Spraying his cologne all over his body as he flashed himself a wink….. looking all smokey and breathtaking.
” So……. it’s pretty obvious that I have won the bet” Craig said as he was ready to good as well.
” dude…… you’ve won because I can’t believe I’m saying this though but I’m in love with Vanessa……no doubt…. and I’m gonna make her mine tonight” Dylan said with a smirk and Craig claps his hands in victory.
” I knew it!……well congrats buddy….. I’m happy for you…..you finally found love even though you are a walking shadow of yourself…… Vanessa was able to change you” Craig said and Dylan chuckles.
” She’s a gift to me and if anyone dares to harm her….. I will roast that person alive and I’m not capping” Dylan said as his expression changed into a serious look.
” I trust you…… I’m low on cash….you are going to spend lavishly on me as my win for the bet……I still have other things I want you to do” Craig said and Dylan smacked the back of his head playfully.
” You ignorant fool…… let’s go…..I wanna see what my princess looks like” Dylan said dashing out and Craig followed him suit.
The girls were ready as Vanessa finally steps out….. earning gasped from the remaining three.
” Holy fùcking molly!!!!!……. girl you are so gorgeous!!!” Scarlett sequels and Vanessa smiles happily.
” I’m sure Dylan won’t be able to take his eyes of you…….. he’s going to eat you raw!!!!” Naomi said and Vanessa eyes popped.
” Come on girls…… I’m not that hot” Vanessa said sheepishly and Jessica pulled her towards the door.
” We are the ones to tell you if you are hot or not…… and trust me sister….you are fire!” Jessica said and Vanessa giggled.
They opened the door and Dylan was standing there….. Craig was behind him as both guys mouth fell open without a second thought…… Dylan’s eyes were focused on Vanessa only.
Vanessa stared at the girls and back at Dylan…… it’s been close to three minutes and Dylan hasn’t said a single word.
He pulled his hand out and Vanessa took it slowly…… pulling her slightly towards him as he stroked her cheeks…..her eyes darting over his handsomeness too.
Lowering himself down to her ears…..
” You look hot and ravishing right now….. God help me that I will be able to control myself tonight” he whispered and she cringed….. smiling back at him as he stood still.
” Let’s go…..” Vanessa said as she pulled him along and Craig engaged himself with Jessica.
Scarlett spotted Roonie and they walked away while Naomi strode behind them…. smiling.
The party ground was filled up as they arrived and all eyes were on Dylan and Vanessa.

That particular statement made Vanessa’s head snapped as she faced the girl who said that…….she clenched her fists and made to go after her but Dylan held her waist……. pulling her closer to himself……she sighs as she shot the girl a hard glare….. walking away with Dylan.
Immediately George appeared….. smiling sheepishly at Vanessa.
” You came……I thought you weren’t going to” George asked and Vanessa smiles.
” I had to…… Dylan was coming so I followed him” Vanessa said and George felt his stomach swell out of anger but he suppressed it.
” Mind if I show you your seat?” George asked with a offering hand but Dylan slapped it off…….. while smirking.
” You don’t have to…..I will show her” Dylan said and Vanessa clears her throat as akward silence lingers between them……she waved at George as Dylan pulled her away..
” Take it easy…….we will get him” Ashley tapped him from behind and he groans.
” I can’t wait…..fùck!” George said out of fustration as he menover into the crowd…… brushing past people.
The air was stuffy due to smoking and drinking…..it was a wild party and Vanessa was kinda into wild parties…….she glanced at Dylan who seems uninterested.
” Don’t you wanna dance?” Vanessa asked and Dylan chuckles.
” Not interested…..but you can go……I will keep an eye on you” he said with a wink and just then Jessica showed up….. looking sweaty as Scarlett and Naomi were already enjoying the party.
” Let’s go shake our bodies……go on let’s go dance!!!!” Jessica said and Vanessa hinted that she was slightly drunk.
” You are drunk girl…… it’s been barley thirty minutes we got here” Vanessa said amusingly and Jessica hiccups.
” Does it matter!?…… let’s go” Jessica said pulling her along and Vanessa waves at Dylan……he smiles as she was centered on the dance floor with Scarlett and Naomi.
” Aren’t you going to dance?” Ashley asked as she sat in front of him……her cleavage was in full view as she her dress hugged every huggable part of her body….. she’s attractive no doubt.
” You know I’m not the dancing type” Dylan said and she smirks.
” How about we do something else…….we could sneak out….. have our little fun….. it’s been a while you know?” Ashley said as she fingers trails on his hand laying on the table and he grabbed it with his second hand.
” Quit acting like a whóre Ashley…… I’m not interested in your offer ” Dylan said and Ashley almost laughed.
” The almighty Dylan has changed alot…… seems like Vanessa has got you trapped in her little web…… she’s so lucky” Ashley said as she sat properly.
” I know you have something up your sleeve but if you try to do anything stupid……..I will kill you” Dylan threatened and Ashley smirks
” You sound like a simp right now…….. it’s a harmless party……as you can see everyone is drinking and smoking…… hooking up….. it’s a fun time….. loosen up and come dance with me” Ashley said and Dylan chuckles.
” Get lost” Dylan mutters and Ashley smirks…… standing up as she walked away.
Dylan couldn’t help but feel like something isn’t right.
” Dad I got my lock on her and I’m going to get her” Monica said and Grande smirks.
” Today is going to be a good day for me……. first George is going to eliminate that pest and you will get me my documents…… I’m so glad” Grande said and Monica smiles.
She walked up to her Dad and pecked his cheek…..
” Don’t worry Dad……. just hang on and let me bring your enemies crawling at your mercy” Monica said as she walked away.
Grande smile as he saw his reflection in Monica’s eyes…… she’s exactly like him.
Bold….. cruel…… cunning and heartless.
” Go my child….. I’m waiting for your good news” Grande said as he settled comfortably.
Abigail felt her purlse rising at each steps she takes towards the school gate…….her body was vibrating as she got closer and closer….. feeling so nervous and scared but she has to do this….no matter what happens.
