A man in his late thirties just got released from the prison after serving ten years imprisonment for a crime he did not commit. A crime he know nothing of. He is dark in complexion with oval shaped head, tall and thick African lips he have a flat nose and his body is well built from all the hard work in the prison his name is Olamilekan Frederick from the western part of Nigeria precisely Lagos.
He was an hardworking sweet charming young man who is the only heir of of his father’s company Frederick and sons company but the love he never expected crumble his dreams and lead him to the prison. The Delilah of his life her name is Hannah Mars. A young lady of about twenty five years sat in a big shop when a ten year old girl ran inside the shop that’s her daughter Ireti.
Daniella Omotayo the shop owner was an happy girl ten years ago before the Delilah also affect her life turning her into a single mother. Episode 1 : A Journey to Redemption Begins
“ Tessy I know you are fighting with that guy again what is it this time? ” the old woman in her late seventies ask her nineteen year old granddaughter Tessy.
“ can you just imagine I ask him for just fifteen thousand naira he couldn’t give me ” the young lady said with so much anger in her voice that her grandmother smiled.
“ Tessy what did you tell him? ” the grandma ask again and this time Tessy only hisses not minding the presence of her grandma.
“ what else? I told him to go to hell and he cries bla bla if he really love me he should give me the fifteen thousand naira ” the girl said with a carefree attitude.
“ do you love him or his money? ” grandma asked.
“ I love him ”.
“ you love him because of his money or you love him purely? ” the old woman ask again.
“ I love him purely ” she replied without looking at her grandma.
“ well before you decide whether you love him purely or not bring that stool I want to tell you a story ”
“ OK mama ” Tessy said hurrying to pick the stool.
The story is about a girl named Hannah Mars. Hannah is a fair beautiful lady born into the family of Mr and Mrs adelaja Mars. She have an adopted sister named Daniella Omotayo Mars. She hate Daniella with real passion because she thought Daniella stole everything from her including their parent’s love but the innocent continue to respect Hannah as her elder sister. Hannah met a guy named Olamilekan Frederick, a young rich handsome dude. They became friends and hannah also seem to like him. The fact that he is handsome and also rich is enough for her to fall in love with him. Hannah is a girl who love material things even more than her life, she fall for money and gold not looks and caring.
“ Ola mi ” she called sweetly and he always like the fact that she is the only one who call her like that. They are still friends with no emotions attached but there’s something about her he like so much that he can’t live without. Is it her charming smile? Her thick plum face? Or her busty young African body? Everything about her fascinate him.
The fact that she is very brilliant even make her lovely more in his eyes. As a teenager he is very naive when it comes to love so he couldn’t explain what he is feeling.
On a sunny afternoon he sat among his group of friends discussing about football players or what would a group of young teenagers will be discussing if not drogba or lampard.
The lovely hannah appear from a distance and he smiled he took an excuse from his friends.
“ nawa o females sha they can separate twins ” one of his friends Bayo said shaking his head.
“ that’s because you haven’t fall in love yet if you fall in love you will know what I’m talking about and it’s a pity our friend did not know he is in love yet ” another one opeyemi replied to what Bayo said earlier.
“ but I don’t know why I don’t like that girl named Hannah I have a bad feeling whenever I’m around her she is you know some kind of greedy ” Bayo sigh but others just nod their head waiting to see how the journey of love will end.
Don’t forget about Hannah’s younger sister, Daniella a young fourteen year old girl who is very beautiful and intelligent unlike Hannah she is very soft and humble around everyone very charming but her problem is her sister hannah, whenever the bell ring for closing hour she always sigh at every given moment. She doesn’t have the spirit of trouble but her sister always find every reason to pick a fight with her. Every thing is just something else even let’s just say hell. She curse the day she become Hannah’s sister.
Their parents are nice but hannah is just a witch in human clothing but this time she just went home anyway to meet her own cross but to her own surprise hannah smiled at her and it seems she is going to somewhere.
