Episode 9 & 10 : HEART-BREAK/TIPSY
” Ma’am i…” Before she could complete her statement, autumn landed a deafening slap on her face. Three of her front teeths flew out instantly.
Blood began to ooze from in between her teeths. She quickly palmed her lips and stormed out of the office in tears.
” Idiót!!!” Autumn gnarled. She sat back down on her chair, and resumed sorting out some files. After her family’s déath, the only thing she admires doing the most is her work.
MINUTES LATER**
Autumn was still working non-stop like a ROBOT, when a knock suddenly came up.
” Come in” She sternly stated with her eyes glued to the disorganized files infront of her.
Being the owner of a bank, hospital, grocery store, boutique, etc, isn’t an easy work to handle all alone. She always has a lot on her plate, so much that sometimes she forgets to feed her belly.
The door opened, and scott, one of her bodyguards came in. She glanced up, and frowned when she saw he was the one.
Scott shook his head, when he saw his boss working endlessly without even bothering to blink.
” Boss. There are three ladies who are here to see you. One of them claims to be your best friend, while the others are your…ex-roommates?” He said as he walked fully into the office.
” Let them in” Autumn replied without sparing him a single glance. He nodded and went out.
In less than a minute, the three girls barged into autumn’s office like the intruders they are.
” How could you cast us aside??. We were worried sick goddámnit” That was november in her not so happy tone.
Autumn tilted her head immediately. She swayed her hair, and threw a new gum in her mouth.
” I owe you no explanations kid. You’re not the boss of me. What are you girls doing here in the first place??” She glared, fixing her gaze back to her laptop.
Eleonor used the opportunity she got to go through the things that caught her eye. Her pupils dilated when she saw a free movie ticket to her favourite television show.
” Do you have any plans for today?” Chelsea asked, plopping herself on a chair. She’s been quiet the whole time.
” No….Why?”
” Actually, i’m on my way to dinner and thought you might join me…if you’re free that is. It’s been long since we drank together, and i just want to get wasted” Chelsea replied, sighing deeply. Her heart is aching for some reasons best known to her.
” Oh my g!!! You watch The Chosen Granddaughter too??. Pretty please…let me have one. You’re planning to go with me right… right??” Eleonor gushed happily. She’s a telenovela addict.
Autumn grinned, finally taking her gaze from the computer. Eleonor mumbled some word incoherently.
” You’ve gotten my attention now, satisfied?” Autumn feigned anger. She has actually forgotten how to be nice…it’s sort of a new thing to her.
Eleonor sat right in front of her, despite autumn’s dismissive gesture.
” You and i know it’s so easy for you to replace these movie tickets. Sharing with me won’t hurt right??” Eleonor inquired.
” Just what i needed! You just had to remind me of my wealth. Hehehehe!. You think i have enough cash to waste?. No way…that’s so important to me” Autumn gave an ingratiating simper.
” Am yet to see you laugh. I’ll be expecting that from you one day!” Eleonor chanted exultantly, and in a flash autumn’s’s face was back to STONE COLD.
” F**k you!” She voodooed.
Chelsea hit her hands loudly on the chair, and glared at every single one of them.
” Should we?. Are we going to hangout later today” She asked in a dry tone.
” Sure….I know you love the sound of that” Autumn replied, and chelsea smiled out her cute dimples.
” Hello!!! I still exist okay??” November pouted, already feeling left out.
” Yeah, so??. Should we give you a standing ovation??. Just chillax kid, your tantrums are really starting to annoy me” Chelsea snapped. Her patience was growing thin.
” Ohh. Sorry about that”
Autumn continued her work, while november and eleonor pressed their phones from where they were.
” Aren’t you ever gonna finish?” Chelsea groaned after a very long time.
” Well… I’m done” Autumn replied as she rounded her work. She glanced at the girls who were already fast asleep.
” I can’t believe they actually slept off on my favourite chair. They’ll hear it from me when they wake up!” Autumn frowned.
Chelsea chuckled. She stood up from the chair, and got a bowl of water from the washroom.
” Rise and shine sleepyheads!!!” She emptied the whole bowl on them, and they spranged up instantly.
” Awwww. My dress is ruined!!!” November cried.
U3’S SUITE~4PM SHARP**
Nathaniel sat in his study chair, resting his elbow on the table. He has a whole lot of things going through his mind. And one of those things…is his father.
