Chapter 26 & 27 : Finally
<< The next day>>
The students of Star bright High were already outside the rest ready to go back to their city.
The teachers were addressing them with each of them with their luggage.
“Hope you all enjoyed your stay here.” The teacher said.
👥: Yes we did.
“Good, the bus will be here soon, so get ready well before it arrive.
After some minutes, the bus arrived and the students got inside happily.
<< Back to the city~ 3pm>>
The journey back to their city was quite an interesting one as the students kept singing and dancing in the bus.
They got down from the bus and each of them went to their various homes.
Matilda and Lily went home directly, they knocked on the door and Mrs Miller opened it.
“Mom, we…..” Matilda said happily but was cut short when she saw her mom with scarf wrapped around her neck and head.
“Mom, what happened to you.” Matilda said.
“Nothing, it’s nothing serious. How was your trip, I have Missed you both so much.” Mrs Miller said trying to change the topic.
“Lily, Matilda.” Matilda’s little brother ran towards them.
“Hey kiddo, how are you.” Matilda said ruffling his hair.
“Am fine, we have Missed you, hey Lily.”
“How are you, common let’s go in, let’s me gist you.” Lily said.
“Yahhh.” They went inside immediately leaving Matilda and her mom.
They both entered the house and closed the door, they settled down at the living room.
“Mom, tell me the truth. You don’t have to hide, I know it’s a bruise right. ” Matilda said holding her hand before Mrs Miller removed the scarf.
“What mom, who did this to you. I swear I’mma killing the person today.” Matilda said angrily.
“Matilda, Matilda. Calm down, promise me you won’t do a thing.” Mrs Miller said.
“Mom…”
“Promise me.”
“Fine.” Matilda said and sat down reluctantly.
“Your dad, we had kind of been in an argument for some days and he said isn’t coming home for some days.” Mrs Miller said.
“Really Dad, what else can I even expect from a scumbag like him.” Matilda said before she scoffs.
“Matilda, he is your dad.”
“I don’t fvcking give a damn about that, it’s better he doesn’t come.” Matilda said and stormed out to her room angrily.
<< Davies Mansion>>
Liam and Henry arrived home but didn’t met their parents at home, they first went to gulp down some water.
” Argh, such a long journey that was.” Henry said settling down on the couch.
” And as usual, we are expected to come to school next week, besides mom and dad isn’t home.” Liam said.
“Hmm, let’s go out to eat. Am hungry.” Henry said.
” Sure, we obviously can’t cook and that’s the only way. Would you like to go to club tonight.” Liam said concentrating.
” Hey, club?” Henry said.
” Yeah, please please.” Liam said making a baby face.
” Okay okay, I know all you are into is to fvck right?” Henry said.
” I don’t know.” Liam shrugged and he chuckled.
They went to eat in a restaurant and later in the night, clubbing.

All the students who went to the resort were back together with all the students. They all were thrilled to see them as they kept bombarding them with questions.
Their attentions were diverted to the arrival of the LEOS and their swags as they got down from the car.
👥: Wow, the LEOS.
👥: Extremely happy to see them again after a week.
👥: They are back with their swags again.
👥: Love you LEOS.
The LEOS just kept enjoying the aura around them as they walk pass them majestically.
“Now, the LEOS are back with their bad aura.” Matilda said.
” Matilda, what are you saying.” Emma said and she rolled her eyes.
” Just go and meet your Elliot.” Matilda said and Emma glared at her.
” Let’s go and Lower your voice can you?” Emma said as they walk to class.
” Where’s Lily?” Emma said upon reaching the class.
” In her class of course, where else.” Matilda said.
“Oh okay.”
<< Somewhere in the school>>
Oliver can be seen sitting down on a chair with a can of beer in his hand before a girl walked up to him.
“Hey.” It’s was Amelia.
“Tell me what you wanted to see me for and gerrout.” Oliver said.
“That’s was harsh, you still want Matilda right.” Amelia said and Oliver looked at her.
“We can help each other, I want Liam and you want the tomboy so we can just join hand together.” Amelia said.
“Why would you help me you bitch.” Oliver said.
“I will pretend I didn’t heard that, you just heard me I want Liam.” Amelia said.
“Don’t you know he is never going to fall for you, you are just his former fvck mate .” Oliver yelled.
“Well, I will make him fall, so are you in.” Amelia said strectching out her hand for a handshake.
“On a condition though.” Oliver said and she squinched her brows.
“You will come to me when I need you.” Oliver said.
“What does that mean.” Amelia said.
