I was at the airport that night checking in and crying uncontrollably, I couldn’t hold back my tears.. I already miss kelvin but I have to leave for my sanity, if I stay his mother might do worse or even k!ll me.
Everything was checked and it was accurate, I entered the plane ✈️ sat down and continue crying till we departed.. I had no idea how I am going to start a new life without anyone but I am certain I will start somewhere.
I arrived at London in the morning, everywhere was different, I asked my way around and I was directed to an hotel, I needed to sleep before looking for an apartment and a job.
I lodged in one the hotels, I couldn’t eat anything’ I brought out my parents phone , after looking at our family pictures i decided to turn the phones off..
It was difficult sleeping but I had to force myself to sleep.

He started blaming his parents for my decision, his house wasn’t as peace as he kept telling them to provide me.
He became a shadow of himself, got sick and was taken to the hospital, he spent months trying to recover from emotional and mental trauma.
I successfully got an apartment and a job in one of the restaurants in London… my life wasn’t perfect, I also had to deal with chronic headache due to overthinking and stress, life wasn’t easy for me,, whenever I open my mother’s phone the first thing I always see is Kelvin’s text, he never stopped texting..
I got a new phone, I didn’t call anyone, I was trying so hard to forget about everything especially Kelvin, but his memories never go away.. I called my cousin one day with my mothers phone.