She could hear the loud sound of the party music playing….. though they weren’t invited because the party was strictly meant for second year and third year students.
She got out of the school and breathed out……she should be expecting Monica anytime soon according to their plan.
She fiddles a little and made to leave when someone pushed her from behind and she fell on her face flat……the documents falling aside and a sinister laugh came from Monica.
” Olivia thinks she’s smart?……. Handing such important documents to an amateur…. sucks to be you” Monica said as she kicks Abigail on her side….. Abigail groans in pain as she held her stomach.
Monica picks the documents and hoped on her bike…… riding off as Abigail managed to get on her feet.
Olivia and Abbie perks their heads and Abigail signaled for them to come out.
” She’s gone right?” Abbie asked and Abigail nods.
” Sweet…… let’s go…. good job Abigail” Olivia taps Abigail’s shoulder as they left Abigail.
” They didn’t even bother to ask if I’m okay or not” Abigail said with a frown as she walked back into the school premises.
Abigail walked into her room and met Helen sitting quietly….. she reluctantly moved towards her as she sat besides her.
” They’ve gone……we finally succeeded” Abigail said and Helen smiles a little.
” You all still have to be very careful though….. Grande isn’t easily tricked” Helen said and Abigail furrows her eyebrows as a thought crossed her mind.
” How did my mother met Grande…… what was their connection together?” Abigail asked and Helen sighs as the past memories flowed through her.
” It’s a very complicated story…….I introduced your mother to Grande in her most vulnerable time……we thought it was just going to be a one night thing……but your mother became selfish and that’s how the whole trouble began” Helen said and Abigail’s eyes glimed with curiosity
” Tell me everything” Abigail said eagerly but Helen laughs slightly.
” I want all of you to be present while I tell you the whole story…… it’s a fragile and sensitive encounter…..I need y’all here” Helen said and Abigail nods in understanding.
” You know….. maybe after the whole truth……we might see the actual reason why Morgan did what she did?…….but it would even be better if she were alive” Abigail said and Helen hugs her.
” It’s okay…… I’m sure she’ll be happy wherever she is” Helen said and Abigail suddenly faced her.
” We haven’t buried my mother…… she’s still in the hospital mortuary……we need to lay her in peace” Abigail said as tear slipped outta her eyes.
” We will definitely do that once all these madness are over” Helen said and Abigail nods……. resting her body on Helen’s.
” We are running out of time” Tonia said in gritted teeth as Vanessa was still dancing….. it’s been close to two hours and she’s refused to sit
” Calm down ladies…… just watch” Ashley said as she smirks.
She signaled for George and he walked up to her…… pulling him close as she whispered something into his ears.
He sneiks…… walking up to the bartender as he ordered a drink…….
” Mint flavor” George said as he was given the drink and he walked away.
” Make sure you keep George away from me and Dylan was he gets the drink” Ashley said as she stands up as well and Tonia smiles.
Following George’s direction.
Dylan constantly kept his eyes on Ashley to see what’s she’s up to.
” You look worried” Craig said and Dylan sighs.
” I only came to this party because of Vanessa….. I’m sick of this place” Dylan said as he watched Vanessa dance with the girls…..she constantly smiles at him while blowing him a kiss.
” She’s having fun man……..” Craig said said as he took a sip from the drink he was holding.
” More reasons while I’m still here” Dylan said….. ruffling his hair….
” So when are you going to pop the question?…….you said you were going to ask her out tonight” Craig said and Dylan smirks.
” I know I said tonight……but not in this smelly place” Dylan retored and Craig was about to say something when a waiter appeared…… facing Dylan.
” Your drink Sir?” The waiter said and Dylan frowned.
” I didn’t order anything……” Dylan said and the waiter smiles.
” But you did……. that’s why it’s here” the waiter insisted and Dylan furrows his eyebrows.
” Go away man……he said he didn’t order anything” Craig fires at the waiter and Dylan sighs……. taking the drink from the waiter.
” Thank you” the waiter said as he walked away…..
” Well that was weird” Craig said and Dylan smirks.
” I’m not planning on drinking it anyways” Dylan said.
Ashley smiles as she walked up to Dylan again……but this time around she sat aside him…… wrapping her hands on his shoulder.
” What are you doing!?” Dylan asked as he tries to push her off.
” Will you relaxe?…… besides Vanessa isn’t looking at us” Ashley said with seducing eyes as she grips Dylan and tried to kiss him…..he quickly shoved his face aside and her lips landed on his shoulder…….. Craig couldn’t utter a word as he watched Ashley struggling to sit on Dylan
” Did he received it” George asked and the waiter nods…….he quickly tips the waiter as he walked out and saw Ashley all over Dylan……his drink is still untouched.
“What is she doing?……. that’s not part of the plan ” George eyes widened as he made to go confront her but he bumped into Tonia
She yelps out in pain and he quickly held her before she hits the ground.
” Watch where you are going next time” he said annoying but she held his shirt.
” I need to show you something” Tonia said and George frowned.
” I don’t have time for that…… Ashley is trying to go against our plan and I have to stop her” George said as Ruthie appeared.
“What is he still doing here?……. have you shown him yet? ” Ruthie asked hurriedly.
George got confused as both girls lead him out of the party.
“Where are you taking me? ” George asked as they pushed him into the janitors closet.
” Relaxe pretty boy……… Ashley has to accomplish her mission and you might get in the way” Tonia said and George eyes popped.
” You fúcking betrayals!!!……….you girls tricked me!” George said and Tonia smiles.
George made to hit Tonia when he felt something piercing his neck flesh……..he legs got wobbly instantly as he fell on the floor……
” Sorry loser but Vanessa has to die……it was fun having you around though” Ruthie said as she breaks the siringe and flings it away……they left George’s unconscious body on the cold ground.
Vanessa and the girls were rocking to the music.
She was shaking her whole body as her hair follows her movement……. Naomi and Scarlett along side Jessica also danced with her
“This is so much fun!!!!!! ” Jessica yells drunkly and they all giggled.
By now Vanessa was a little tipsy when she saw Ashley all over Dylan and she stopped dancing instantly…….her eyes red with anger.