“You know it.”
“Okay,deal.”
“Deal.” Oliver said and they shaked.
She is just a bitch, she will fvck me just for someone who doesn’t love her. Nice. Oliver said in his head.
Emma was on her way to her class from the staff room when suddenly Elliot appear from nowhere.
” Elliot, you sacred me.” Emma said touching her chest.
“Sorry, I didn’t mean to.” Elliot apologize and she nodded.
” Where are you off to.” Elliot asked.
” Class and you.”
” Same, umm, what of my response.” Elliot said and she looked at him.
” We are here.” Emma said and was about to go in but Elliot held her hand.
” Response?”
” Yes..” Emma said shyly and ran inside.
Elliot smiled.
” Yes, she agreed.” Elliot said smiling.
<< Lily’s class>>
Lily was sitted in her class when she spotted Steve with Scarlett, she wouldn’t lie she was jealous. It’s takes some time before she left, she stood up Immediately and went towards him.
“You!” Lily said in anger.
“Oh Lily, what’s wrong.” Steve said.
“You are asking me what’s wrong, what were you doing with her.” Lily said.
“I can be with anyone I wish to.” Steve shrugged.
“I told you not to go to her right.” Lily said.
“And I asked you the reason right?” Steve said too.
“Do you think this is a joke, don’t you get it huh. I love you that’s it.” Lily said, before she realized what she said.
Oh Lord, what have I done. Lily closed her eyes in shyness.
“Finally.” Lily heard someone said only to see Scarlett.
Chapter 28 & 29 : Stabbed
“Scarlett? What… what are you doing here.” Lily said.
“Well well, done and dusted.” Steve said smiling widely.
“Oh my cute friend, you will understand soon.” Scarlett said and pinched her cheek.
Lily was even more confused when Scarlett went to Steve’s side and they clapped hands together smiling.
“No no, don’t tell me what I assumed it really happening.” Lily said thinking they’re dating.
“What are you thinking of dear friend, you just confess you love Steve.” Scarlett said.
“I… When did I say that.” Lily said looking away.
Steve walked towards her and point her hand to his direction making Lily gazed at his eyes.
“You love me right?” Steve said calmly.
“I.. I.. yes I do.” Lily said completely lost in his eyes.
They were brought back to reality by Scarlett who cleared her throat and they faced her.
“Both of you should thank me, you know Steve I had told you she will confess.” Scarlett said and Steve nodded.
“What are you saying, don’t tell me you both planned it.” Lily said looking from Scarlett to Steve.
“Yes we did, to make you confess your love baby.” Steve said and Lily’s eyes widened.
“Listen Lily, I might had liked Steve but we’re friends. I can’t just betray you that way, even though you loved him you had helped me to talk to him. I wouldn’t do if I were you, so I decided to pull up some acts that night and I went to Steve and here we are. Mission accomplished.” Scarlett said and Lily’s eyes widened even more.
“Scarlett.” She went straight to hug her. ” Thank you so much.” She said.
They released themselves and Lily faced Steve.
“I will leave you two.” Scarlett said and walk away.
“So..” Lily said but Steve placed his hand on her lips.
“Shhh, talk less. I love you.” Steve said with their forehead rested on each other forehead.
“I love you too… Thank you.” Lily said and they hugged.
“Oh my, I forgot we are in school, bye see you later.” Lily said but Steve held her hand.
“A peck maybe?” Steve said pouting.
Lily smiled, she was so shy. She pecked him and ran off.
“Cute.” Steve said smiling.
<>”So class, do you the concept of electric field now, cause I will ask you in our next class.” The teacher said.
👥: Yes we did
” Good, so see you in our class.” The teacher said before leaving the class and in the next few minutes the class was in uproar.
” Ugggh, so boring. Thank God he is gone.” Liam sighed out and Matilda looked at him. ( Don’t forget they’re seatmate).
“What?” Liam questioned looking at her too.
“What!” Matilda said too and they both chuckled.
“I told you something back at the resort.” Liam said.
” What’s that?” Matilda said feigning innocence, she remembered but she didn’t wants to show it.
” Really, you have a short memory.” Liam said shaking his head.
” Hey mind your tongue, else I’mma punching your nose there. I still got my tomboy’s style yunno.” Matilda said glaring at him.
“Cool but not scared.”
“Let’s me show you then.” Matilda set up her cloth ready to launch a punch on his face when the bell for the next period was jingled.
“Am skipping this seriously.” Liam said standing up.
“Where are you going.”
“Am not really interested in biology class so bye. Elliot and Steve common.” Liam said signalling to them.
