CHAPTER 7 & 8 : Jaden’s Playful Demand
“Go on little @ss”He muttered.
She turned and faced him.
“I can’t do it….I don’t want to”She sniffed.
“Do you seriously wanna crying right now? If I was in her shoes you wouldn’t think twice before slapping me”He said and she sniffed again.
“Am sorry”.
He grabbed her hand and took her out after shooting Regina a deadly look.
“I can’t believe he asked her to slap you….”Sandy said from behind Regina.
“I think they’re close”Maryjane replied.
“Would you both shut up!”Regina snapped,walking out of the cafeteria while Maryjane and Sandy followed.
Jaden dragged Amelia till they got to his car,he slammed her back on the car,caging her there.
“Look at me”He muttered and she raised her head to meet his eyes filled with pure anger and fury.
“I hate it when people are weak”He said in a low voice but it sounded dangerous.
“Next time someone bullies you like that and you don’t do something about it, I’ll make sure to cut the person’s head and send it to you as an early christmas gift,understand?”Jaden said and she nodded vigorously.
“Good,now get in the car”He said and removed his hands,she slowly got into the car.
He also got in and drove off.
Throughout the ride she was silent,is she scared of him?
He glanced at her occasionally,she had her head down and she was sobbing lightly.
She still had strands of spaghetti in her hair,he stopped the car and removed the spaghetti from her hair.
“What are you doing?”She faced him.
“Stay still little @ss”He removed all the spaghetti strands from her hair and arranged it properly.
“Not even a thank you”He groaned as he turned on the car engine again.
“Why should I thank you when you threatened me”She sighed.
“I was only trying…….”
“I don’t want your stupid explanation”She looked away.
“She’s back to her old self again”He mumbled to himself with a chuckle.
Meanwhile in the school,though the school was over for the day but the campus was still crowded with people.
All they had on their tongues was what happens between Amelia and Regina,they have never seen Jaden stand up for a girl like that.
Xavier who just finished fucking a girl in the bathroom came out, straightening his shirt.
Ashlyn who forgot her phone in the classroom was on her way to the classroom to get it when someone bumped into her.
“Can’t you see? wonker!”She glared.
“Are you talking to me?”Xavier asked,glaring at her.
“Fuck you”Ashlyn gave him a middle finger.
“When?”Xavier smirked.
“In your dreams loser”Ashlyn replied and left.
“She’s feisty”He chuckled before walking away too.
•OLIVER’S APARTMENT•
Oliver sat on his bed looking frustrated,his held his phone in his hand intensely staring at Cherry’s number.
He was deliberating whether he should call her or not.
He check if she replied to his numerous messages.
Still nothing.
He took a deep breath and finally dialed the number.
It rang but she didn’t pick, after the fourth one she picked.
📞”Why the fûck are you disturbing me?”Cherry snapped immediately.
📞”Let’s talk”Oliver said, calmly.
📞”We have nothing to talk about,our relationship is over so deal with it and move on”She yelled and cut the call immediately.
Oliver frustratingly throw his phone,it hit the wall and shattered.
Only God knows how much he still loves her but it’s all Jaden’s fault,she left him for Jaden!
Oliver began scattering everything in the room,he punched the glass with his fist and it broke into pieces.
“Oliver”David ran into the room,he sighed and rushed to Oliver.
“What’s your problem can’t you stop hurting yourself because of a mere girl”David,his father scolded.
Everytime Oliver hurt himself,he already knows it’s about Candy.
Their relationship lasted for three years so it won’t be easy getting over it.
“Let me get you treated”David sat him down and went to get the first aid kit.
Xavier arrived home in his car but the moment he stepped in,he regretted it.
Noises were coming from his parents room, shouting, breaking of objects.
That’s a daily thing,his parents fight all the time and he’s fed up of it.
Xavier ignored them and went to his room but immediately his mother walked into his room,looking tattered and deranged.
“You know about her right? Who’s Celina?”Xavier’s mom shouted showing him his dad’s phone.
“She’s one of his sluts right?”She asked,madly.
Xavier didn’t know what to say,they always drag him into this,his mother suspects his father of cheating.
“Will you stop dragging our son into this!”He father came in and snatched the phone from her.
“Give me that!”
They started another fight.
“Both of you get out!”Xavier yelled and they both turned to him.
“Get out of my room”He repeated.
They both left immediately.
Xavier squatted on the floor,tears falling from his eyes.
“That’s not how to do it!”Amelia sighed.
“Don’t you know how to stir”Amelia snapped,She grabbed the spatula from him and began stirring the noddles.
Jaden watched her as she was preparing the noddles,she complained that she’s hungry but she didn’t want to order food instead she wants to cook.
