helen breathed heavily…. calculating her next move.
Her eyes caught the kitchen door opened and she saw the cylinder……if she could start a distraction then they might be able to escape…..she makes an eye and Morgan got the memo.
” I need water” Morgan said and Helen immediately opted to go get it…… Grande placed the gun and Monica collects it….. smiling at her Dad….. and Grande smile’s back…..she became very happy……
Helen quickly pulled the cylinder and brought out a lighter…… Clara immediately steps in but she was too late….. Helen had already got to where she is and before Clara could fantom what’s going on……she threw the lighter and the kitchen went up in flames.
Grande immediately headed for the kitchen…. everything was going bizzer…..as Helen freed Morgan and they ran out.
” Don’t touch me!!!” Grande yells as he shoved Clara aside…..he was coughing but Clara still grabbed his hand….. pulling him….she got hold of Monica.
Clara was coughing terribly because of her asthmatic condition but she willing risked it to protect her family.
Grande made to leave but he got stuck and Clara saved him even though he didn’t want her to touch him…… Clara was asthmatic and even though she managed to pull both her husband and daughter out and the building……her heart couldn’t take it….so she died afterwards
Monica weeped as Clara gave her a necklace before she died……… and that’s how Morgan and Helen became her enemy.
The police and fire department arrived and they swinged into action…….. months later Morgan filled charges on Grande and he was arrested
In all of these Monica wasn’t found and was concluded dead….. but she actually ran away…..all the hatered started building in and she vowed to do things the hard way.
” Since kind people don’t exist……I might just be exactly like who gave birth to me…….. father” thse were Monica’s words and she left her dead mother’s corpse.
☠️ One year later ☠️
Morgan made sure she took possession of Grande’s properties and she traveled to New York to start a fresh life…… after everything she wanted to make sure Grande never layed his hands on Vanessa.
So she planned on switching Vanessa with another woman’s child but they almost got caught so she took responsibility of the two girls
After a year she got pregnant….. and gave birth to twins…… Abigail and Abbie…….but she doesn’t want to have anything to do with them so she tossed them aside.
Neglecting them completely……she shouts at them and make sure they don’t come close to her.
Her hatered for Vanessa growed as each time she looks at her…..all she sees is Grande…..she reminds her of him so much.
Each time she sees Vanessa…..she felt like straggling her…but at the same time she couldn’t because she’s her blood so she made up her mind to leave the country parmanently….. ignoring her children as she doesn’t want to have anything to do with them at that moment.
She hated Vanessa so much because Vanessa is the real blood of Grande…… and for that she made sure Vanessa never calls her mother……. each time she does she will yell at her…… and that made Vanessa grow with the hatered too.
So she made s deal with Carlson and made him take custody for the children for some years after which she will fully take over and then she and Carlson would go their separate ways.
Carlson had to agree and Morgan used her connections and he bacame one of the biggest business tycoon in the city……
” What if Grande comes back?” Helen asked with fear as she walked towards the airport.
” He’s the cops problem now and not mine” Morgan said.
” What about your children?……are you just going to leave them?” Helen asked and Morgan scoffed.
” I don’t care” Morgan said finally as she left Helen standing in silence.
Present 💝💝💝💝💝
“Even though Morgan hated you guys she still did all those things for the wellbeing of your future…..she wanted the best for you all…… ” Helen said as she narrated the whole story and everyone was silent.
“Woah……all those things really happened?…… but Monica only turned out evil because she was forced into it …….she believes evil commands respect ” Craig said as he couldn’t believe how deep Vanessa’s mother’s past is.
“Mom how could you?……you ruined their lives?…..you were mean to Monica and Morgan was just following your lead! ” Olivia bursted out in anger.
By now Vanessa was crying really hard as Dylan pulled her in for a hug…….she hugs him tightly as she allowed the tears to flow
“I can’t believe this…… Morgan actually did all those things and it’s because of you!! ” Abigail yells and Abbie held her as her body vibrated in anger.
“Tell her to leave…… just leave!!!!!!! ” Vanessa yells and Helen slowly stood up…… Olivia looks away from her and Helen slowly walked out
The whole room became filled with Vanessa’s tears as Jessica stood with shock………
“What a shitty past ” Craig said and walked up to Vanessa…… consoling her as well.
Chapter 57 & 58 : Building Trust
Vanessa finally got discharged from the hospital and Dylan made insisted that she moved in with him so he can keep an eye on her
” Dylan that’s impossible…..I can’t go to your house….I will just move in with Jessica or Abbie and Abigail…..” Vanessa trails as she packs all her school stuff…. ready to go home… since the exams are over and the seniors graduation was in three days.