“Such a boy.” Matilda muttered.
“Are you leaving?” Emma asked Elliot.
” Yes why, don’t you want me to go?” Elliot said and Emma blushed.
” I will be back soon don’t worry.” Elliot said and pecked her before standing up.
Emma’s eyes widened at that as she stared at him till he was out of sight.
” Hey hey, lover girl.” Matilda said sitting beside her.
” Hey, keep quiet.” Emma cautioned.
The teacher came in and the lecture began.
<< Sometimes later>>
Oliver and Amelia can be seen with five boys, they were telling them what to do.
” Hope you got it, I don’t want any mistake or you won’t receive your balance. ” Oliver said and they nodded.
” And do that during lunchtime, and so in case you all get caught, don’t you dare mention us.” Amelia said.
” We got it, we will get going.” One of them before leaving.
” Matilda will be yours and Liam will be mine.” Amelia said before smirking.
<< Cafeteria>>
Liam, Elliot, Steve, Matilda, Lily and Emma were on the same table as they were eating.
” So why did you call us.” Matilda said.
” We called you all here to end the enmity between us and be friends.” Steve said.
” Really?” Emma said happily.
” Yes.”
” Wow, so the LEOS can come to us to be friends.” Matilda said and she remembered something that instance.
” Anyways, where’s Oliver, I don’t see him around you guys anymore.” Matilda said.
” He is not part of us anymore.” Liam said angrily remembering what he said.
” Huh, why?” Emma said.
” They kinda had a fight, so…” Steve said referring to Liam.
” He….”
Liam was cut short by the screams from the other students.
👥: Ahhh.
👥: Who are these people
👥: Everyone hide
They sprang up at that instance seeing five mens with their face covered each with a knife. They were unlucky because the cafeteria was far to the staff room.
” Wow, it’s been I got in a fight, Lily and Emma stay right here, I will be back.”
” Really, where are you going.” Liam asked.
” Come help if you can fight.” Matilda said and went there at that instance.
The boys immediately followed her. They started fighting the five mens as the fight got more intense.
👥: Matilda?
👥: Matilda can fight?
👥: She is not a tomboy for nothing.
Matilda and the boys kept fighting but not without each of the opponent getting an injury.
One of them got free from the fight and held a girl and stabbed the person.
” Arrrrrrgh.” The person scream and they stopped the fight and everyone’s eyes widened and they gasped in shock.
Chapter 30 & 31 : Siblings
Their eyes widened even more when they saw who it was, especially Matilda.
“Lily!!!!!” Matilda screamed. She just got stabbed, what the!!!!
Matilda ran towards the man who stabbed and kept raining punches on his face.
The rest ran away and Liam and Steve ran towards Matilda.
“Matilda, Matilda. Stop, the police will handle this. Am calling the police.” Liam said bringing out his phone.
“Lily, Lily, open your eyes, don’t close it okay? We are going to the hospital now.” Steve said with Lily in his arms.
Emma and Scarlett ran towards them too as everyone kept murmuring sadly.
They left the school while the teachers got notice of the incident.
<< Hospital>>
Lily was on a stretch battling for her life with blood, it kept oozing out of her stomach.
“Lily, we are almost there okay? Don’t worry, where are those fvcking nurses and doctors.” Matilda yelled out.
“Matilda… I.. I just want you to know that I appreciate whatever you had…done for me despite not knowing where I came from…. I.” Lily managed to say.
“Just keep quiet already, you are going to be just fine okay? Nothing will go wrong.” Matilda said.
The nurses came and they took her to the emergency ward. Matilda slumped on the floor at that instance.
Liam who was entering the hospital, he had gone to the police station. He rushed towards Matilda.
“Matilda, don’t worry. She is going to be just fine.” Emma said sniffing back her tears.
“Why…why, why does have to be always her. And.. and I was there, I was right there. I couldn’t save her, I couldn’t save Lily.” Matilda said crying.
Liam saw this and he was very sad, this is the first time seeing her this way. This is the first time seeing her cry and he doesn’t feel good.
He sat down on the floor with her and held her.
“Matilda, this is none of your fault okay? Stop blaming yourself, she will be fine.” Liam said.
“All my life, I have hide the pains that I had from everyone. I acted like a strong girl but I couldn’t even save her. Why, why.” Matilda said slapping herself and Liam held her hand quickly.
“Just stop okay? Stop, it’s not your fault. Calm down.” Liam said hugging her, leaving the poor girl to cry on his shoulder.