Jaden leaned on the wall,her hair occasionally kept falling on her face,she was struggling to stir and arrange her hair at the same time.
Jaden walked and came behind her,he tied her hair in to a messy bun.
“Thanks”She smiled.
He wrapped his hand around her waist and rest his head on her back.
“What are you doing? Don’t touch me like that!”She turned and pushed him away,he chuckled.
“Gosh you’re cute”He complimented but she frowned.
“You’re the devil’s incarnate, don’t you know it’s not good to touch someone without their permission”She said,swinging the spatula in from if him.
“Okay I won’t touch you again”He raised his hands in surrender.
“Good”She smiled.
“I love your smile”He said.
“Well I hate your face”She squeezed her face.
They were both indulged in their silly argument,they didn’t notice something caught fire.
Amelia had dropped a cloth next to the gas cooker and it was so close to the fire,it flamed up.
Jaden was the first to notice the fire,he immediately pulled her away from it.
“What’s wr……..”She noticed the fire and covered her nose.
While Jaden was trying to put out the fire,the kitchen was already filled with smoke,Amelia unintentionally inhaled the smoke and started coughing.
She felt her chest tighten as she struggled to breath,she held her chest and tried to leave the kitchen but she collapsed.
When Jaden heard the thug her turned,he immediately rushed to her.
“Are you alright? What’s wrong with you?”He asked worriedly.
She could say anything at that moment,her mouth was open and she was gasping for air.
“Are you asthmatic?”He raised a brow,she nodded slowly.
“Inhaler….. where’s your inhaler?”He asked.
“Bad…bag..my bag”She replied,panting.
He carried her to the living room and placed her on the couch,he ran to her room and grabbed her bag from the bed,he search around and found it.
He ran back downstairs,she was slowly losing consciousness,he helped her up and use the inhaler.
He patted her back till she finally calmed down.
“Are you good?”He asked and she nodded.
Her lifted her up in his arms,she held his shirt tightly with her small fragile hand.
Her breath was becoming stable but her chest still hurts like hell.
He dropped her on the bed and covered her with the duvet,he wanted to leave her do she could rest but she was still holding the tip of his shirt tightly.
“Please don’t go… it hurts…. it hurts so much”She sniffled.
“Do you need drugs? I think we should go to the hospital “He saud but she shooked her head.
“I hate hospitals”She muttered,closing her eyes.
Soon she fell asleep,he stroked her hair for a while before leaving slowly so she wouldn’t wake up.
A middle aged man sat at the corner of a pitch black room,someone suddenly came in and switched on the light.
He groaned as his eyes adjusted to the light.
“Are you going to keep doing this all your life?”Samuel asked.
“Look Sam,am not leaving this room or I’ll be dead”Ben said,taking care drink from the bottle of alcohol in his hand.
“Just go apologize to him and face whatever punishment he has for you,he might even forgive you”Samuel said and sat on the chair.
“I’ve tried to apologize but he threatens me more”Ben sighed.
“Sending messages isn’t a way of apologizing sincerely,talk to him face to face”Sam replied.
“I’m not gonna do that, I’m going to kill that brat,he thinks he can threaten me”Ben sneered through clenched teeths, tightening his grip on the bottle.
“Kill? Haven’t you done enough!”Sam stood up angrily.
“Will you shut the fûck up!!!,am paying you to keep an eye on him,so whatever I tell you to do,you do it, understand?”Ben asked.
“Yes boss”Sam bowed.
” He should prepare for his death,…. it’s coming soon”
•NEXT DAY•
Jaden’s car came to a halt in front of the school,after packing properly he got out and helped Amelia out.
As usual,cameras and phones were in everybody’s hands,filming them like they were some kind of movie show.
Jaden held Amelia’s hand as he took her into the school.
“What’s your first class today?”Jaden asked.
“I said I can go myself,am fine”Amelia sighed.
“Talk little @ss”.
“Social science….”She replied,he lead her to the class,still holding her hand.
“Shortie”Oliver called,she smiled and tried to walk to him but Jaden tightened his grip on her hand.
“Let me go”She whispered to him but instead he held her hand tighter.
Oliver walked over to them.
“Are you busy?”He asked her,ignoring Jaden.
“No I have a few minutes before my class starts”Amelia replied.
“Can we talk?”He asked.
“Stay away from her,I won’t warn you again”Jaden muttered and took her away.
“Let me go!…”Amelia pulled her hand away from Jaden.
“What’s going on between you two?”Jaden asked.
“He’s my friend “
“Friend?”He scoffed.
“Yeah how’s that any of your business?”She asked,with her hands on her waist.
“Stay away from him “He muttered.
“I won’t he’s a much better person than you”She snapped.
“Really?…..”He chuckled.
“Yes,stay away from me chipmunk”She said and walked away.