” But I want you to stay with me…… look I’m not saying your siblings aren’t going to take care of you…. it’s just that I wanna make sure you are always safe ….. with me” Dylan said and Vanessa rubs her forehead.
” What will your God mother think of me…… apparently she knows my Dad…. she’s going to hate me….I will just sort myself out” Vanessa said trying to pull away from Dylan but he held her still.
” Come on Vanessa…..how are you going to sort yourself out….. remember Carlson ain’t your Dad…..or do you wanna go stay with your father?” Dylan asked and Vanessa blinks repeatedly.
” Hell no …..” She mumbles silently and Dylan smirks.
” We are ready to go……” Naomi as she and Jessica came out the hallway…..by now the school was almost empty but there were a few students who didn’t want to go home…..it’s a short holiday though so the school allows it.
” Oh yeah….. Vanessa you coming with?….. Naomi is spending the holidays with me…..” Jessica said and Vanessa nods with a smile.
” No can do girls….. because Vanessa would be spending the holidays with me….. gotta protect her from her enemies” Dylan said and Vanessa rolls her eyes playfully.
” Awwww…..that so sweet…. Vanessa is literally the luckiest girl in the world….. I’m so happy for you gurl” he’s sequels as she nudged Vanessa
” I can’t agree less…..we gotta go..” Naomi said as they hugged each other….. waving at them while they left.
” So what do you say princess?……. it’s going to be fun….. and don’t worry about my Nonna…once you get to know her…..you will love her….I promise” Dylan said as he held her hand and she pouted.
” Okay fine….. let’s go……” Vanessa said and Dylan chuckles….. pulling her along with her things…. although the holidays was only for a few weeks.
Roonie sat quietly besides Scarlett favorite spot as he ruffles his hair…..he was dejected….he didn’t know how to feel
Why is he hurting?……. it’s not like he made his intentions known to her …..she just saw him as someone she can confide in…..she saw him as a friend.
He picked up his phone and they were a lot of texts from Scarlett…… he hasn’t been replying to any of them…….
He sighs as he stood up…… walking away…. just then Scarlett saw him.
” Roonie!” She calls out…….he was kinda shocked…..the sound of relief in her voice made his heart flutter as he turned involuntarily
” There you are!…… I’ve been searching for you…..why aren’t you picking up your calls or replying my texts?” Scarlett asked and he looks away
” I didn’t see them” he mumbles and she furrows her eyebrows.
” That’s weird…….you are lying…..are you intentionally avoiding me?” She asked and he sighs.
” Scarlett I think it’s best if we just…..stop seeing each other” Roonie said and she titls her head backwards in surprise.
” Why?…..did I don’t anything wrong?” She asked as she tries to hold his hand but he shifted backwards.
” Just stop it…..I don’t wanna complicate things more than they already are…… just leave me alone” Roonie said and Scarlett lips parted slightly in shock.
” Can you at least tell me what happened?……you just can’t say we should stop seeing each other…..we are friends” Scarlett said as she tried not to raise her voice.
” Exactly!……I don’t wanna be just your friend…..I want you to look at me the way you look at Nike……you are still into him and that hurts me badly…… I’m not some sort of comfort zone when you can pour all your fustrations…..I want to be yours……” Roonie yells and Scarlett jaws dropped instantly…..
Her eyes roamed all over him trying to figure out where all these are coming from.
” What are you talking about?…….are you saying you love me?” Scarlett asked with mixed emotions…..
” What’s the point?……you are already together with him……I can’t believe after everything he did to you….you still went back to him…..you can never understand girls” Roonie said as he tries to leave but Scarlett held him.
” I’m not back together with him……I don’t know what you are talking about” Scarlett said as she tried to mask her feelings.
” You kissed him…….I was right there ….I saw everything….. listen I’m not that kind of guy who goes after a girl that doesn’t want to have anything to do with him….. I’m better than that because I know if I tried to claim you then that’s going to cause a lot of drama and I’m not ready for that” Roonie said and Scarlett felt something piercing her heart.
Although she was attracted to Roonie…..but it’s like she doesn’t really like him the way he expected her to….
” Roonie….I don’t think that should stop us from being friends…….you really had my back…. please” Scarlett pleaded but Roonie scoffed
” I have strong feelings for you….. and I just can’t see you as just friends……go be with him…..you two are meant for each other” Roonie said as he pulled himself away from her and walked out.
Scarlett watched him till he was out of sight……why does it hurt?
” Mother?” Olivia called softly as Helen sat on her bed……a sour look plastered all over her face as she cried inwardly.
” You wanna come trash me too huh?” Helen asked as she cleans her eyes….
” No…..I would never do that….. I’m sorry for raising my voice at you the other day….. I was just mad at everything…. I’m sorry” Olivia said as she sat besides her Mom.