His phone rings, and he picks it without checking the caller ID.
” You good for nothing fóól. How could bring down the family’s name with your stvpid behaviors. Do you even know the rumours that’s spreading around the world…do you??. Am sure you don’t know the calamity of what you’ve just done. Pack your things, i’ll be there in a bit to get you” Mr. McKay’s boomed over the phone.
Nathaniel shook his head like his father was there with him. He paused to catch his breath and then resumed speaking.
” No, thanks. I’ll be doing no such thing. Am never going to run away from my problems…just like mum did” Nathaniel replied harshly.
” Are you trying to go against my orders. You’re really growing wings, and am gonna break them bit by bit. If you’re not ready when i get there, am going to use a way you wouldn’t like. So think about what you’re going to do” Mr. McKay cautioned, and with that he ended the call.
A while later, nathaniel sat in the room wondering if he was making the right decision.
” I need to pee” He ran out of the room in a flash, slamming the door loudly behind him.
After using the restroom as he pleased, nathaniel washed his hands and was about to walk out, when he heard approaching footsteps.
Something in him urged him to hide in one of the restrooms…and he did.
” How about we do it here??. I’ve missed your pússy so much. Can’t believe you let that faggót for a boyfriend enjoy this all alone” A male’s voice drifted into the room as he heard the door close.
” We can’t. What if we get caught??. And…i think we should put this to an end. I have a boyfriend, i kinda feel bad cause am betraying his trust. Please let’s stop!” A girl’s voice which nathaniel recognized replied, and he palmed his lips.
‘ Galaxy has been cheating on me the whole time??. For how long??’ Nathaniel thought inwardly, trying to keep the blaring inferno inside of him in check. His emotion right now is a mixture of both anger and disappointment.
” You’re joking right??. What happened to MY BOYFRIEND DOESN'T PLEASURE ME SO WELL IN BED??. Did you actually fall for him…” The guy was saying, but a sound from one of the restrooms made him mute. He swallowed, and knocked on the door.
” Is anyone in there??. Hey!” Galaxy asked, feeling a bit frightened.
As the door opened fully, she came face-to-face with nathaniel. He wasn’t smiling at all.
Her heart began beating faster than normal, and she nibbled on her fingers at the thought of what was going through his mind.
The first thing that caught his eye was his so called classmate, stroking his d**k and gróaning stvpidly.
” You j**k!” He walked up to him and before the guy could say anything, a punch landed on his face.
Tiny drops of blóód rolled out of his nostrils immediately, but that didn’t seem to move nathaniel. He hit him over and over again, till his whole face was totally bruised.
” Aren’t you supposed to be my friend uhn??. You conniving deceitful diçkhead” His hands flew to the guy’s neck. He raised him in mid-air, and flung him across the room.
His face flushed, and when galaxy attempted to hold his hands, he grew much more angrier.
” I knew you were too good to be true. You’re just like the other girls have met. Snobby, two faced bitçhes that can do just anything to get whatever they want, even if it means hurting someone in return”.
Galaxy’s hands found its way to her face, and she wiped it like cob webs were all over.
” I regret it all. Please forgive me for my mistake. I didn’t mean to hurt you” She begged, falling to her knees.
Loosing him is like loosing her sánity. She isn’t going to be able to live that way.
” Your life is more of a regret management than goal achievement, isn’t it?. We’re over!, there’s no “us” anymore!!” He took off the necklace she bought for him, and threw it on the floor. The clinging sound it made echoed in the room.
He gave the guy a strike on his stomach with his foot, then walked out the door with a shattered heart. Galaxy stared blankly at the door, then her gaze landed on the already injured guy.
He coughed a bit, and gripped the hand basin to gain his stance. She payed him no attention, cause her mind is in the clouds.
” No, no! This isn’t happening right now. I can’t loose him, not now!!” She curled hands in a fist and ran after him.
He is nowhere around. He must have gotten to the exit cause he used the elevators. She hurriedly pressed the button, and the elevator doors slid open.
She walked in and pressed the button ‘down’, it is empty what a relief.
In less than five minutes, she was at the main exit, with lots of eyes peering through her.