It was almost dismissal time but there was a basketball game nobody in Finely college would dare to miss,the match between the black axe gang and the red axe.
The match hasn’t officially started but the hall was already filled with students.
The players were warming up,including Jaden suddenly Oliver walked up to him.
“I see you two are close,do you like her?”Oliver asked.
Jaden remained quiet,he just concentrated on the ball he was bouncing.
Oliver chuckled.
“The same way you took Cherry away from me, I’ll take her away from you”Oliver muttered.
“If you go near her, I’ll cut your dîck and make you suck it and I didn’t take Cherry away from you she was the one who came to me willingly…..”He snapped.
“You knew she was my girlfriend and you still went ahead to sleep with her, you’re the one who ruined our friendship “Oliver replied.
“She’s a bitch who threw herself at me,not my fault “Jaden said and walked away.
Oliver smirked as he saw Amelia walking in with Evelyn and Ashlyn.
“Amy”He waved at her,he signalled her to come over which she did.
“What do you think of my new haircut?”He asked, holding her waist.
Amelia felt awkward the way he was holding her,she slowly tried to remove his hand but he held her waist tighter.
“Do you like it?”He asked,slowly rubbing her waist.
“It’s nice”She smiled awkwardly.
Jaden’s eyes darkened when he saw Oliver’s hand on her waist,he march towards them and punched Oliver on his face with full force.
Oliver staggered back and his lips bursted.
Jaden gave him an upper punch and his nose began bleeding.
“Amy please help me!”Oliver yelled.
Justin,one of his gang members tried to help him but Oliver secretly signalled him not to.
Everybody felt confused,Oliver didn’t try to fight back he just received all the punches.
“Amy help”Oliver cried.
“Jaden stop”Amelia yelped,trying to push him away from Oliver.
“Stay out of this”Jaden muttered,as he was about to bless Oliver with another punch…..
Amelia slapped him!
Everybody eyes widened,the news already spread like fire in a forest.
~Amelia Hart slapped Jaden Miller!
“Do you want to kill him?!”Amelia yelled.
“Yes! Why would he touch you like that!”Jaden snapped.
“That doesn’t give you the right to hit him,you don’t own me so stay away”She yelled,rushing to help Oliver.
Jaden expressionlessly watched Amelia,he folded his fist and walked away.
CHAPTER 9 & 10 : Protective or Possessive?
As Jaden walked out of the basketball court Xavier followed him behind.
“Dude,you okay?”Xavier asked.
Jaden kept mute as he walked outside the school, got into his car and drove off.
Xavier sighed and went back into the school.
The game was put to a stop immediately as Justin took Oliver out to get treated, Evelyn and Ashlyn rushed to Amelia.
“Baby, are you alright?”Evelyn asked, as they walked outside with Amelia.
“Am fine”Amelia muttered lowly.
“Are you sure? You look pale”Evelyn said.
“Am fine”She repeated.
“You shouldn’t have done that”Ashlyn finally spoke up.
“Huh?”
“You shouldn’t have slapped Jaden like that, normally Jaden is the kind of person who doesn’t care about anyone especially girls but today he stood up for you, Oliver was touching you inappropriately that’s why he attacked him ……..”Ashlyn sighed.
“But he was hitting him……”
“Oliver could have fought back but instead he let Jaden hit him, couldn’t you see that?” Ashlyn snapped and walked away.
“Is she mad at me?”Amelia asked, facing Evelyn.
“Don’t worry, she’ll come around soon”Evelyn smiled.
“I think she’s right……”Amelia said.
“Yes she is, just apologize to him am sure everything will be alright “
“Am such a dummy “She sniffed.
“Don’t cry,let me take you home”Evelyn said, taking her away.
“I can’t believe they are fighting over that nobody…”Maryjane scoffed folding her arms.
“She’s not even beautiful, I don’t get what they see in her”Sandy added.
“She had the audacity to slap my jay, that girl needs to be thought a proper lesson “Regina muttered.
“I trust you girl and it would be easier now that am sure Jaden won’t back her up”Maryjane said.
“I hate her so much, Jaden doesn’t even look at me……”Regina sighed.
“What are you going to do to her?”Sandy asked.
“I’m not sure right now, I’m still thinking but I’ll make sure she hates me after it…..” Regina smirked.
Evelyn stopped her car in front of Jordan’s mansion and gasped, she immediately faced Amelia.
“Wait, you live with him?”Evelyn blinked.
“Yes”Amelia replied.
“What? How?”
“His brother is a professor and he’s close to my mother, we had financial problems and professor Jordan offered to take me in”Amelia replied.
“Oh, that’s nice”Evelyn said, Amelia alighted the car and waved Evelyn good bye.