” I deserve it…..I mean if only I had cautioned Morgan when she first started feeling guilty…..then non of these would have happened……I literally forced her to continue….. it’s my fault” Helen said as more tears tickles down her eyes.
” Stop blaming yourself…..you were only trying to help a friend” Olivia said further.
” In the process I killed an innocent woman….. Clara didn’t deserve to die…… Monica would definitely come for me” Helen said and Olivia jerked…..
” No way….. I’m not going to let anyone hurt you over something you didn’t do intentionally….. Clara died while trying to save her heartless husband!” Olivia fires.
” If I didn’t cause the fire in the first place then no one would have needed saving” Helen retored.
” You had to do it….. things were getting out of hand at that moment…..you had to save Morgan!” Olivia said as she also started crying
” But that doesn’t justify my actions……I killed someone….all because I wanted to save another close to me …… that’s called being selfish and heartless…… Monica turned out to be a monster because of me……she badly wanted to avenge her mom but Grande wouldn’t let her…….I don’t deserve happiness…..I have caused so many tears” Helen said and Olivia covers her face with her hands …. crying endlessly.
The door opened and Abigail walked in…….her eyes landed on Helen and she sucked under her breath.
They both share a long stare as Olivia raised her head to see the both of them looking at each other…… only God knows what’s going through Abigail’s mind right now.
” All my life….. I’ve hated my mother for something someone else did……. I feel so stupid right now…..my mother died without getting the due forgiveness she badly needed…….my mother is yet to be buried because our family aren’t united……. thanks alot Helen” Abigail said and Helen felt her heart shattering into pieces.
” Abigail I understand that you’re mad at my mother…… but if not for her?….. Grande would have killed you and your brother and take over everything you had……so instead of making her feel guilty…..you should be thanking her for the good things she’s done for your family” Olivia said and Abigail chuckles bitterly.
” Wow……you still don’t get it do you?….if your mother hadn’t pushed my mother into that mess then all of these wouldn’t be happening today……she caused it…..do you know what we went through?…..the pains and neglection?…..you have no idea what we passed through so just shut up your mouth hole!!!” Abigail yells and they both flinched……

The room was slightly dark as Grande sat on his twrilling chair…… swinging it as he stare at no one in particular”.
” Those fools think they can escape from me…..” Grande said to himself as he chuckled at their doom.
” Just a few days left…… and everything will be over…..it will all be mine” Grande said as one of his goons walked in.
” We got the boy boss” he said and Grande smirks.
” Excellent….. I’m sure all this wouldn’t have been possible if my daughter hadn’t helped?” He asked and Monica walked in….. although she was smiling but there was something off about it.
” I did it Dad…..I will always do anything to make you proud” Monica said as she looks at her father’s cold eyes……
” I trust you my darling…….you are just exactly like me……in three days we will get Vanessa by then…..I want you to make sure you get him to tell us where the documents are……can I trust you on that my child?” Grande asked and Monica couldn’t help but feel somehow…..she blinks repeatedly as she saw the image of her mother right before her.
Caressing her hair as she hugs her tenderly.
” You are unique….. you are beautiful……you don’t have to turn into something else just to please anybody….. always please yourself first my child” Clara’s voice echoed in her ears and Monica stepped back….. staggering as she was quick enough to maintain her balance.
” Is everything okay Monica?…….did you hear what i just said?” Grande asked and Monica nods……
He smiles as he slowly walked away from her and Monica held her chest…… was she hallucinating?
Is this a sign that she’s about to make the biggest mistake of her life?
Scarlett walked towards the hostel looking completely lost and stressed…..she tried calling Roonie several times but he’s not answering…..
” This doesn’t have to ruin our friendship Roonie” she mutters as a tear slipped down her eyes…..she quickly cleans it.
” Hey babe….” Nike trails as he stopped her……she quickly pulled on a fake smile.
” Nike….you are still in school?….. Dylan and Craig already left…. I’m surprised” she said while tucking her hair behind her ears…..it was splattered all over her face.
” Well I know for a fact that you are not going home so I decided to stay back……I don’t want you to be bored” he said cheerfully and she smiles
” That’s great……umm….I will see you around?” She said trying to walk away but he scoots her….. making her face him directly.
” Why are you acting akward Scar?……are you alright?” He asked and she lowered her face….. looking downward.
” Come on….. talk to me” he insisted and she sighs.
” It’s Roonie…… he said we should stop being friends” Scarlett said almost inaudibly but he heard everything.
For some reason…. Nike smiles as he was kinda relieved…..he doesn’t have any rival now…. Scarlett is his alone.
” That’s why you are sad?” Nike asked and she chuckles bitterly….. looking at him.
” I’m stupid…..I can’t believe I want things to work out between us again after everything…… I’m definitely stupid” Scarlett said as she wriggles out of his touch.