Hurriedly she walked towards them as she pushed Ashley away from Dylan……… Ashley staggered as she quickly stands on her feet.
” I knew you had your motives that’s why you organized this party!!!!……..stay away from my Man” Vanessa said and Ashley smirks.
“Whoever said he’s your man? ” Ashley said and Dylan stand’s up…….. grabbing Vanessa before she hits Ashley.
” Tell her to get out of here!…….go away!” Vanessa yells.
“Just go Ashley ” Dylan said calmly as Craig watched the scene.
” I will just take Dylan’s drink then……..if I can’t have a taste of him at least I will have a taste of his drink ” Ashley said with a smirk but Vanessa grabbed the drink and gulped it down in a go…….. Ashley’s eyes beams instantly as she watched the liquid run down Vanessa’s throat
“You will never have a taste of anything that belongs to Dylan because he’s mine……got that!? ” Vanessa yells and Ashley smirks.
” We’ll see about that” she said as she walked away.
Dylan turned Vanessa around to look at him.
“You are drunk Toughie ” Dylan said and she smiles weakly.
” I’m not drunk……now shut up your mouth and kiss me senseless” Vanessa said slurpingly as she held him by the collar of his shirt pulling him closer but Dylan stopped her.
“Yeah you are definitely drunk…… let’s get out of here” Dylan said but Vanessa refused as she whined like a baby.
Ashley met Tonia and Ruthie standing as she high fives them.
” You sadated him right?” She asked referring to George.
“He’s taking a nap but he’ll be awake soon……by then Vanessa should be dead ” Ruthie said with a smirk as they all faced Vanessa and Dylan.
“I knew your plan would work…….I can’t believe she fell for the old trick ” Tonia said and Ashley smirks.
“She should start feeling pains…..in two seconds ” Ashley said as their gaze foucused on Vanessa and Dylan.
” Vanessa stop it and let’s go” Dylan said and Vanessa pouted.
” But I don’t wanna go yet…….kiss me Dylan” Vanessa said puckering her lips as Dylan smiles at her cuteness.
“I will just have to do this my way then ” Dylan said as he takes her purse and carries her.
She giggled and immediately yelps out and Dylan puts her down.
“Are you okay? ” He asked in concern.
“Yeah……. just a little stomach pain……Ouch!!!!!! ” She yells as she started coughing…..her nose were bleeding by now.
Dylan’s eyes bulged as Vanessa started shivering……she fell on him as her coughing increased.
“Stop the goddamn music!!!!!!!!!! ” Craig yells as everywhere went silent……
“Vanessa!!!!!!!!!! ” Naomi…. Scarlett and Jessica yells as they hurried towards her.
“What’s going on? ” Dylan asked as Vanessa felt weaker by the moment.
” Call the fucking ambulance!……. she’s been poisoned!” Jessica yells as Craig started dailing his phone.
Dylan’s eyes roamed over as he saw Ashley and Tonia hurring out……there was no sign of Ruthie with them………his fist tightens as realization hits him hard…… the drink was poisoned and it’s all a plan for Vanessa to drink it that’s why Ashley was all over him……… damnit.
“D …dy…. Dylan? ” Vanessa said weakly as she felt her body systems shutting down.
“Vanessa please stay with me!…..I love you please stay with me….. please! ” Dylan yells as Vanessa smiles weakly at him before her eyes went shut along with her body.
Dylan’s eyes widened as he placed his hand on her pulse.
“Get my fúcking bike……I can’t lose Vanessa!!! ” He yells at Craig as he jerks Vanessa limped body in his hands………. running out of the the building.
Ruthie hid behind the door as she looks around for Tonia and Ashley.
“Did they fúcking left without me? ” She questions as her body shook in fear.
Chapter 51 & 52 : Defeating Ashley
★Hospital 🏥
Dylan could be seen pacing round the hallway as he felt his blood pressure raising…….his heart beating at each second he glanced at the closed door that Vanessa was in.
Nurses tropping in and out…… panicking as no of them stopped for any questioning……he clenched his fist as tears stings his eyes.
This is all his fault……if only he had paid a little more attention…..then Vanessa would be wrapped in his arms again……her warmth slowly drifting from him as he heard something from the other side of the door.
” She might not make it……. it’s spreading really fast” a muffled sound from the doctor made Dylan’s head snapped towards the door.
If Vanessa dies…….then he’s going to make sure no body survives it……
He ruffles his hair as Craig walked in…… someone was behind him.
” Here’s the guy……I heard he’s a professional” Craig said and Dylan faced them.
” Trap the locations of Ashley…. Tonia and Ruthie…….I need to know where they’re hiding” Dylan said with urgency as the guy nods……. sitting down close to them as he brought out his system.
” What are you going to do?” Craig asked and Dylan smirks bitterly.
” Trust me…..you don’t wanna know……if Vanessa is back in my arms any moment from now…..I might just lose it” Dylan said as he clenched his fist again.
” I should have known something was fishy about that party…….. Ashley really went this far?…. damnit” Craig said as he taps Dylan’s shoulder
All that mattered to him at that moment was Vanessa…….he misses her badly……her Rosy scent……her big blue eyes….her smile…. her lips…. everything about her….fúck!
The door opened and the doctor came out….. looking sweaty as he pulled off his nose mask.
Dylan’s eyes bulged as he stared at the doctor.
” She’s might not wake up…. because she’s suffering from some contractions and her brain is in shock…… however we will keep a close eye on her….. let’s see how things turn out before tomorrow” the doctor said professionally and Dylan felt his throat dried up.
” Are you saying she’s in coma?” Dylan asked trying to keep his cool….
” Partially…… she’s very lucky she was brought here on time…..she would have died……but we were able to stop the poison from spreading and she just needs some time to adjust…..she will be fine” the doctor said walking away and Dylan flops.
He slowly walked towards the door…… opening it as the nasal scent of the room hit his nostrils……he walked in fully and there she was…. breathing slowly as drips were connected to her body……on her forehead were gummy straps….. monitoring her brain casualty…..