Amelia took a deep breath before walking into the house, she wanted to apologize to Jaden first but when she got to his room he wasn’t there.
She knocked a few times with no response, so she opened the door.
The room was empty.
Maybe he’s not yet back, she thought.
She went into her room and took off her clothes after taking a long shower she came out.
She still only had her towel on when her phone rang, it was from her mom.
She picked it up instantly.
📞”Hey mom”She called.
📞”Are you okay?”Her mother asked.
📞”Yes am fine,what about you?”Amelia asked.
📞”Good,the restaurant is doing better now”Her mom replied and she smiled.
📞”That’s good”.
📞”I’ll send you some money soon”
📞”That’s not necessary, I’ve barely touched the one you gave me, Professor Jordan pays for everything”She replied.
📞”Okay, how’s school?”
📞”It’s going fine”Amelia replied.
📞”I hope you’ve been reading your Bible?”Her mom asked and she sighed.
Since she arrived here she hasn’t touched her bible, Jaden had been distracting her a lot these days.
📞”Hello… Can you hear me?”Her mom asked, snapping her out of her train thoughts.
“Yes…. I’ve been reading my bible”Amelia lied, cursing herself immediately, she has never lied to her mom before.
📞”That’s good”.
Amelia heard giggling noises and she stood up immediately.
📞”Mom I’ll call you later”Amelia cut the call.
She almost walked out of the room forgetting she wasn’t dressed, she quickly put on a gown before walking out of the room.
She saw Jaden climbing the stairs with a girl, he was holding the girl tightly to himself while the girl was rubbing his chest seductively, laughing at everything he was saying.
They both passed her pretending like she wasn’t there, Jaden didn’t even look at her once, she watched them enter his room and shut the door.
She bit her lips gently, is he now going to ignore her?
She walked back into her room,laid on the bed, she tried to get some sleep but she couldn’t.
•NEXT DAY•
Amelia descended the stairs, dressed in a simple with long sleeved white shirt with a dark blue skirt, she packed her hair into a ponytail, giving her a sightly different appearance.
Her eyes were fixed on Jaden as she walked down, he didn’t look at her, it hurt her a little.
She couldn’t even sleep properly Yesterday night, normally Jaden would come to her room and annoy her but he didn’t come last night.
She walked into the kitchen and grabbed a bottle of water, after drinking she went back into the living room, she mustered a little courage and walked to Jaden.
She took a deep breath.
“Am sorry about what i did yesterday, I wasn’t thinking and …….”
“Meet me in the car when you’re ready”He cut her off and walked away.
She stared at his retriging figure for a while before following him.
The ride to the school was silent, during the drive she even tried to apologize again.
“I was trying to say sorry for what I did yesterday, I didn’t mean to slap you, I……”
“Will you shut up Amelia”He snapped making her flinch.
“I’m trying to apologize please listen to me”She pleaded.
“If you don’t keep your stupid mouth shut, I’ll stop the car right here and you can find you way to school yourself “He warned and she bit her lips hard that it almost bled.
After they got to the school, he left her immediately, she got out of the car too.
She walked into the school and hateful stares followed her, today they felt more intense than usual.
Evelyn and Ashlyn walked up to her, with smiles on there faces.
“Baby, how’re you doing?”Ashlyn asked.
“I’m fine”She uttered dryly.
“You don’t look fine, are you sick?”Evelyn asked, checking her temperature.
“Am perfectly fine”Amelia sighed, bringing Evelyn’s hand down from her head.
“Talk to us, I know you’re not alright “Ashlyn said.
“He doesn’t want to listen to me, I tried to apologize but he kept ignoring me, I think he hates me”Amelia murmured.
“Am sure he doesn’t hate you, he must just be angry “Evelyn said.
“If he doesn’t want to listen to you, try doing something else to make him forgive you” Ashlyn added.
“Like what?”Amelia asked.
“That’s for you to figure out, our class just started we have to go”Ashlyn stated, rushing away with Evelyn.
On there way to the class Evelyn saw Jerry, he was on his way to his class, his bag was slightly opened and a book fell from his bag.
Evelyn noticed it.
“Go on I’ll be there”Evelyn said.
“Where are you going?”Ashlyn raised a brow.
“Just go Lyn, I said I’ll be there”Evelyn groaned.
“Okay don’t be late”Ashlyn said and walked away.
She rushed and picked up Jerry’s book then she ran after him.
She kept on calling his name as she ran but he wasn’t stopping.
She caught up to him and held his shoulder.
He turned around, faced her and she smiled.
“You dropped your book”She stretched the book to him.
“You can keep it”He replied.
“What? But it’s yours don’t you need it?” she asked, confused.
“I don’t touch filthy things….”
“What?”