” Scarlett come on….. it’s just a silly mistake….we can make this work out….. trust me” Nike said but Scarlett shook her head negatively
” When I said I was done with you…..I meant every word……. maybe I still have tiny little feelings left but that doesn’t mean I wanna come back to you…..the kiss was an honest mistake…… don’t take it seriously…… let’s just forget about us…… forever” Scarlett said sincerely and while at it all she could think of was Roonie.
” Is this because of Roonie huh?” Nike asked looking pissed….. he’s short tempered.
” It’s not just because of Roonie……I can’t bring myself to trust you anymore…..I just can’t…. I’m sorry” Scarlett said walking away
Nike clenched his fist as anger surged through him.
” I’ve always knew you had something going on with him even when we were dating!!…….you are just losed!!!……no self respect whatsoever!!!!” Nike yells and Scarlett stopped dead on her tracks immediately…….her eyes twitched as she felt her anger building up.
She sharply made a U_Turn slapping him immediately she got to where he stood…… Nike stood shocked as her chest heaved heavily.
” You are insane!……you know what?….I have feelings for Roonie!….. that’s right….. I’m in love with him because he’s a better person!…….all you only care about is yourself!…… stay the hell away from me!….go to hell Nike!…….” Scarlett yells before finally walking away.
Nike rubs his cheek as he smiles sinisterly….. maybe it’s time to just let go.

Abbie snapped from his sadated slumber as he felt his head banging virgoursly…..he groans as he tries to suppress the pain but they came in folds….. making him almost yell.
He tried moving his body but he was tied up.
” What the hell!” He semi yells……the last thing he remembered was walking back to the hostel after paying Vanessa a visit …….. what happened to him.
” You are finally awake” Monica’s voice interupts his thoughts as she walked in…… she’s always with a gun…. it’s been her bestfriend ever since she realized it was her Dad’s favorite thing.
” Monica?” Abbie said unbelievably.
” Call me sister……. besides we are kinda related…..you are Vanessa’s step brother….. and I’m Vanessa’s step sister…..you know our relationship is complicated….. let’s not get into it” she said and Abbie tries to free himself.
“What do you want from me? ” Abbie asked with grethed teeth…… sinking his glares into Monica.
“Simple…… just tell the documents are and I promise not to kill you…..go on say it ” Monica congoled but Abbie scoffed instead.
“I’m not telling you nothing…… never ” Abbie said and Monica smirks.
“Don’t try to be a hero brother…….I have my eyes on Abigail too and if you don’t start talking…..I will end her as well….. ” She said.
“Don’t you dare touch my sister you bîtch! ” Abbie yells.
“Ouch!…… she’s my sister too you know?……but it doesn’t matter as long as my father is proud of me…..I will do anything “Monica said and Abbie saw the determination in her eyes.
“Start talking! ” Monica said pointing the gun at him.
” Can’t you see…..he doesn’t love you Monica….. I’ve heard your past…… he’s only using you to get Vanessa…..he doesn’t care about you!” Abbie said and Monica frowned….. tightening her grip on the gun.
“Shut up!…..you don’t know anything about me! ” Monica yells as she strains herself….. feeling that same emptiness she felt when she was little.
“Have you ever wondered why he suddenly started giving you attention?…… it’s because he realized you were ready to become his puppet!….. he hates you….. just as he hates your mother! ” Abbie yells and Monica pulled the trigger……..
Abbie heart froze as the bullet went straight for the wall…. he felt a cold breeze sliding his ear…..as Monica started breathing heavily……she falls on her knees as the gun slipped out of her hand.
She started crying……. remembering everything…….
Then it dawned on her that Abbie was right……he doesn’t love her.
All he’s ever done is to push her around….. molding her in his image…… trying his possible best just to make sure she becomes just like him…….but he doesn’t see her as his daughter……all this while he just wanted to get Vanessa……all he cares about is Vanessa!
That’s so painful no matter how hard she tries to act as if it isn’t but she just can’t and Abbie just confirmed her instincts….. making her see she’s just chasing shadows and he will never love her as a father would……… what’s the point of doing things for him if he doesn’t even acknowledge her?
She looks at Abbie and he smiles weakly at her …….she returned the smile…… cleaning her nose as she chuckles bitterly.
“I’m nothing but a puppet to him…….all he cares about is me achieving goals for him…..you don’t wanna know the things I have done just so he would look at me with love……but no…..he doesn’t love me ” Monica said as she stands up…… walking up to Abbie.
” I understand your pain……I grew up to a mother who hated my existence too…… it’s just sad isn’t it?” Abbie said as she frees him.
“Just run away….. and stay safe… or else you might just not be lucky next time ” Monica said….. turning her back on him.