He walked up to her….. sitting beside her as he took her hand…. trying not to shake the drip….her hand was was cold…..she looked pale and weak….. her face was still….no single movement as she layed helplessly.
” I’m sorry Toughie…….I let them hurt you……I should have been more careful….I should have known…. I’m sorry” he said in whispers as he caress her hand……her eyes were shut and he hurts him badly that she couldn’t respond to him.
His mind suddenly drifted to when she asked him to make a promise…..he promised they would always be together…..no matter what happens
” I will burn anyone alive if they try to mess with you” his words rang in his ears as his grip tightened on her hand.
He slowly pecks it as a tear slipped down his eyes.
” We’ve found them……. abandoned building in the outskirts of the school premises…… block ten” Craig voice said and Dylan stand’s up instantly.
He looks at Vanessa one more time before dashing out…..
” Can I at least come with you?” Craig asked.
” No…..stay with Vanessa and make sure nobody tries anything stupid…..” Dylan said as he left.
He came across Naomi…. Jessica and Scarlett but he walked past them….. ignoring their questions.
” Where is he going?……” Scarlett asked as they continued walking…
” Who cares?…… let’s go see Vanessa… that’s all that matters right now” Jessica said as they got to her ward.
★★Grande Mansion ‼️‼️
Grande was sitting as Monica walked in with smiles all over her face.
” Daddy….. your daughter is back with good news” Monica said as she sat beside him.
” You did it?” Grande asked and Monica laughed.
” See for yourself” she said as she hands him the documents and Grande grined mischievously……his mouth almost tearing apart due to the hostile smile on his face.
He beams at Monica as he opens the documents and went through it……his smile fading slowly as he did so.
” What’s the meaning of this!!!!?” Grande yells as he tears the documents into shreds…… Monica’s eyes widened as she stood on her feet instantly.
” Those are the documents you asked for right?” Monica said as her lips quivers….. stepping away from her raging father.
” You fool!!!……those documents are fake!……they fooled you once again!” Grande said and Monica jaws dropped as she scrambled on her knees……. clasping her hands together.
” I’m so sorry Dad…..I thought those were the original since the tracking device was on her…..I didn’t know Olivia had other plans” Monica said as all her body vibrated with fear.
” You are just a waste of time!…… beauty with no brains…… you’ve failed me woefully!……now we’ve lost….. only God knows where they are……I don’t even have anything on them all thanks to your foolishness!” Grande thundered and two of his goons bursted in.
” What is it!?…….. I’m in a bad mood right now so just fúck off!” Grande said and the goons looked at each other then back at Grande.
” But Boss…… your daughter is on life support….. George poisoned her” one of the goons said and Grande almost lost his balance.
” What did you say happened to my daughter?…… George did this to me!?……..get him here this instant!…..I don’t care how you do it but I need his sorry ass over here right now!!!!!!” Grande said storming out and his goons swinged into action immediately.
Monica trembled as she slowly stood on her feet.
” Those girls….” She trails as she brought out her phone……
” Delany…….. it’s time….I need them” she said as her lips quivers.
” I saw them heading out of the streets in a hurry…..my tracking device says they are in the abandoned gas station……” The other voice said from the other end and Monica smirks.
” They mustn’t escape alive……you know what to do” Monica said heartlessly as she ends the call.
” Nobody hurts my sister and gets away with it……. I’m coming for you Olivia….. you are going to pay for making a fool out of me” Monica said as she flops on the couch….. peeling off her heels.

Tonia and Ashley were in a red car….. waiting for Ruthie.
” This sucks……if you had allowed me call her before we ran out…..we would have been out of the city by now but no you just had to be in charge” Tonia said and Ashley rolls her eyes.
” Just relaxe….. Ruthie should be here any moment from now…..” Ashley said and her phone rings.
- Ruthie?…… where are you? * Ashley asked a little paranoid.
- I’m in our hideout…..I will join you girls soon but just so you know….. I’m really mad at you guys… you fùcking left me* Ruthie semi yells
- I’m sorry but hurry up…..we need to leave before Dylan finds us* Ashley said and the call ended.
” I’m so scared right now…… Dylan is definitely going to kill us if he gets his hands on us” Tonia said and Ashley smirks.
” I’m sure Vanessa is dead…… oh my……I can’t wait to sneak back into Dylan’s life and make him mine” Ashley said as she giggled.
” Let’s make it outta here alive first…..” Tonia snapped with an eye roll and something hits the car from behind as they turned simontenously
” Did you hear that?” Tonia asked as fear suddenly surges through her.
” Maybe it’s nothing serious” Ashley said as she steps out to the car……she examined it and shrugged her shoulders…. walking back inside
” I didn’t see anything” she said cooly.
” Ruthie should hurry up already….. I’m so excited that Vanessa is dead and scared that we might be the next if Dylan finds us” Tonia said and Ashley smirks.
Far behind was a masked guy……he smirks as he pulled out his phone.

Ruthie dips her phone in her pocket as she fixes herself up…….she made sure no tracks were left behind as she hurried towards the door
Pulling the door knob but was welcomed with a punch in the face…. making her stumbled as she fell down…..she groans as she touched her nose…..it was bleeding.
” Going somewhere?”
She recognized that deep voice instantly as she looks up.
” Dylan…?” She said as she stands on her feet…..fear was visible all over her as she steps backwards.
” You think I would let you go after hurting the only woman I love?……you really think I will just sit back and let you hurt Vanessa?……you fùcking tried to kill her again after shooting me twice!…….you heartless bitch!” Dylan glowrs angrily….. shutting the door behind him.
” I swear it wasn’t my plan….. Ashley masterminded it…. and George went along with it I didn’t do anything….I swear” Ruthie defended but Dylan wasn’t ready to listen…
He grabbed her hands and she shrieks.
” I told you what I would do if anyone messes with my Vanessa…….do you know how much I love her!!!?……do you!!!?” Dylan yells as she struggles to break free.
” I’m sorry Dylan…. please don’t hurt me….. please” Ruthie pleaded and Dylan smirks.