Hannah met with Ola in a small cafe not far from their school, she is wearing a yellow long sleeve top on a pencil jean and Ola himself is not looking bad in his jean trouser and a blue T-shirt.
“ ehmm Ola mi there’s something I want to tell you but I don’t think you know if I’m in the right place to say this but humm ehmm I hmm ”she couldn’t say the words but it is obvious what she is trying to say but nevertheless the young man didn’t let her complete the sentence before kissing her. Her eyes almost popped out from their socket due to wave after wave of electric pleasure that is sweeping through her at moment.
Episode 2 : Betrayal Uncovered
After the kiss Hannah lost her mind completely she is just a naive teenager completely in love with the man in front of her but it seems he also feel the same. After that night they started getting comfortable around each other meeting under the trees or near a river but Hannah’s behavior started changing.
She now see Olamilekan as her ATM she demand for money every now and then as if she is the one working for his father.
Hannah started clubbing and smoking and all sort of bad things to her she is just doing the right thing. Ola’s main job is to care for her and he must provide everything she need for her. All her acts are frustrating both her younger sister and her lover Olamilekan although the former and the latter doesn’t seem to know each other but hannah always talk ill of Tayo whenever she is with Ola.
Hannah came to the house very drunk one day and this got Daniella worried.
“ Hannah if our parents were alive to see this mess do you think they will be proud of you as their daughter? ” Daniella said holding back her tears. Hannah look so pitiful whispering those incoherent words.
“ Hannah I can’t believe you are turning into this ” if only Daniella know she wouldn’t have said that. Before she can say jack Robinson hannah threw one of her heel at her and it land on her forehead which started bleeding immediately.
“ how dare you control me? You bitch?! ” hannah yelled.
“ Hannah did you just call me a bitch? Hannah who is a bitch between you and I? You this disgusting element I will beat you blue and black if you move an inch close to me ” Daniella threatened and with her expression it seems she is serious.
“ what? Are you surprised? That I can’t fight back Hannah there’s a level in which I can tolerate your madness. What is wrong with you? Is it because you are in the university now or because you are older than me? Because you are nineteen? I’m going to beat you! ” Daniella winced obviously her head is hurting badly but hannah has pass out she isn’t even hearing what she is saying.
“ ah how shameless! ” Daniella kick her hard venting out her anger.
After putting a bandage on her wound she sigh thinking about her life. Mr and Mrs mars were good people they rescue her from her wicked step father many years ago and made her their own daughter. If they are still alive seeing their biological daughter clubbing and drinking will break their heart but who knows? Maybe if she continue praying for her she will change maybe she concluded before leaving herself into the lovely hands of sleep.
Tomorrow is her fifteenth birthday but it seems nobody will celebrate it with her but seeing Mrs Mars picture is really a great gift for her, she has been a great mother to her and she appreciate it but deep inside her mind she wished her real mother hadn’t died maybe that way she wouldn’t have found her way to Hannah’s maltreatment.
And she is even lucky because hannah is going back to school the next day so for one semester she will find her own peace.
At school the next day the confused lover Ola who wonder where he had gone wrong that what he value most is now ignoring him. Hannah came to meet him after lecture at their meeting spot the eyes he is seeing is not lovely anymore but dark and he is afraid of loosing her.
“ so you called me here ” hannah said blowing the gum she is chewing.
“ yes but hannah what is happening to you these days you hardly call or text me why? Have i done anything wrong? ” the innocent guy asked but Hannah smiled.
“ well I told you to give me just five thousand naira you refused so what’s the point calling or texting you? ” Hannah said shrugging her shoulder.
“ what?! But I just gave you ten thousand naira last week didnt i? ” Puzzled about where she is dragging it to he almost shouted.
“ that is not enough you have to take care of me so do it well ” Hannah said tapping his shoulder.
“ I heard from my friends that you are now a club girl ” Ola take a deep breath before bringing up the topic.
“ and so what? Do i owe you any explanation? ” like the i don’t care princess that she is she speak with too much pride that ola wonder if she is truly the girl he fell in love with.