” What about you?……. he’ll kill you once he knows you released me on purpose!” Abbie said and she chuckles.
this is the first time she’s seeing someone who genuinely cares about her…….she pulled him in a bone crushing hug…..it took him a minute to reciprocate the hug…… tightening it.
“Don’t worry about me…….. this is my personal torture hideout….. I’m the only one here….. just run and hide ” she said….. picking the gun as she points it on her middle her……she carefully puts it in a position where it won’t damage her hand.
“What are you going to do?….. let’s run together ” Abbie said and she smriks.
” You are way too stubborn…… always listen to your big sister….. alright?” She said and Abbie nods.
He looks at her one more time and she gave him the go ahead…… immediately he dashed out but not after hearing the loud cry of Monica filling the entire building.
” I owe you one Monica” Abbie said as he continues to run…… stoping the urge from going back to her..

They finally arrived and Vanessa couldn’t help but gasp at the sight in front of her……. she looks at Dylan and he smiles.
” This place is amazing Dylan…… you mean to tell me you own this house?” Vanessa asked and he nods.
Her mouth was still wide open when they got in……he used his spare key since the door was locked…… even after everything she noticed something off.
There are no workers around…… just a big house.
She badly wanted to ask him but discarded the thought immediately……they got in and she flops on the couch……it sank her in and she heaved satisfying……. sinking deeper into the softness of the cushion.
“You care for anything ” he asked as he bends and she flutter her eyes open.
“Yeah I do ” she said…… flashing him one of her killer smiles.
“What’s that? ” He asked and she held his shoulder……. pulling him closer as her back left the couch……she was sitting straight now.
“Your lips……. ” She trails and he couldn’t help but laugh……she immediately frowned as she watched him fall on the couch besides her……. laughing hard.
“What’s so funny?……you just ruined the mood ” she whined and he tries to suppress the laughter but it keeps coming.
“You are so terrible at flirting…….you couldn’t even keep up despite the fact that you’ve got one of the s£xiest eyes…… ” He said and she huffed….. shifting away from him.
“I’m terrible at flirting?…….I suppose you could teach me?…… morever I’m just an inno¢£nt virgîñ ” Vanessa said as she crawled into his arms again….. this time… she made sure she strandled him……. boring him with an intense gaze as she saw he gulped.
Not so terrible huh?……her mind teased and she smiles.

It got so heated that they didn’t know when the door opened and Mrs Rosa eyes widened at the sight in front of her.

“What’s going on here? ” Mrs Rosa voice interupts and Vanessa jerks…….. falling off Dylan as she stared at the slightly pissed woman in front of her……
“This is definitely not a good way to see each other for the first time……damn ” Vanessa’s inner mind taunts as the room was filled with akward silence.
Chapter 59 & 60 : The Final Battle
Vanessa stared at Dylan as Mrs Rosa still had that stern look on……she gulped as she pulled closer to Dylan who held her hand…..he could sense the fear in her as her body vibrated.
” Isn’t this just interesting….. young girl…. don’t you think it’s a little bit disrespectful to do such rubbish in my living room?….” Mrs Rosa said and Vanessa gulped.
” I’m sorry mam’m….I…..” Vanessa trails and Mrs Rosa held her hand up…… shutting Vanessa.
” I don’t need your explanation……” Mrs Rosa said as she walked towards the kitchen.
Immediately Mrs Rosa left Vanessa hits Dylan on his chest hard……
” Ouch!….. what’s that for?” Dlayn asked and Vanessa rolls her eyes.
” Look at what you’ve caused…..oh now she has a bad impression on me” Vanessa laments and Dylan chuckles.
” It’s not like we’ were doing anything bad…… it’s just a little make out…… she’ll get over it” Dylan said as he shrugged his shoulders and Vanessa hits him harder this time…… making him scott away from her as he held his chest.
” You are so ignorant!” Vanessa semi yells as she walked away….. heading to the kitchen.
” And that’s why I love you!!!!” Dylan trails and she pointed her middle finger at him with a playful frown on her face.
Dlayn laughs as he brought out his phone…….. Abbie was calling him?……how did he get his number?
A slight frown displays on his face as he walked outside.
Mrs Rosa was carefully arranging the goercies she bought as she made a mental note……she rested both hands on the kitchen highland as she was backing the entrance.
Vanessa stood at the door post…….her hands were slightly shaking as she bit her lips…..not knowing how to approach the woman…… what would she think of her?….. especially once she gets to know that she’s the daughter of Grande.
” You know you can’t stand there forever right?” Mrs Rosa voice interupts her and Vanessa jerks sightly…. her eyes were still watching her as Mrs Rosa slowly turned.
” I’m sorry for what happened earlier……” Vanessa trails and Mrs Rosa gestures for her to come closer.