“Matilda.” Emma said sadly, Elliot just held her hand instead.
Matilda kept crying on Liam’s shoulder while he was patting her hair. The doctor came out immediately and Matilda sprang up.
“Doctor doctor, hope she is fine. There’s no complications right?” Matilda said standing in front of the doctor.
“She has lost a of blood and we can’t assure you she will be fine yet.” The doctor said.
“What!” Steve said.
“So we will need a blood transfusion from someone immediately.” The doctor said.
“Take mine, Take my blood but just save her please.” Matilda said.
“We will have to check your blood group to make sure it matches hers.”
“Common, let’s go quickly.” Matilda said as they hurriedly left their midst.
FEW MINUTES LATER
Matilda and the doctor came out but Matilda was looking dejected.
“Matilda, does it match?” Steve asked.
“No.” Matilda said sadly.
“Fvck.” Liam cussed.
“Doctor, check mine please.” Steve said and he went with the doctor.
They came back but his blood group is different too.
“Maybe mine could match, please doctor.” Liam said and Matilda looked at him.
“You are seriously going to donate your blood for Lily?” Matilda said.
“Why not, let’s go doctor.” Liam said and they went back.
<>The doctor came back alone looking happy, they sprang up and looked at him.
“Congratulations, his blood matches, we are already transfusing the blood from him. We will commence work after that.” The doctor said before leaving.
They were so happy to hear that.
“Thank God.” Matilda said.
After the treatment was done, they were given the good news that she is perfectly fine now.
They went to her ward after that, Lily managed to sit upright with Steve’s help.
“Matilda, am so sorry.” Lily said.
“Sorry for what?” Matilda said.
“For putting you in a distressed state, am sorry you all.” Lily said.
“Am sorry too, am sorry for not being able to protect you.” Matilda said sadly.
“It’s not your fault okay, am fine now. No need to worry.” Lily said and Matilda hugged her.
“Thank God you are fine.” Steve said too and Lily held his hand before they both smiled.
“Are you two together?” Emma asked curiously.
“Really? Then why didn’t you inform.” Matilda said.
“It happened recently though.” Steve said.
“No wonder, you were so worried.” Elliot said.
“That’s right, I noticed too.” Emma said.
“Isn’t it obvious?” Steve shrugged.
“Just remember to always take care of her, if I see a single scratch on her. I am going to skin you alive.” Matilda said.
“I will ma’am.” Steve said bowing and they chuckled.
“But where’s Liam?” Lily asked.
“Oh my, I need to go see him. I will go now, explain it to her guys.”
” She is so worried about him, are we sure there’s no something.” Elliot said and everyone started thinking.
<< Liam’s Ward>>
Matilda came in to Liam sleeping. She walked towards him and he admire his face before he wakes up.
She acted like she was doing nothing.
“How are you doing.” Matilda said.
“Hmm, I thought no one will coming to see me, seems you forgot about me.” Liam said pouting and she Chuckled.
” You really don’t look good that way.” Matilda said.
” Really, you know that’s a lie.” Liam said.
“Hey, am not here for that. How are you doing now, hope you aren’t feeling too weak.” Matilda said and he smiled.
” Are you worried about me now?”
” Uurgh, you are so annoying. Seems you are fine bye.” Matilda said leaving the room, she ignored his call.
She got out and started smiling or maybe blushing.
” Hey hey, someone is blushing.” Emma said and Immediately Matilda Immediately frown up.
” I am not….” She was interrupted by the screams of a woman.
” Where is my daughter, where is she, Liam?” It’s was Liam’s mom.
” Mom?” Liam heard her voice and started walking out the room.
” Calm down now, will you.” Mr Davies said.
” How am I supposed to do that, where’s my daughter.” Mrs Davies said.
“Ma, please lower your voice. We’re in the hospital.” Matilda said calmly.
“Mom, Dad.” Liam said walking towards them.
“Liam? Oh my God, you were injured too?” Mr Davies said.
“No I wasn’t, but why are two here.” Liam said looking at them.
“Where’s your sister here in this hospital, I know she’s injured.” Mrs Davies said and Liam scrunched his brows.
” What do you mean, I don’t have any sister right?” Liam said confused.
Lily came out that instance with the help of Steve because they heard some noise outside.
Mrs Davies saw her, she immediately ran towards her and hugged her. Lily and everyone was confused.
” My daughter, am sorry I wasn’t there for you.” Mrs Davies said.
” She is your sister Liam.” Mr Davies said.
Liam looked at him in shock as everything seems to be a drama to him.
” Sister?”