” You shouldn’t have hurt Vanessa too” he said as he dragged her and made her sit on an empty chair…….. putting her hands behind as he handcuffs her……her eyes widened as she was glued to the chair.
” What are you doing Dylan!!!?????……..let me go!!!!” Ruthie yells and Dylan ignored her…. cuffing her legs too as he pulled the keys in her pocket.
” In your next life ….you would learn to understand simple English…….” Dylan said as he walked out…… Ruthie was humping on the chair….. trying to free herself but it was impossible.
Dylan walked in a few minutes later with a gallon….. Ruthie gulped hard.
” Dylan please I’m begging you…… I’m sorry….I promise to stay away from Vanessa…. please” Ruthie pleaded as tears gashed out of her eyes
” You should have listened to me too when I warned you…..but no you didn’t and now you are going to learn the hard way” Dylan said with a smirk as he opens the gallon…..the smell of petroleum filled the air as Dylan pours it all over Ruthie…… she yells as most of them entered her mouth.
” Dylan please!!!!…. I’m begging!!!!….you will pay for this!!!!!…” Ruthie yells but Dylan smirks sinisterly….. bringing out a lighter as he lits it and Ruthie saw her life flashing before her very eyes……her eye balls emitted the burning lighter as her lips parted.
” Any last words?” Dylan asked with a bitter smirk.
” Screw you Dylan!!!……I hate you!!!!…..” Ruthie yells as Dylan throws the lighter at her…..she screams loudly as it landed on her thighs…… catching fire instantly.
“Aahhhhhhhhhhh…… Dylan!!!!!!!!??” Ruthie yells horrifyingly as she started burning really fast…..the fire consuming her body and she was strapped to the chair…..she just sits there yelling as smoke filled the air.
Dylan smirks as he walked out….. shutting the door as Ruthie loud scream eachoed the entire building……the flames were already burning most things inside including Ruthie.
” I warned you” Dylan said…. walking out quickly as the fire started consuming the building….by now Ruthie screams were becoming faint as Dylan drove off.
Thick black smoke ozzed out as most of the building started failing apart.

Jessica sat down silently….. it’s been four hours and Naomi and Scarlett went to get something to eat…..she wasn’t feeling the need to eat…… Vanessa is still weak.
” Please wake up……” Jessica said tenderly as she held Vanessa’s hand…..the drips were removed because she was getting slightly better……
” You are very lucky you know…… Craig just told me Dylan is out to avenge you…… I’m sure those witches are going to get what’s coming”. Jessica said as she wipes her tears.
She suddenly felt the urge to drink water as she stood up…… opening the small refrigerator and she picked up a bottle water.
She suddenly snapped her head as she heard groans from behind……
” Vanessa?” Jessica said unbelievably as she rushed over to her…. Vanessa eyes were still shut but her body was moving.
” Omg!…..you are waking up!” Jessica said excitedly as she held Vanessa.
” Where’s Dylan?” Vanessa asked weakly as her eyes lids parted slightly…..her lips were patched and she was squinting her eyes…..
” He’s on his way…..I guess” Jessica said as she was unable to contain her joy.
” She’s awake!” Scarlett yells as she dashed in……same with Naomi and Craig….. their eyes were widened as they watched Vanessa sits up slowly.
” For how long have I been here?” Vanessa asked again as she stared at them weakly.
” Almost a day…… I’m so excited!” Jessica said and Vanessa smiles.
” It was all a trick…… Ashley and her minions planned it but thank God Dylan brought you here quickly…..they were able to flush the poison out of your system before it spreads completely” Naomi said in one go and Vanessa watched as they surrounded her.
” Where’s Dylan?…… I need to see him……he must be worried sick” Vanessa said cutely and they all smiled.
The door opened and Dylan eyes almost fell out of it’s socket……his jaws dropped instantly as Vanessa’s weak smile embodied him.
He slowly walked up to her as he cupped her face…..she was smiling 🥲
” You are really awake?…… Toughie?” Dylan asked and Vanessa nods slightly…..
He pulled her in for a bone crushing hug as the rest stood…… wiping the tears at the emotional moment in front of them.
“I love you Vanessa……more than anything….. don’t ever think of leaving me…. ” Dylan said as he breaks the hug.
“I love you Dylan……you are mine and mine alone ” Vanessa said and a shrill cry came from Jessica as she claps her hands…….the two enemies are now love birds….. this is so beautiful.
Dylan sat beside Vanessa on the bed and she hugs him…… stealing a peck as she rests her head on his chest…. while he stroked her hair……she suddenly scrunchies her nose.
” Dylan…..did you burn something?” Vanessa asked as she looks at him and he kissed her instead.
“Answer me Dylan ” she said trying not to fall for his stalling.
Dylan simply smirks as Craig gasped from behind…..all eyes landed on him.
“Ruthie Caperman is dead……the firefighter were able to put off the fire but she was already roasted before they arrived….. only a few parts of her body were found ” Craig read from his phone and all eyes moved to Dylan instantly…..he was smiling brightly.
“Dylan did you do it? ” Vanessa asked and he smiles.
“I told you I would burn anyone alive if they try to get to you…… that was just a lesson well learnt ” Dylan said and Vanessa hits him on his chest.
” You shouldn’t have…… that’s cruel” Vanessa said as she layed her head back on his chest.
” She deserved it……..I love what you did Dylan….. it’s remaining Ashley and Tonia and I wanna see you throw them into the lagoon” Jessica said with grethed teeth and Dylan chuckles.
” I honestly wished I met the three of them……well she has to pay the price” Dylan said and the door opened…..
Vanessa’s facial expression changed instantly as she slowly released herself from Dylan.
All eyes moved towards the door.
” Monica?……..” Vanessa trails as Dylan clenched his fist….. Craig backed away s little while Jessica stood up….. ready for whatever it is
“Relaxe……. I’m here for my sister ” Monica said and Dylan stood up instantly…… Vanessa held his hand and he stopped…..he looks at Vanessa and she smiles at him….. gesturing for him not to react.