Vanessa almost gaged as she slowly walked towards her and Mrs Rosa pulled her close.
” You remind me of someone……. I worked for him years ago when Dylan was about turning 1yr Old” Mrs Rosa said and Vanessa gulped……not knowing what to say next.
” Really?…” Vanessa asked and Mrs Rosa nods…..
” Nevermind though….. maybe I’m just over thinking it …….. So how do you know my son?” Mrs Rosa asked and Vanessa smiles.
” We attend the same school and he’s my friend?” Vanessa said unsure…… she didn’t actually know what she would call her relationship with Dylan…. it’s not like he’s asked her out to be his girlfriend or anything.
” Hmmm….. friends eeh?” Mrs Rosa said with a raised eye brow and Vanessa chuckles….. looking away from her.
” I guess your friendship must be really close…..” Mrs Rosa said and Vanessa sighs…..
” Maybe” Vanessa answered and Mrs Rosa nods.
” My son brought you home….. something he’s never done before….. this is the first time I’m seeing my son bringing a female home…… I’m beyond surprise…..are you sure nothing is going on between the both of you?” Mrs Rosa asked with curiousity.
” Not yet…….” Vanessa said and Mrs Rosa didn’t want to push it further.

Monica stormed in with a bandaged middle arm….. immediately she got closer to her Dad she fell on the floor…. breathing heavily
” I tried to stop him dad…..I really tried but he escaped and shot me before running away….. I’m in pains…” Monica said as she continues to scrunch her face.
” Oh really?” Grande asked as he looks down at her……his eyes were looming over her wounded arm.
” Yes Daddy……I tried…..but I couldn’t stop him” Monica said as she looks at him…. returning the burning gaze.
” You must think that I’m very stupid Monica…….you think I don’t know you let him escaped!!!!” Grande yells and Monica gasped……
She tried moving away but he caught her hair….. pulling down on it as she yelped in pain.
” I didn’t let him escape…..I swear!” Monica yells but he pulled harder.
” I knew you were going to betray me right from the day you begged for George……that’s why I had cameras installed in your hideout!……and you did betray me!” Grande yells as he flings her away by the hair……she fell on her back…. clutching onto her hair as it felt like he wanted to pull it off her scalp.
” I’m sorry Dad….. please” Monica said weakly and he snearled.
” Where is he hiding?” Grande asked and Monica coughed a little.
” I honestly don’t know……I just told him to run…..I don’t know where he ran to…… please Dad don’t hurt him” Monica said and Grande smirks
” Look who’s turned into a big caring sister?……you fool!!…….I knew you were just exactly like your mother…… weak…..navie…..full of stupid emotions….. seems like you’ve forgotten what it feels like to be ruthless……and I will gladly refresh your memory” Grande said and Monica gasped…..
All her training memories flashing as she saw herself back in the dark room…… being tortured till you no longer feel any human sympathy…….
” Dad…… please….let them be….. you’ve already killed Morgan just let Vanessa be……I know you just want to turn her into a monster just like you did to me” Monica said weakly and Grande smirks harder…… bending to her level as he placed his hand on her chin….. making her face him.
” Vanessa already has that physophat blood running through her veins………she just needs to be taught how to use it…….” Grande said and Monica breaks in tears.
” You!…..you!” Grande yells at his goons and they surrounded him immediately.
” Make sure she’s locked up in her room till we are ready to leave this country in two days…….” Grande ordered and Monica was carried immediately.
” Let me go!!!……let me go you monsters…… don’t do this to Vanessa Dad!!!……let me goooo!!…..I will kill you all!!!!!” Monica yells as she kicks her legs in the air repeatedly but she was still carried away.
Grande smriks as he beckons on the remaining goons.
” Plan B is in motion sir……the documents are with us” he said as a screen displayed Abbie……he was laying almost lifeless on the ground
” Just because I decided to let her help me doesn’t mean I don’t have my own plan…… make sure our flights are ready before the end of tomorrow” Grande said sterning as walked away.

Mrs Rosa and Vanessa were laughing so hard as she finally suppressed her laughter.
” You are so funny” Mrs Rosa said and Vanessa calmed down a little.
” It’s the truth…… your son was once a pain on my butt…. but as we got to know each other better….I descoverd he was very different and super kind” Vanessa said and Mrs Rosa nods.
” The circumstances at which Dylan was born was something no one should ever experienced…..his Dad worked hand in hand with a fellow dangerous association….. his Mom died immediately she gave birth to him and his elder brother made life mesrable for him…. after the whole drama….. his Dad was killed and I took Dylan away….. thinking I had ran away from the dangerous people only to bump into another one” Mrs Rosa narrated and Vanessa was already emotional by now.