“ so you are spending all my hard earned money on clubbing? Drinks and cigarettes? Are you really the Hannah Temitope Mars I fell in love with? ” Ola asked holding her hands but she snap them away.
“ listen to me young man you cannot control my life so back off if you don’t like my new development ” Hannah said walking away its obvious she is tired of the relationship.
“ me? Young man?” ola soliloquizes after she left.
Episode 3 : A Painful Reunion
Daniella is now preparing for her jamb and she is very happy about it but she decided to wait for a year so she can learn fashion designing. She love fashion with passion and it appears in everything she wore.
In her fashion school she met a girl named Rachael also known as the parrot. Rachael is a world renowned talkative she can gossip for Africa. Daniella use to believe she have the biggest mouth in the world but when she met Rachael she believe the word “level pass level ”.
Rachael is also beautiful and she is a school cert holder like daniella but she doesn’t have any plans on going to the university like Daniella who dream of going to the university to know more about African fashion and art.
Their boss always smile whenever the two girls are working because the seem to understand each other perfectly more than anyone.
“ they are so young and vibrant ” Bolatito their boss said watching them cut a piece of clothe they found in the dustbin. Daniella is addicted to doll so they cut and sew the cloth according to the size of the doll.
The sewing machine is like a best friend to Daniella like her magical hands always respond to the machines whenever she is sewing a cloth.
Within six months she can design both male and female dresses perfectly while Rachael is still struggling with how to sew perfectly.
“ Rachael ” daniella call her friend one faithful afternoon.
“ what is it? ” Rachael asked irh a smile.
“ are you comfortable with the way boss prefer me to you? ” Daniella asked and all Rachael do is laugh.
“ of course I like it you will be the one to do all the job while I stay here and watch. More work for you less stress for me. See Tayo there’s no point getting jealous the only I want from you is that after getting our freedom promise me we are going to open a shop and do our business together ” Rachael wink at her while Daniella laughs.
“ you know that isn’t going to be possible I’m going back to school ” Daniella laughed at her friend’s stupidity she obviously knew what Rachael meant. She want Daniella to be doing the major things while she sits and earn her salary by running few errands.
The night come so quickly due to the festive season the work is very much and Daniella left around 9pm so late but her house is not far.
While walking alone to her home, she bump into an older handsome man but due to the darkness she couldn’t make out the face.
“ I’m sorry ” she bend a little and she walk away while the guy wonder who she is he follow her and he watch her enter her house. The guy is Francis a guy from rich home in. Lagos who just just move in with his friend. He actually ran away from home because his parents are trying to send him to one of their relative in abroad but he doesn’t want that.
He prefer going to UK on his own that’s how he use to do until one of his uncle told his parents that he want Francis to be living with them in London.to Francis that will be some kind of CCTV on him because Babs always monitor his move so living with uncle Babs is living in a room full of CCTV to cut the long story short he hate his uncle.
The next morning Daniella woke up late and it occur to her that she is very late for her fashion school. She quickly dress comb her natural hair and she rush out only to bump into Francis again outside.
“ sorry ” she said.
“ its okay ” Francis said and Daniella look up to see his handsome face she almost died of shock.
“ oh oh okay ” she stammered swallowing the lump in her throat.
“ I’m Francis and this is the second time you are bumping into me ” Francis said trying to pick up her pace.
“ I’m Ella but I don’t remember bumping into anyone oh you are the one yesterday I’m sorry ” Daniella said with a wide smile and she started walking faster again.
“ wow nice name I will see you in the evening ” Francis said waving her goodbye.
“ he is handsone ” she muttered.
After that day they become friends and what do friends from different gender do? They fall in love but Daniela doesn’t know about love but she just know she is fond of Francis.
Holiday later came and hannah come back from school she couldn’t make life hell for Daniella anymore because the latter doesn’t have her time she rarely stay at home but one day Francis came to visit Daniella at home but he met Hannah.
Seeing his expensive clothes and smartphone hannah fell for him immediately to her he is much more richer than the mugun that call himself her boyfriend but the problem is how to separate him from Ella well Ella is just a small girl who know nothing about love so snatching him will be easier.