“What do you want? ” Vanessa asked and Monica smiles lovingly.
“To take you home……where you truly belong “.
Ashley and Tonia were already driving off as they got fed up from waiting.
“Ruthie line isn’t going through……. I’m so worried ” Tonia said and Ashley smirks.
“Maybe Dylan has got to her……poor thing ” Ashley said and Tonia shot her a glare.
” You really don’t care about anything except yourself right?……..my best friend might be in danger and you are not worried?” Tonia said and Ashley smirks harder.
“She will be fine…… she’s a smart girl I’m sure she would have taken care of herself ” Ashley said as they speed down the highway
“I hope so….. Ruthie is all I have ” Tonia mumbles and Ashley rolls her eyes…….
“I’m thirsty ” Tonia said as she reached for a soda……she made to open in but the impact of the speed made her jolted……the soda fell from her hand.
“Will you slow down a little?…….I know we are running from death but that doesn’t mean you have to kill us” Tonia said and Ashley glared at her.
“You think I’m the one doing this on purpose? ” Ashley suddenly yells as her grip tightened on the steering wheel…..they were going really fast down the road.
“Aren’t you the one driving?…….stop the damn car….. you are going to fast! ” Tonia yells back and Ashley slaps her…… Tonia held her cheek as she stared at Ashley…… feeling the sting on her slapped cheek.
“Stop yelling…….the car won’t slow down and I don’t know why! ” Ashley said as she started sweating.
“Hit the damn break ” Tonia yells again and Ashley legs pressed on the break but it wouldn’t work.
“It’s not working!!!! ” Ashley yells as she suddenly lossed control and the car was going very fast.
“What the fuck!!!?….. Who messed with the break?” Tonia yells as she tried to open the door but it wouldn’t open.
“We are trapped!!!! ” Ashley yells and suddenly they started hearing a beeping sound.
“Did you hear that!? ” Ashley yells and Tonia looks back……her eyes widened.
“A bomb…… that’s a freaking bomb….we are dead!!!! ” Tonia mutters as she shrikes…..
” What the fúck!!?” Ashley semi yells as her hands slips from the steering wheel.
They started panicking as the car roughly diverts from the road…… making screeching sounds….. heading into the bushes as it hits on different tress….. shattering the side mirrors as they met harshly with their skin…… cutting them deeply.
Ashley and Tonia screams loudly as the car kept going bizzer… Tonia hits her head repeatedly on the side of the car and passed out instantly….. bleeding from her head.
“Bîtch ” Ashley mumbles as she tried controlling the steering wheel but it was out of control already…… the car hit another tress causing her to bang her head on the steering wheel hard as her nose started to bleed……she slowly looks up as the beeping sound increased…..
” Nooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” her screams filled the air as the car crashed into a big tree…….the last beep ticked and the car exploded immediately…… burning in flames as Ashley hand poked out of the side mirror blood dripping endlessly.
Chapter 53 & 54 : A Heartfelt Goodbye

” What the fúck are you yabbing about?……who do you wanna take home?” Jessica chimed in immediately as she walked up to Monica.
” And how does this conversation affect you?…….you are not part of my family so butt off!” Monica yells and Jessica chuckles bitterly.
” Vanessa will forever be my sister……no fùcking past will change that!……. just get out of here…. she’s already gone through a lot!” Jessica said Monica scoffed.
” Let me worry about that……stop interfering in our business…..go be with your family instead of pokenosing in other people’s lives!” Monica said shoving Jessica out of the way….. walking towards Vanessa.
” Don’t you dare lay your hands on her” Dylan snearled and Monica smirks.
” Dylan I’m not your average burn pile…..I will mess you up if you don’t know your place…..you are not the only one with a cold heart……I was born by a cold hearted blood” Monica said with a sinister smile.
” Monica I’m not going anywhere with you….go tell your father that I’m not interested in whatever it is…..go away!” Vanessa yells…..but that only made Monica go further.
” I’m your sister!…….and I need you….we need you!….. I’ve been separated from my blood for do many years!……do you know how hurt I am right now!?” Monica suddenly blurts as she got closer to Vanessa.
” You are evil!…. mean and heartless!…..I don’t wanna have anything to do with a demon!” Vanessa spats….
” You think I made myself this way!?……I was forced to become this way!…… did you know what I went through in the hands of Morgan and Helen!?…..they frustrated the living hell out of me!……I became a shadow of myself!…..I grew up hating people!….but I don’t regret what I’ve become at all…..they built me.” Monica said and Naomi furrows her eyebrows.
Monica was bullied by Morgan and Helen?…….no wonder she turned out to be heartless….. that’s because all she has ever felt was pain …damn
” I don’t care…… just let me be!” Vanessa said and Monica lost it.
” You are coming with me!” Monica yells as she grabbed Vanessa’s hand…… Vanessa yelps as she struggles to free herself but Dylan was quick enough to push Monica off…… Monica stumbled as she fell on her butt right there…..
” I told you not to touch her” Dylan said with a mocking smirk and Monica stood up slowly….. dusting her butt.
” You will pay for this Dylan……I promise” Monica said with gleam….. staring directly at Dylan.
” Challenge accepted……but you will beg for my mercy by the time I’m done with you” Dylan said and Monica smirks harder…..
She looks at Vanessa who was standing behind Dylan…….
” I will be back” Monica said….. walking out as everyone heaved heavily.
” I’m scared….. Monica is really dangerous….. Vanessa isn’t safe” Scarlett said and Dylan pulled Vanessa into his arms…..kissing her forehead as he tries to calm her down.
” She will be safe with me…… always” Dylan said as he made her lay on the bed.
” I don’t wanna leave you Dylan but my Dad is cruel….. how do I escape him” Vanessa said and Dylan chuckles.
” Just rest okay…… everything will be fine” Dylan said soothingly and Vanessa nods….. closing her eyes.
Dylan made all of them leave the room as he sat besides her…. watching her closely.
Damnit!……not again…. he’s always around her!…. protecting her…..
How will she ever make her father proud if that boy is always on the way…..she needs to get rid of him.