“As long as your dirty hands has touched it, I can’t touch it”He replied and she shrunk.
“My hands are clean, I wash them all the time” She said.
“Clean? Your whole body smells, try taking a bath more often”He shot and walked away, tears dropped from her eyes as she made her way back to her class.
She was crying as she took slow steps into the class, Ashlyn rushed to her as soon as she walked into the class.
“What’s wrong, Lyn?”Ashlyn asked.
“Nothing, am fine”Evelyn smiled lightly, cleaning her tears.
She sat down on her seat and kept Jerry’s book inside her bag.
Throughout the day Amelia couldn’t concentrate on anything, it seems like each lecture was a punishment to her, it only felt like noise as she was trying to think of the best way to apologize to Jaden.
She was having her last class but she decided not to go because she knew she wouldn’t concentrate on anything.
She found a quiet spot to seat and think, Her mind was too occupied she didn’t notice when Regina walked up to her with Maryjane and Sandy.
“Hey….”Regina snapped, taking Amelia unaware.
Amelia flinched as she snapped out of her own thoughts.
“What do you want?”Amelia groaned.
“I see you now have the mouth to talk”Regina glared.
“Of course I do, God gave everyone mouth as you can see”Amelia replied.
“What right do you have to talk back at me!?”Regina snapped.
“I have every right, but right now am busy so please leave”Amelia replied, lazily.
Regina snatched Amelia’s bag from her, she threw the bag on the floor.
“Hey! What’s your problem?!”Amelia yelled, standing up.
“Go pick it up”Regina commanded.
Amelia sighed and squat to pick up the bag, but as she was about to put up pick it, Regina used her heels to step on Amelia’s hand.
“Ouch…”Amelia yelled in pains.
“Next time you try to talk back at me, I’ll kill you “Regina muttered, pressing her heels tighter on Amelia’s hand.
“Please stop”Amelia cried and Regina released her hand.
Regina used her heel to hit Amelia on the head before walking away.
Amelia’s fore head began to bleed, she sat on the floor crying, while students laughed, took pictures and made videos.
Amelia looked around and felt more embarrassed because of all the students that gathered her but what hurt her the most was the fact that Jaden was standing right there.
He wasn’t laughing like the rest of them, he stood expressionlessly, when their eyes met he walked away.
Amelia cried harder, She still sat on the spot when Oliver came to her.
“Amy what’s wrong?”He tried to touch her but she stood up from the floor immediately.
“Are you okay?” He asked.
“Stay away from me, you’re the reason why he’s mad at me” Amelia sniffled.
“What are you talking about?”He tried to come closer but she pushed him away.
She quickly grabbed her bags and rushed out.
“So can I have your number?”Xavier asked.
“Sure, anytime”The girl smiled, Xavier gave her his phone, after inputting her number she returned it.
“So ten pm this night?”He winked, the girl nodded.
“He’s got a dick the size of a pencil”Ashlyn who happened to be passing by that moment, remarked.
“What?!”Xavier faced her.
“Really how would you know?”The girl asked.
Ashlyn came closer and whispered something into the girl’s ears, the girl ran off right immediately.
“Hey! Where are you going?!”Xavier called after her but she ran faster.
“What did you tell her you witch?”Xavier glared but Ashlyn ignored him and walked away.
“Are you mad?!”Xavier ran after her.
After school was over Ashlyn and Evelyn dropped Amelia home.
“Thanks”She muttered as she got down from the car.
“No problem baby”Evelyn blew her kisses.
“Good luck”Ashlyn said and Amelia nodded.
“If your apology doesn’t work out, you could always try to seduce him”Ashlyn winked and Evelyn hit her head playfully.
“How can you be telling her that?”Evelyn sighed.
“Don’t mind her, Good night”Evelyn said and drove away.
Amelia took a deep breath, today she was determined to make Jaden forgive her.
She walked into the house, she sighed as she still hasn’t decided what to do.
She suddenly got an idea, she should cook something.
She rushed to her room,dropped her bag, took a quick bath and changed her clothes.
She rushed back downstairs so she could cook before he arrives home.
She was cooking when Jordan walked into the house.
“What’s the occasion?”Jordan grinned as he walked into the kitchen.
“Nothing “She replied, still focused on cooking.
“Really? You cooked so much, are you expecting a guest?”Jordan asked.
“No, it’s actually for Jaden, I made him angry and am trying to apologize “
“I think you should make him tacos, he really likes those”
“Really?”She raised a brow.
“Yes, he loves them” He replied.
“Thanks”She smiled and continued cooking.
Jordan chuckled and left the kitchen.
Immediately he got to his room he dialed Elsa’s number but as usual she didn’t pick.
“Maybe, she’s busy”Jordan sighed.