Her eyes grew hot as she stared at his faded figure. She tried to restrain the tears prickling her eyes, but it was becoming next to impossible to contain them.
The pain she felt in her heart hounded her. She took in deep breath, trying to control her emotions, to compose herself, but she failed tremendously.
She felt her throat close up, as tears streamed down her face. All hope is lost, everything she ever wanted is now nothing but a dream.
Clicks of cameras filled the air, as a large crowd surrounded her. Some were journalists, passerbys and mean juniors who loves to gossip.

Reuben stormed inside the house furiously, and tiffany who was watching a home video spranged up on seeing him.
” Reuben” She called, but reuben threw her a deadly glare that got her swallowing hard.
” Is everything okay?” She asked hoping to get a positive response from him.
” Tell me tiffany how can everything be okay when that daughter of yours has chosen to countlessly disgrace me!. Did you even take a look at the time… isn’t she supposed to be back by now??. Am just coming from her workplace, and her boss said she asked for a leave” Reuben yelled at her angrily.
” Wh…Where are you getting at?” Tiffany asked, stuttering.
” This is why i keep saying your useless chelsea takes after you. You are both just useless!!” He half yelled.
” Reuben!!!”
” Why? Am not wrong am i? Chelsea can’t even do something decent. She is so dúmb, just like you” Reuben cursed, shooting daggers at her.
” Can you for once stop. You and i know chelsea isn’t doing this on purpose. This is her first time…so please cut her some slack. You keep controlling and pushing her to do what she doesn’t want, and you expect her to be perfect” Tiffany said in a pleading tone. She’s had it up to her neck.

” Can you for once stop belittling me?” Tiffany said as anger flashed through her.

Tiffany blinked back her tears, sitting back in the sofa.

The place is really filled up with so many people. Some dancing to the rhythm of the music, while others are either drinking or making out in public.

Eleonor on the other hand is finding it really hard to see. She stretched out her hand to get her napkin, but grabbed chelsea’s hair instead.
” Oww!! Hey…let me go!!!” Chelsea screamed as eleonor pulled her hair roughly. Eleonor turned to look at her.

” Hey beautiful” A séxy guy dressed in white winked at autumn, and she frowned. He grabbed her wrist and pulled her with him to an unknown place.
” Let me go! Hey are you crázy??” Autumn kept yelling, but it fell on deaf ears. They stopped outside, and before she could say anything, he began placing kisses all over her.
She was too weak to fight back…but that didn’t mean she’ll let him take advantage of her. She got ahold of his neck with her teeth, and bite it hard like a dóg.
” Fuçk” The guy screamed out and landed a deafening slap on her face. She fell and hit her head hard on the floor.
Unknown to them, a pair of dark eyes was scrutinizing each of their movements, watching their big SHOW.
The guy smirked evíly, and began to unbuckle his belt. He peeled off her clothes, and tore her pantiés in excitement.
” Fuçk. How delicious” He licked his lips and was about to drive into her, when a bottle was smashed on his head. He passed out at once, swimming in his own pool of blóód.

Episode 11 & 12 : MIXED-EMOTIONS
THE FOLLOWING DAY~6AM**
Autumn slowly opened her eyes.
Waking up this morning wasn’t the usual rude jolt that rocked her out of restfulness. It was more like the gentle coaxing of mother’s tender voice lulling her awake with fond crooning.
The room was still dark, her sleepy brain slowly realized. The deep blue shadows of the fading night lingered around the folds of the curtains.
She blinked repeatedly, and her eyes darted around the unfamiliar room. The color was unique, her nostril was invaded by a beautiful scent…which was much more different from hers.
Everything that happened last night came flooding in and she gasped.
” Fuçk. Don’t tell me am in is…” She yawned and quickly jumped out from the bed.
The bedsheets dropped to the floor, and her eyes widened when she realized she was just in his shirt. It swallowed her whole body though.
” Did he??. Ahh, that pérvert!” She wrapped the sheets around herself and found her way to the living room.
” Hey! Pérvert! Get me out of here. Where the fuçk am i??” That was all autumn could blab before someone turned the lights on.
” Why did you bring me here??. Where am i??. What happened last night??. Don’t tell me you…we..” She blurted out like a stammering idíot, not making any room for him to speak.
Nathaniel just stared at her and stood still like a mannequin. His silence was already starting to piss autumn off.
She picked up a glass vase her hand could reach, and charged towards him like a mentally deranged person.
‘ Fuçk. She’s crázy’ Nathaniel cursed inwardly, and quickly moved out of the way. She ended up hitting the air instead.
Autumn accidentally kicked a vacuum cleaner and her steps faltered. She nearly fell, but perfect his hand caught her in time pressing her against his broad chest.
The touch of his hands so warm on her bare skin sent a burst of heat straight to her core.
‘ What is this??’ Autumn wondered as she could hear her heart palpitating çrazily. She raised her head up and looked straight into the eyes of her worst enémy.

” Are you okay?” Nathaniel stared down at her tempting lips and then back at her eyes.

Autumn felt really strange. Her body was craving for his touch for some reason.
Nathaniel felt her hand grip his waist, but not to push him away, rather, to pull him closer.

Autumn grinned as she stared at the discriminating pictures. It is enough for her to tannish the McKay family’s image.
” I think it is finally time for me to show my face to him. Can’t wait to see the look on his face when he sees me…alive and kicking” She chuckled and slumped, confused, onto the bed.
Her mind drifted to what happened earlier on, and she mentally slapped herself.
” Why the fuçk did i do that?? Have i gone mád??. No…am not falling for that idiót right??” She grabbed the pillows and squeezed them cruélly, imagining it to be nathaniel’s neck.