Mrs Rosa was sitting quietly when the door barged open…..she jerks as she turned around and there was Monica….. standing elegantly as her eyes gleamed with mischievous schemes.
Mrs Rosa stands up subconsciously as Monica walked in fully….. some men in black blocking the entrance.
” Who are you?” Mrs Rosa asked and Monica smirks…… smiling brightly.
” Don’t tell me you’ve suddenly forgotten about me?….. Rosa” Monica said and Mrs Rosa’s eyes widened.
” Y..you are the little girl from the fire……you survived….oh my…..how?” Mrs Rosa asked and Monica smirks.
” Let’s just say I’m gifted….. anyways I’m not here to mingle words with you……but someone very close to you is gonna die if he doesn’t stay outta my way” Monica said heartlessly and Mrs Rosa gulped.

” Monica please….. just tell me what you want me to do….. don’t hurt Dylan…. he’s all I have” Mrs Rosa said pleadingly.
” I won’t hurt him if he stays out of my way…..hmmm….how about we do it this way?…..if Dylan doesn’t leave my sister alone…..I will end the both of you…..you know me too well….I don’t mince my words” Monica said cruley and Mrs Rosa nods.
” I will warn him…. please just don’t do anything” Mrs Rosa said and Monica smirks.
” The next time I’m gonna come here…… you won’t like it” Monica said as she turned….. snapping her fingers as she walked out.
” How did Dylan get involved with the Grande’s?……they are no good people….oh my God that boy won’t kill me!” Mrs Rosa said as she picks up her phone….. calling Dylan but he didn’t pick up.
Dark Room 🧐
Two slaps on the face made George eyes widened as he looks around……he was hanging in the middle of the room…the last thing he remembered was falling unconscious after Ruthie injected him….. and now everything aside from that is new.
” I gave you a simple task…..a task even a five year old can do without delay but you blew it completely….. you failed me….” Grande’s voice echoed as George felt his blood pressure raising.
” I’m sorry…..I didn’t mean to fail you…..I was tricked” George said fearfully as he dangled in the middle of the room.
” But I asked you if those filthy girls could be trusted and you assured me that they could be trusted and then what happened?……they fúcking tried to kill my beloved daughter!” Grande snapped.
” Is Vanessa dead?” George asked as he felt his heart sinking into the deepest part of him.
” She’s not……but you will be” Monica’s voice interupts as she walked in…..she pointed her tab screen to George and right there he could see Ashley’s hand outside the car…..that was the only part of her left…. Tonia was burnt completely.
George shrikes as Monica stepped away from him.
” Please give me a second chance……I promise to do better….. don’t kill me” George begged feverishly.
” A second chance?…..how many more chances do you want?…..I gave you this mission the very day Vanessa stepped foot in this country…..I picked you up from your wretched state and brushed you up completely…..I gave you a reason to live again….I gave you life….but now I’m taking it ….you are no longer needed….” Grande said and his goons trooped in with guns…… pointing it directly at George as he saw his life flashing before his very eyes.
” But daddy…….” Monica trails as Grande silenced her.
” Not one word from you Monica and snap out of it….. he’s gay….” Grande said and Monica stared at George unbelievably.
” He’s gay? …….” Monica trails in shock.

” Even if I give you hundred years…..you won’t be able to pay half of what I’ve wasted on you….. talkless of your family” Grande said as Monica held his middle arm.
” Dad please….. just give him another chance … please” Monica pleaded but it fell on deaf ears.
” A deal is a deal……you almost lost your sister…..if I let him go….he might implicate me…..he has seen too much and he knows too much….” Grande said without a second thought and Monica nods in defeat.
” You are evil!……you will surely pay for your sins you wicked soul!!!!” George semi yells and Grande smirks.
” Let’s see how that goes” Grande said cockyly as he pulls Monica away.
The shrill cry of George filled the air…. followed by multiple gunshots.
Olivia and Helen were standing beside her car as she made to go.
” Mom…. please be careful…..I don’t want Grande to hurt you okay?” Olivia said and Helen sighs.
” You also have to be very careful sweetie….. Monica is definitely not happy with the way you tricked her….. I’m sure she’s out to get you” Helen said worriedly.
” I will be fine….. just stay safe…..I already sorted everything and Grande can’t go after the documents anymore…. they are now under the Bank and laws protection” Olivia said and Helen smiles at her proudly.
Helen made to leave but Jessica immediately walked in.
” Don’t go yet” Jessica said and Helen stopped.
” Jessica…… how are you?” Helen asked but Jessica wasn’t smiling.
“We need to know exactly what happened nineteen years ago…….I believe you are the closest to Morgan…. and you introduced Morgan to Grande….so yeah….. everybody needs to know the truth ” Jessica said and Helen looks at her akwardly.
” Fine….. it’s about time anyway….. everyone needs to know how Morgan got involved with the crulest being on earth……I actually caused all of these” Helen said and Olivia pats her shoulders.
” Don’t blame yourself…… Vanessa is suffering because of this secret past……. let’s hear it….. she’s at the hospital and I will take you there” Jessica said and Olivia chimed in.
” I also wanna go……I want to know the truth as well” Olivia said and they made to leave when Craig walked up to the car.
” You guys can’t leave without me…..I also wanna know what caused all this drama in the first place” Craig said and they all laughed lightly”
They entered the car and drove off…..the school session was almost over and lectures weren’t taking place.
” Dad you shouldn’t have killed him!……it wasn’t his fault those shady girls tricked him and I delt with them….why kill George?” Monica vibrated as they got to the living room.
” You know nothing” Grande said and Monica stared at him in awe.
” Make me know then!……. George didn’t deserve to die” Monica said sadly as she folded her hands together.
” Stop talking out of weakness…….I didn’t raise you this way!…… stupid feelings and emotions makes one weak!….. don’t be foolish!” Grande thundered and Monica stared at him with hurt.
” That’s why you’ve never allowed fall in love because you think I will become weak!……you always harm everyone I find interesting!…..why are you doing this to me daddy!” Monica yells and Grande stood up instantly.