Even after making lots of food Amelia didn’t feel satisfied, she felt like something was still missing, so she decided to bake a chocolate cake.
After she was done she set everything inside Jaden’s room, then she sat impatiently waiting for him.
What’s taking him so long? he should be back by now.
She sighed, she was about to call his number when he walked in.
She smiled as soon as he walked in but it dropped the moment he was a girl behind him.
“Who gave you the permission to come into my room”He snapped.
“I want to apologize…….”
“If you keep talking about any stupid apology, I’ll make sure I cut off your tongue”He warned, dangerously and she gulped.
“Please listen to me, am sorry”She cried.
“Wait for me outside”He told the girl he walked in with.
“Be quick, don’t keep me waiting too long “The girl said.
She eyed Amelia before leaving the room.
Jaden faced Amelia but before he could say a word she hugged him tightly.
“I’m very sorry, please forgive me, I can’t take it anymore, please stop ignoring me…….. please “She cried.
He pushed her away and she staggered back.
“You told me to stay away from you and that’s exactly what I’m doing and I would appreciate it if you also stay away from me”He muttered.
“I promise i didn’t mean what I said”She shocked her head.
“Amelia……”He called softly.
“When I get back, I don’t want to see you or this your useless food here again because if I loose my cool you might hate me for life”He uttered and walked away.
Amelia tried to fight back the tears threatening to come out of her eyes but she couldn’t, the tears flowed down her cheeks.
CHAPTER 11 & 12 : The Bad Boy’s Redemption
•NEXT DAY•
The next day was a saturday, no school day, so Amelia was at home, she couldn’t get a wink of sleep last night, her eyes were all red and puffy.
She still couldn’t believe Jaden would shout at her like that, he has always acted nice towards her but that would be the first time he shouted at her and it hurts so much.
She rolled on her bed frustratingly, her mind was running with different thoughts, is she going to live like this? Will Jaden keep ignoring her?
Her phone beeped indicating a message, she grabbed her phone from the table, it was a text from their group chat.
She sat up and rubbed her blurry eyes before taking a good look at the message.
Evelyn: Morning baby.
Ashlyn: how did your apology go?
Amelia: It was bad, really bad I’m really sure he hates me now.
Ashlyn: stop saying that, I’m sure he doesn’t.
Evelyn: try harder.
Amelia: How? He doesn’t even want to listen to me, he said I should stay away.
Ashlyn: Try seducing him.
Evelyn: stop saying that!
Ashlyn: Do you have plans tonight?
Amelia: No why?
Evelyn: we’re going to a party tonight, we’ll pick you up by 9:pm.
Amelia: I don’t want to go.
Ashlyn: I’ll kidnap you if you say that again.
Evelyn: see you by 9.
Amelia tossed her phone on the bed, she stood up and went into the bathroom to take her bath.
Jaden was sitting on his desk, his eyes fixed on his computer, his fingers typing in the speed of light, he’s been trying to trace his father but as usual he found nothing.
How that old man hides his location is still a mystery unknown to Jaden.
Jaden gave up with a sigh, he went into the bathroom and came out in minutes, he picked up his phone and left the room.
After taking her shower, Amelia decided to go downstairs and find something to eat,Jordan was about to go out when she saw him.
“Going somewhere?” She asked.
He turned around and faced her with a smile.
“Yes, I’m going on a business trip to LA, I’ll be back on monday” He replied.
“Okay, safe trip” She waved at him as he left the house.
As she turned around she bumped into Jaden who was about to leave the house, his phone was that was in his hand fell down.
She gasped and quickly picked the phone.
“Sorry” She gave him the phone and ran off immediately.
Jaden stopped his bike in front of Xavier’s house, after properly parking he got down and walked straight into Xavier’s room.
The moment he opened the door was the same moment Xavier walked out of the bathroom and he was naked.
“Can’t you knock!” Xavier snapped, getting a towel to wrap around his waist.
“Shut up” Jaden sneered, throwing his weight on the bed.
“What’s wrong?” Xavier raised a brow.
“Meaning?”
“I mean, you only visit me once in a blue moon so I’m guessing something is wrong…..” Xavier replied.
“Nothing is wrong, I was feeling bored that’s why I came here, is there a problem?” Jaden asked.
“No, what about that girl…..Amelia?” Xavier asked, opening his wardrobe to take his clothes.
“Are you trying to get rid of me? Don’t talk about that girl here…..” Jaden sighed.
“Are you still angry about one slap?” Xavier chuckled lightly, he was already fully dressed so he sat on the bed with Jaden.
“I’m planning on joining your gang soon”Xavier said, Jaden faced him with a disapproval look.
“I’m not letting you do that” Jaden muttered.