” Who’s that?” Vanessa asked curiously.
” Grande….. Dylan’s father best friend and business associate” Mrs Rosa said and Vanessa gasped.
So their Dad’s knew each other…..they were even best of friends?
” After I was able to leave the Grande’s after the terrible fire accident I vowed never to have anything to do with them…..or anyone related to them” Mrs Rosa said and Vanessa gulped……her heart broke into several pieces as she holds onto herself.
” But each time I look at you……you always remind me of Grande’s eldest daughter….. Monica…..you look so much like her…….are you by any chance related to her?” Mrs Rosa asked and Vanessa didn’t know how to react.

She felt butterflies in her stomach as she tries hard not to blush.
” I will call her my daughter in-law…….you are so lucky and I’m happy my son loves you……. come on let me show you your room” Mrs Rosa said but Dylan shakes his head.
” She’ll be staying with me…….in my room…” Dylan said and Mrs Rosa eyes widened…… what has Vanessa done to her son?……did she bewitched him?
” Alright….if that’s what you want…..you guys have fun but not too much fun” Mrs Rosa said and Dylan pulled her as they walked upstairs
Vanessa looks back at Mrs Rosa and they both shared a smile…..but the smile vanished immediately Vanessa faced Dylan……
” That’s Vanessa Grande……. Morgan’s child” Mrs Rosa said immediately they were out of sight.
She clasped her hands together as she was blank on what to do….. Dylan obviously loves her so much and if she tries to separate them then she should get ready to lose her son.
” I just hope nothing bad happens” Mrs Rosa said….as she rested completely on the couch.

They got in and Vanessa gasped in awe ……the room was filled with different dark interior designs and some posters of celebraties……the room was dark in color and nothing much but the aura of the room was giving chills and bad boy vibes.
She flops on the bed and bounced a couple of times before steading herself…….it was super fluffy.
” You like what you see?” Dylan asked referring to his room.
” Yeah it’s really cool…….I love it” Vanessa said and Dylan could hear the disturbance in her voice.
” Is something bothering you?” Dylan asked and she sighs…… within a second Dylan was sitting beside her…. wrapping his hand over her and she snuggled into his warmth.
” Your God mother said she doesn’t want to have anything to do with the Grande’s…… she said doesn’t want anyone close to her to have anything to do with the Grande’s as well……..I feel like we should just….you know…” Vanessa was saying but Dylan shut her up with a kiss……it was mild and short.
” Don’t say anything……my mother supports whatever decision I make and you are mine…… I’m not leaving you no matter what happens…..you got that?” Dylan asked and Vanessa smiles.
He hugged her completely and she inheals his minty flavor scent…… it’s really nice and she inheals it more….as if she wants to sniff him whole
He smiles at her as she continues to snuggle into him……

Roonie was done packing all the things he needs…..the graduation was tomorrow and this is the last day he’ll be seeing this room
Amongst everyone else….. he’s the only one who stays in the room…..he has no roommate and the school authority granted him the freedom to use the room alone.
A slight knock on the door made him rolls his eyes as he opens the door reluctantly.
” Scarlett?…..” He said as if he was dreaming…..he blinks repeatedly as he looks outside of the room and she was the only one standing there
“Hey…. ” She said in her tiny voice…..
“Nike’s room is over there….up front….I think you made a mistake” he said and she smiles….. pushing him slightly by the chest as she walked in……he slowly shut the door behind them and faced her.
” Scarlett….. look…. I’m really sorry for raising my voice at you the other day….I was just really mad….”
” I want to give us a chance…… let’s see how things go between us” she interupts him and his eyes widened.
” Are you sure you are alright?……did you drink before coming here?” Roonie asked in shock and she laughed.
” I’m serious……at first I was confused…..but now I know what I want….. and it’s you….” She said and he couldn’t believe his ears
” I’m surprised….. wow……you really want be my girlfriend?” Roonie asked and she nods.
“I would love if you use your words…… ” he said and she walked up to him……. wrapping her hands on his shoulders….he was way taller than her but she’s wearing heels.
” Yes Roonie…..I would love to be your girlfriend” she said and he jerks her up…. twrilling in circles as she laughed heartily.
He puts her down and hugs her with different emotions surging through him.
” I’m the happiest guy in the world” Roonie goshed as they broke the hug.
“I know right….. come on…. tomorrow is your send-off graduation let’s get you prepared ” Scarlett said as she pulled him along.
” Bossy eenh?” He said teasingly and she chuckles…..
Guess she wasn’t that bad making decisions.
Olivia was heading back in after Helen left……she wanted to go with her but she really wants to see how the send off will go
Her mind drifted to Abigail and she frowned…… after everything she and her mother went through just to make sure Grande doesn’t get those documents……she still had the mind to insult and judge her mom…..that makes her so mad right now.