” You are obviously as stupid as your mother!…… it’s because of these weak emotions that caused her death…… I’m warning you…… keep your emotions in check!” Grande said sterning.
” Mother died while trying to save you and you call that foolish!?” Monica asked in hurt.
” If she had saved herself first……then she would have been alive today….. don’t pin her death on me” Grande said emotionlessly as he walked out.
Monica flops on the couch as she clutched onto her necklace…..it belonged to her mother….. her mother gave it to her after they managed to escape from the serious fire accident caused by Helen……but unfortunately her mom died .
” I will never forgive you Helen……. you killed my mother!” Monica yells as she started crying uncontrollably.
Scarlett was on her way to the hostel…… it’s the end of semester and students were expected to go home….. but not all students actually go home…..most students spend their holidays in the school for their different reasons and Scarlett planned on staying too.
After the whole drama….. things became quite as the deaths of Ruthie….. Ashley and Tonia were all over the news……but no investigations were being made as they were all promted to be victims of sever fire accident …. while Ashley and Tonia were said to be driving while drunk that’s why they were involved in an accident.
Scarlett puts her phone in her pocket after reading the daily news……the authority were obviously asked to do this on purpose….. it’s good to be a top dog.
She entered the hallway but was welcomed by a minty pickaxe…… only one person uses that colonge…..she’s been sniffing for two years that she knows exactly who owns it……. Nike.
She looks up and he was standing in front of her….. he’s looking way better now…..he must have gotten over their break up…… shaking those thoughts as she tried to leave but he pulled her back into position.
” We can’t keep doing this…….you might be able to pretend but I can’t…..I just can’t watch you walk past me and pretend as if you don’t exist……I can’t” Nike said huskily and Scarlett tried to wriggle out of his fingers.
” I don’t know what you are talking about” she mutters and Nike chuckles.
” Tell me you don’t miss me……. just say it….I know you do….. you don’t have to pretend…..I can see through you” Nike said and Scarlett felt uncomfortable.
” I don’t want to talk to you…… I’m fine without you…..get it right and stay away from me” Scarlett said and she finally frees herself but Nike was still blocking her path.
” You are very terrible at lying” Nike said and Scarlett looks at him……her heart melts instantly.
He’s right…..she still miss him but he has hurt her way beyond imagination……she can’t let her heart betray her…..
” Let me go Nike……” Scarlett trails as she felt those moshy feelings coming back….. something ignited inside of her and she doesn’t like that feeling.
She moved backwards as he kept trying to get to her until there was no way space behind her……
” I’m sorry Scar…… please” Nike said with the calmest voice she’s ever heard and she went numbed instantly.
” It’s not that easy to look past what you did……I can’t forgive you” she said….. looking aside to avoid his burning gaze…… they were only inches apart and he’s so close to her face right now she could barely breathe.
” I’m willing to wait……till whenever you are ready to forgive me but please…..stop avoiding me….it breaks my heart totally” Nike husky breaths hits her face and she slowly faced him……her eyes roaming the face she’s come to miss.
Her eyes darts to his lips as she swallows hard….. trying to control the overwhelming urge but it’s as if they both have the same thing in mind
” I’m sorry…… okay….. let’s pick up from where we stopped….. I’m willing to wait…….” Nike trails but Scarlett lost it…… crashing her lips onto his as she pulled him to her level…..he reciprocated almost immediately….. taken aback a little.
This feeling…..the rush of adrenaline running through them as they delved into each other….. relishing from the times spent apart.
Roonie felt his world crashing as the package fell from his hands…… it’s Scarlett’s birthday the next day and he’s gone extra mile just to be the first person to gift her but the sight in front of him made him devastated.
He slowly left the package laying down on the ground as he walked away.
” I don’t want this!” Vanessa whined like a baby as Dylan tried feeding her.
” You have to eat something…….the doctor said you need extra protein so your body can heal up fast….” Dylan said and Vanessa huffed
” I don’t want this…..get me something sweet…. like chocolate or order something from the Chinese restaurant…..I don’t wheat!” Vanessa groans and Dylan rubs his forehead.
” Seriously?…… Chinese food?……no way this is what the doctor said you should eat and that’s it” Dylan said definitely and Vanessa started crying.
“I don’t want this!!!!!! ” She said louder and Dylan covers her mouth….. his eyes widened.
” You are really a huge pain in the butt….. fine I order something……. just stop shouting” Dylan said as he brought out his phone.
Vanessa giggled as he glares at her playfully.
The door opened and Olivia….. Jessica and Helen walked in….. Craig was the last.
” Awwww…… y’all don’t have to worry….. Dylan is taking very good care of me” Vanessa said as she hugs him….. pecking his right cheek chessyly.
” We can see that…..you are glowing girl” Olivia said teasingly and Jessica smiles.
“Who’s that? ” Dylan points at Helen.
” She’s my mother….” Olivia said and Dylan nods…..
” You look familiar……are you Helen?….. Morgan’s closet friend?” Vanessa asked and Helen sighs….. walking closer to Vanessa as she sits besides her.
” Yes and I’m here to do what I should done a long time ago” Helen said as she looks back at Jessica….. Jessica gestures for her to continue and Helen gulped.
“What are you talking about? ” Vanessa asked as she looks at everyone…… Dylan eyes were mainly foucused on Helen.
“I’m the cause of everything that ruined your child hood……I dragged Morgan into the mess……if not for me….. Jessica wouldn’t have been separated from her family and you would have received the undying love of a mother….but I ruined it all ” Helen said and Vanessa stared at her….. confusion written all over her face.
The door opened again and Abigail walked in with Abbie…… their eyes landed on Jessica but they ignored her….. going for Vanessa as they hugged her simontenously.
” What’s happening?……why is the atmosphere stuffy?” Abigail asked as she looks at Helen.
” Thank God you both are here……. even after everything I did…..I still have my part of the story to tell…….I hope you all are able to forgive me after this” Helen said as she squeezed Vanessa’s hand.
Vanessa couldn’t help but stare in awe as she doesn’t know what truth awaits her.