“Oh, come on I’m your best friend but I can’t join your gang, why?” Xavier sighed.
“Can you hold a gun?” Jaden asked.
“Of course, I’ve even shot som….”
Jaden brought out a gun from his pocket and dropped it on Xavier’s lap, Xavier flinched, making the gun fall to the ground.
“Dude, do you always carry that around?” Xavier asked, hold his chest.
“I thought you said you could hold a gun?” Jaden smirked.
Ben walked into the Miller mansion, all the maids and guards began to gasp like they had seen some kind of ghost.
Ben walked into his room, but the moment he stepped in Stella tried to use a vase to hit him.
He dodged it and kicked her on the guts.
“Are you mad? Are you trying to kill me?” Ben asked.
“Yes! I want to kill you, you left me all alone to suffer Jaden’s tortures, do you know what I’ve gone through all these years?” Stella scolded.
“Will you shut up! You deserve it anyways…….” Ben grabbed a seat and sat down.
“Huh? He’s angry because you lied about him having a mental problem, it’s all your fault!” Stella yelled.
“And what about you? Didn’t you kill Mirabel ?” Ben asked.
“How would I know he was standing right there!” Stella remarked with a sigh.
“I’ll make sure he doesn’t get away with this, I’ll bring him down on his knees” Ben folded his fist.
•EVENING•
Amelia was laying on her bed with her phone in her hand, she was playing candy crush when the door bell interrupted her.
Her heart started racing, what if it’s Jaden at the door?
She stood and took slow steps down the stairs, she got to the door and immediately she opened it Evelyn jumped on her.
“Baby, I’ve missed you” Evelyn pecked Amelia’s cheeks.
“Get down, I want a hug” Ashlyn pushed Evelyn off Amelia and hugged her.
“I’m not going for the party….” Amelia muttered and the both of them faced her.
“You can’t be serious” Ashlyn chuckled.
“Am serious, I don’t feel like going anywhere ” Amelia said.
“Come on, I brought clothes for you” Evelyn said, pulling Amelia away.
“Why? I have clothes already…” Amelia groaned, leading the girls to her room.
When they got to the room, Evelyn and Ashlyn jumped on the bed.
“Your bed is so soft, I feel like taking a nap….” Ashlyn said, rolling on the bed.
“We’ve got a party to crash so baby get dressed” Evelyn handed Amelia a white gown.
“I already have clothes and i can’t wear this it’s too revealing, I don’t even want to go” Amelia shooked her head.
“If this is about Jaden then I won’t allow it” Ashlyn said.
“What does Jaden have to do with this?” Amelia asked.
“You want to stay at home and mourn the fact that Jaden is mad at you when he’s probably fucking a girl somewhere……” Ashlyn snapped.
“I…I….” Amelia shuttered, not knowing what to say, she kept quiet.
“Come on Amy, have fun, you’re still young, forget about Jaden, you’ve tried to apologize and he isn’t listening so what more can you do?” Ashlyn said and Amelia nodded.
She went into the bathroom, took her bath and came out wearing the white gown.
“OMG baby, you look hot” Evelyn exclaimed.
“Gosh, I love your shape, stop wearing those baggy clothes” Ashlyn said.
Amelia felt uncomfortable in the gown, for her it was too short and tight.
“Do I really need to wear this?” Amelia groaned.
“Yes you do”
Evelyn and Ashlyn helped her get her hair done and gave her a little makeup.
When there were through Amelia looked, different and extremely beautiful.
“Okay let’s go” Evelyn held Amelia’s hand and dragged her out of the house.
They got into the car and drove off.
The club was filled with people dancing, drinking and having fun, the music was loud almost deafening, the stench of alcohol filled Amelia’s nostrils as soon as she walked in with Ashlyn and Evelyn.
“Yahhhhh……” Ashlyn ran straight to the dance floor, dancing like no one’s watching.
Evelyn took Amelia to get a drink, they ordered for alcohol and without thinking Amelia gulped it down in one go, maybe because she wasn’t thinking straight, her mind was still on Jaden.
Evelyn poured her another drink and she drank it, still thinking about Jaden.
“Are you alright?” Evelyn asked, pulling her out of her train of thoughts.
“Yes,am…..am fine” Amelia sighed, she has a low tolerance of alcohol and she was already feeling tipsy.
“Let’s go have fun” Evelyn pulled Amelia to the dance floor.
They started dancing widely as lustful stares followed them, but they didn’t care.
Evelyn and Ashlyn were still dancing they didn’t notice when Amelia slipped away.
She staggered, making her way to the bartender, she ordered for another drink and she started drinking, a guy approached her.
“Hey babe, are you alone?” The guy asked, licking his lips.
“Who are you?” She asked, squinting her eyes.