Nathaniel sighed and pinched his brows in discomfort. For some unknown reason, he felt hurt by her statement. Calling that special moment a mistake…kinda hurt his feelings.
” Yeah, sure. That’s the best thing to do in this situation” He replied, pouring himself a cup of caramel tea.
Drinking one to two cups of caramel tea every day supports relaxation and helps him calm his body and mind.
” I uhmm. I actually wanna use this opportunity to apologise to you for everything have done. I know what have been doing to you is terrible, but i really didn’t mean to. My anger got the best of me and i ended up assaulting the wrong person” Autumn apologized, surprising him.
He never thought she was capable of accepting that she was wrong. He has been judging a book by its cover afterall.
” Ohhh. Uhhhmmm…it’s fine. Let’s put everything behind us and move forward” Nathaniel replied innocently.
The sound of his ringing phone tore through the air immediately. He accepted the call.
” Let me guess. You guys are worried about me. Well…not to worry. I’ll be there in a few minutes. I left the dormitory cause i needed some me-time. Bye” He ended the call and sighed exasperatedly.
TWO DAYS LATER**
EVERGLADES UNIVERSITY**
The accounting lecturer let herself unobtrusively into the classroom, with her enormous textbook in her hands.

” I won’t allow that. The whole point of this is to build teamwork. So keep quiet and do as you’re told” Mrs. Smith cautioned, drawing attention to them.

” Here pick a paper in this bottle. On it is written the topic you’re going to be working on” Mrs. Smith said, distributing a paper to each teams.
” See you in the next class. Good luck” With that said, she gathered her things and strode out of the class.
The bell rang and the students began to troop out.
CAFETERIA**
” You still haven’t explained to us what exactly happened to you on wednesday. You totally disappeared. Tell us!” Lake pouted as they ordered their meal, hand burgers and drinks.
Henry nodded his head in support and took out a can of pineapple juice. That is his favourite drink.
” Aissssh. You gossips. Can’t i have some me-time??. C’mon” Nathaniel replied and they took a seat at the front row.
” Yeah, and these are baby teeths. I wasn’t born yesterday yunno. I am preety sure that something happened to you on that day” Henry sneered and sipped a bit of juice.
Lake frowned as he stared at brooklyn who was walking next to galaxy while chatting and laughing. Seems like they were heading their way.
” Lake….lake” Henry tapped his shoulders, bringing him back to reality.
” Did you say something??” Lake blinked and stood up with his hands sunk in the pockets of his tan raincoat.
Nathaniel followed his line of sight. He rolled his eyes and stood up too.
” I gotta go. See you in class” He smiled and walked out of there, so as lake.
Brooklyn and galaxy paused on their tracks and scowled at their retreating figures.
” You guys planned this right??. You backstabbing jérks. Pffffft” Henry feigned anger and resumed munching on his hand burger.
Eleonor was walking through the busy hallway with her head down. She’s coming from the library with her books in hand.
She was so deep in thoughts, that she didn’t even pay attention to were she was going to.
She bumped into a body and they both fell on the floor with her on top. Her lips crashed on his.

Eleonor slowly opened her eyes and it almost went to the size of an orange when she realized who it was. She was so scared, that she started sweating and her body temperature rised.
” I…i didn’t do it on purpose. Am so sorry” She got off him and bowed. He only nodded his head and walked away.
The students averted their gaze and scurried away too.
” I’m going to destroy her! I’ll destroy her stay here! I’ll destroy her life!” A certain girl screamed from a corner.
She ruffled her hair in anger and kicked the air. She wouldn’t ever let any girl who tries to get closer to henry go scot free.
” I guess you’ve finally decided to switch teams. Join us, and i promise that you’ll have him all to yourself” Galaxy smiled evíly.
AFTERNOON,**
MCDONALD’S RESTAURANT**
Chelsea wiped the sweats on her forehead tiredly. The restaurant is filled with a lot of customers and she’s handling it all alone.
” What an hectic day” She moanéd tiredly.
” Would you like some help??” A voice said behind her and she frowned. It is the same guy from last time.
He’s been visiting the restaurant quit often. And his presence is beginning to annoy her, but there’s nothing she can do because he screams WEALTH.
” No thanks. I’ll pass” She replied and made to leave, but her grabbed her wrist, stopping her.
” You are a feisty one. And that…” The guy was saying, but stopped halfway as he spotted a familiar figure walking in.

Lake pushed her away and furrowed his brows in confusion.
” Brooklyn?? How did you find me??. What are you doing here??” He bombarded her with so many questions, but instead of replying she did the worst.