“Grande kidnapped me……but Monica saved me…. she told me to take the documents and run…..I didn’t know I was being trailed…. after taking the documents…I got attacked and they took it….. beating the living day lights outta me…..ouch! ” Abbie narrated as he felt pains all over.
“You mean Monica saved you?…….how did that happen? ” Olivia asked as she was obviously shocked.
” She really did…….I guess she realized that her Dad would never appreciate her……. Grande now has the documents……. I’m afraid Vanessa is the next target” Abbie said sadly as they got closer to the hostel.
“We gotta do something!…….. ” Olivia said as she helped him walk faster.
Monica’s Room 🧐
Monica sat quietly as different thoughts ran through her mind…….. Vanessa is definitely not going to escape her father if she doesn’t help her ….but how will she do that?.
She sighs as she looks at the closed door…… Grande has her trapped……..but there should be a way out of here…… thinking deeply as her door clicked and one of her dad’s boy walked in with a small tray.
She looks at him with hate as he placed the tray in front of her.
“I brought Apples…. ” He said……she could clearly hint the mockery in his voice and the amusement in his eyes…… he’s wearing a mask so it’s pretty hard to tell.
There were five apples…… two green and three red….. besides it was a pocket knife…… wait a pocket knife!
He turned to leave as she grabbed the knife….. hiding it besides her before letting out a whimper…..
“Damnit!….? my arm! ” She cried out and he turned sharply.
“Is everything okay? ” He asked and she cussed out.
“You are not fùcking blind now are you!?…… I’m in pains!” she said as she bit her lips…..
“Fine show me where you are hurting ” he said with an eye roll as he walked closer to her….. bending to her level as he held her hand
“Look closer….. keep looking! ” Monica semi yells and he scoffs……. she grethed her teeth as she slowly pulled out the knife……..
“I don’t see anything ” he said with a shrug as he made to stand but she dived the knife deep on the side of his neck……. his eyes widened as he falls dead……..the knife still deep in his neck.
Monica smriks as she stood up carefully……she took his gun and everything he was using for protection.
“No one holds Monica captive……. time to save my dear sister ” Monica said with a defiant smirk as she walked out.
She got out of the building without interuption but immediately she got outside……her Dad’s goons surrounded her.
She smriks pulling out a poscraned……..
“One more step and we all go boom….. ” She said and they looked at each other…….
“Let me go and nobody dies…. ” She said again and they slowly lowered their weapons.
She smriks as she hops into her car…… driving off roughly as she pokes her head out the side mirrors.
“Y’all still gonna die though……. wait till my dad gets back and realize I’m gone…..fooooools!!!! ” She yells as she zooms off completely.
“She’s right…..we are all dead ” one of the goons said as they hurriedly left.
Mrs Rosa as usual designed the dining table with different dishes.
Vanessa couldn’t help but sliavate as she sat besides Dylan……
Mrs Rosa went back into the kitchen and Dylan quickly faced Vanessa.
“Quick one before she comes back ” Dylan said as he points his lips and Vanessa smriks fevishly.
“Nope…… you are not getting anything ” she said and he frowned.
“Please “.
“Nope “.
“Pretty please “.
“Nope “.
“Pretty please with chocolate and sprinkles ” .
“Nope ” .
Dylan frowned instantly as he huffed…….
” Fine….” he trails as he faced the table….. trying to get the pork chops on the other side of the table.
” My eyes!……. something entered my eyes!” Dylan suddenly yelps and Vanessa shrikes looking at him.
“What happened? ” Vanessa said as she got hold of him.
“I think something entered my eyes ” he said and she held both sides of his face.
“Come on let me see ” she said as she pulled him close……he smriks as his hand sneaks up behind her head.
Pressing his lips against her’s as he nibbled on them tightly and she opens her eyes in shock…… realizing what he just did.
“You punk!!!!! ” She yells as she hits him……he smriks as he shifts a little to avoid getting hit.
“I see you guys are having fun ” Mrs Rosa said and Dylan smirks while Vanessa frowned playfully.
“He’s a punk! ” She semi yells and Mrs Rosa chuckles.
The door bell rang and Mrs Rosa rolls her eyes.
“I will go get it ” Mrs Rosa said as she excused herself.
“I still got my kiss……stop giving me dirty looks ” Dylan said and she pokes his forehead.
Mrs Rosa looks at them and smiles before opening the door.
Her eyes widened as she steps backwards…….
Dylan and Vanessa immediately stood up as they noticed her uneasiness and they got to the door…… Vanessa froze instantly.
“What do you want!? ” Dylan asked and Monica smiles.
“I’m here to help my sister ” Monica said and their jaws dropped.