To complicate the matter Francis later return to Lagos but not before giving Daniella his address which hannah stole
Episode 4 : Love and Lies
Francis came to visit Daniella again after three weeks.
“ Tayo this is unfair you cant even call me? Oga o” Francis said afyer exchanging pleasantries.
“ oh francis I lost your number and address I couldn’t find the paper you gave me forgive me dear ” Daniella said staring at him with her cute lovely eyes.
“ well I forgive you anyway should we hangout? ” Francis chuckled.
“ yes I missed you ” Daniella didn’t know when that word came out of her mouth but nevertheless she just said it Francis stared at her before nodding his head he want to tell her something but his confidence is not that strong all he could do is nod his.
“ I ….I didn’t know when I said that forgive me ” Daniella said when she notice the tense situation scratching her head.
“ Ella its okay I’m not offended it’s normal ” Francis said smiling awkwardly.
“ alright where should we go? Guess what? I’m so lonely today I didn’t know you will show up and now you are here ” Daniella said playfully grabbing his hand.
“ where are we going? ” he asked.
“ a special place today is actually my birthday ” Daniella screamed and they started running together but they stop when they get to a cake shop.
“ what are we doing here? ” Francis asked and Daniella hisses loudly.
“ is that suppose to be a question? I told you just now today is my birthday ” Daniella squeeze her mouth and Francis just grinned at her childishness.
“ okay I will buy you a cake as a a special gift for you on your birthday ” Francis said and she jump up in joy hugging him and causing another awkward situation.
“ ah sorry ” she said tucki her hair behind her ears but he pull her back into another hug. He hug her warmly and Daniella just stand there in shock trying to reason with her chicken brain what just happened. Who will believe that a guy Like Francis will hug her. Yes she miss his company badly and when he left for Lagos she almost cried but now he is here hugging her? If not for God’s intervention she would her vomit her heart and she is sure if Francis had such a sensitive ear he would have heard her fast heartbeat loudly and threatening to rip her heart apart.
Francis on the other hand is hypnotised by her lovely scent so much that he couldn’t let go of her.
“ hmm ” Daniella cleared her throat and he quickly let go that is when she finally regain her senses.
“ a special hug for you birthday ” he manage a stupid smile and he eventually order a cake for her, she make a wish and it is so funny to herself that she almost laugh. She wish to marry francis and live with him forever. Funny isn’t it?
“ is your wish that funny? ” Francis said when he notice her smile.
“ yes very funny ” she laughed actually after answering him.
“ should I sing for you? ” Francis’s face lit up a smile and she also smiled.
“ no don’t worry ” she said shyly.
“ happy birthday to you.

Happy birthday to you ” he sang the common birthday song and she blushes just hearing his voice well whether the voice is lovely or not when you are in love every love song from the person you love sound melodious to your ears even a frog voice will still sound lovely (lol)
After having so much fun, he escort Daniella to her house before going to his friend’s house.
“ oh dear tayo I actually forgot its your birthday there was actually a fuck up today in our house so I couldn’t come sorry friend ” Rachael said immediately Daniella enter the house she was actually waiting for her rehearsing how she will beg her friend.
“ its okay I understand ” Daniella muttered and Rachael stared at her with a confuse kind of look.
“ ah Francis is back ” Rachael chuckled.
Meanwhile Ola is still doing everything to please Hannah who shows no concern to him or whatsoever.She is on a mission to snatch francis from Ella.
“ Hannah ” he called her one afternoon, he actually went to visit her in her hostel.
“ what is it my love? ” she asked in a pleasant way to give him hope that she is still his for the main time.
“ you are not the Hannah I fell in love with anymore you’ve changed ” he said with a calm voice, she change her expression to that of a mild anger.
“ why do you say that? ” she asked waiting for the exact moment he will step beyond his boundaries.
“ you are turning into something else three of my friends told me you are now following sugar daddies ” he said and she frowned but that expression wasn’t long because she started feeling funny like she want to vomit or something. She rush to the bathroom while Ola follow her. After vomiting ola smiled at her
“ Hannah you are pregnsnt , you are carrying our baby ”.
Episode 5 : The Unforgiven Crime
“ no no no I’m not pregnant I’m on my period how is that possible? ” Hanna said with the mixture of fear and happiness in her expression.
“ it might be possible o ” Ola said happily but she flinch when he try to touch her. She is obviously scared because she might be pregnant but she is happy because she is still seeing her period which means she us not pregnant but little did she know that there some kind of pregnancy that always want to put someone to shame at all cost. You will still be seeing your period till it get to the stage that you cannot abort it again and well it may be the case of Hannah or do you think she is sick? Me I don’t think so but let’s just watch.
“ Hannah are you not happy? We will finally get married? Thank God we are in our final year you carrying our baby will be the most loveliest thing in the world ” Ola said with a calm and dreamy voice which anger Hannah.
“ just shut up I’m not pregnant I’m still doing my periods just free me from this silly accusation of yours I’m not pregnant! And that’s final! ” Hannah flared up which surprise the innocent man. He didn’t expect this expression from hannah at all his friends accusations are true Hannah is not trustworthy at all and she may be cheating on him.
“ Hannah tell me the truth are you seeing another guy? ” He asked follow by a sigh.
“ yes is that what you want to hear? Yes I have someone else already I stop loving you months ago because I found someone richer than you so what? All I need is money and now I’m using this medium to tell you this relationship is over ” Hannah grinned without any form of joke expression on her face at all.
“ Hannah how can you do this to me? How can you be so heartless? I love you Hannah with all my heart ” Ola felt hot tears trickle down his cheeks.
“ well such is life bro I gave you signals but you refuse to see it now I’m telling you face to face that it is over between us ” hannah smiled she is obviously happy she is finally letting him go.
“ Hannah you can’t do this to me Hannah please ” he pleaded but Hannah’s next statement shock him deep to his bones.
“ I’m going to shout o eh rapist help me! He want to rape me! Help! ” Hanna yelled and the guy stared at her preparing to leave but it is too late Hannah’s words have spread so much that the other female students call for help from guys outside. One of Ola’s friend happen to be among.
“ no this is my friend he cannot rape her that have been dating for five years she is girlfriend ” Bolaji one of Ola’s friend claimed but the male students won’t listen. The funniest thing is that Hannah went ahead to call of her sugar daddies a Divisional police officer DPO to inform him. If Olamilekan is in prison then she will be free of whatever he may try on her to cut the long story short he was arrested for a crime he doesn’t know about just a misunderstanding.
No one heard bolaji and bayo’s pleas, minutes later the police arrived and its like magic hannah have already tear her panties and dress Olamilekan couldn’t believe his eyes how can hannah be such a devil?
He was lock in the cell for three days. When he was being interrogated, he regret the day he met Hannah and fell for her.
“ I didn’t attempt to rape her she is my girlfriend!! ” Ola yelled in frustration when the police keep asking me and calling him a rapist.
“ well she is your girlfriend and you have been spending and she is denying you sex but Mr man rape is not the best option ” the police officer said and Ola felt his tears rushing like a river.
“ oh god!! God! Why will I rape hannah? She is my girlfriend and maybe carrying my baby” Ola said with a teary eyes.
“ baby? Then how the hell did her dress got torn and even her panties? ” the Sergeant asked confusing him more.
Flashback
“ Hanna you don’t have to worry about it I will make sure he get to the prison ” the DPO assured her on phone when she called him.
“ thank you honey I will see you at the hotel” Hannah smiled mission complete.
Present
The DPO smiled in his office thinking about Hannah’s offer. He is a family man with two wives and seven grown adults as his children but when a man is bound with adultery rope nothing can make him satisfied.
Bolaji, Opeyemi and Bayo came to visit Ola in the cell he look so confused about everything the woman he loved suddenly turn to the Delilah of his life within minutes? And now cutting his life short.