“Should I keep you company?” The guy tried to come closer but Amelia used her heel and hit the man on the groin.
“Fool” She muttered, leaving the club.
She didn’t know where she was going but she kept walking and mumbling silly words to herself.
She took off her heels and held it in her hand.
Suddenly a car stopped in from of her.
“Chipmunk, is it you?” She smiled, walking close to the car.
But she paused when Oliver came out.
“Yo….you are not…..my chipmunk ” She hiccuped, trying to walk away but Oliver held her back.
“Let go of me!” She jerked her hand away.
“Jaden is not here to save you, I’ll take my revenge now……” Oliver smirked.
“I think you’re running mad….” Amelia tried to leave but he pulled her back.
“Let go of me!!!!….” She yelped, Oliver tightened his grip on her.
“The same way he fucked Cherry, I’ll fuck you till you can’t walk again ” Oliver dragged her into the car.
“Somebody help me!!” Amelia banged on the car window but nobody was around to help her.
Oliver drove off.
Ashlyn was the first to notice Amelia was gone.
“Lyn, Amelia is gone” Ashlyn said and Evelyn stopped dancing immediately.
“Am sure she’s somewhere around” Evelyn said.
They both searched for her everywhere in the club but she wasn’t there, they tried to call her but her number wasn’t going through.
“OMG I hope she’s alright ” Evelyn muttered, fearfully.
“Let’s check outside……” Ashlyn said and rushed out of the club while Evelyn followed her.
They search around but all they found was Amelia’s heels at the side of the road.
“I think she’s in trouble” Evelyn panicked.
“Gosh, what do we do?” Ashlyn said.
“Let’s call someone for help” Evelyn suggested.
Jaden and Xavier were playing a game of chess when his phone rang.
He picked it up, with his eyes focused on the game.
“What?” He asked.
“Good evening boss…..” Ashlyn said.
“What is it?” Jaden asked.
“It’s Amelia, I think she’s……..”
Jaden hung up before she could finish, he doesn’t want to hear anything concerning Amelia.
Jaden tried to focus on the game but he couldn’t ignore the glare from Xavier.
“What is it?” Jaden raised a brow.
“Why did you hang up?” Xavier asked.
“She was saying something about Amelia, I don’t wanna listen to anything concerning her….”
“Really? You should have at least heard her out, what if there’s a problem?”
“Then they can solve it themselves” Jaden snapped.
“Stop being like that, I’m sure she has apologized already, can’t you forget about it…..” Xavier said.
“Let’s forget about this please….” Jaden groaned.
“Fine but if anything happens it’s your fault….”
“What do you mean?” Jaden asked, looking slightly interested.
“Think about it, Ashlyn has never called you before, and she was talking about Amelia by this time of the night, don’t you think something is wrong?” Xavier asked, Jaden immediately took his phone and dialed Ashlyn’s number.
She picked almost immediately.
“Boss, please listen, Amelia is missing…..we can’t find her….” Ashlyn said.
“Missing? Where are you?” Jaden asked, he sprang up, rushing out of the house.
“We’re at Rizz Club…..”
Jaden cut the call, he ran straight to his bike and drove off.
When he got to the club, Ashlyn and Evelyn was standing outside.
“Explain?” Jaden demanded, angrily.
“We were dancing and we didn’t know when she left……” Evelyn muttered.
“What the fuck did you bring her to a club!!” Jaden snapped and they gulped.
“Let me go!…. Leave me!!!” Amelia yelled as Oliver dragged her into a small apartment.
“Shut the fuck up ” He slapped her and pushed her on the bed.
“Please let me go….” Amelia tried to run but he hovered over her and pinned her hands above her head.
He tried to kiss her but she kept on dodging it, he gave her another tight slap.
“Please Oliver, stop this…..” She cried.
“I’m not letting you go until I fuck you” Oliver muttered, he tore off the upper part of her gown.
Her breast were now visible as he tried to bra, he accidentally let one of her hand slip, she pushed him off and tried to run but he easily caught her because she was still a little drunk and couldn’t walk straight.
He slapped he again and she fell to the ground, an asthmatic attack struck her and she began panting for air.
She could barely breath and her chest was hurting, it felt like burning fire.
Oliver panicked when he saw her struggling to breath, he realized she was asthmatic.
Out of fear he ran out of the room, leaving her there.
Meanwhile
Jaden couldn’t find any clues around, he sighed because he was already going crazy.
He called the maid at home and she told him Amelia hasn’t returned home.
“Did you find anything that belongs to her?” Jaden asked.
“We found her heels over there” Evelyn pointed.
Jaden looked around and noticed there was a five star hotel close, and they had a CCTV camera.
Jaden rushed into the hotel.
“How may I help you sir?” The receptionist asked.
“Where is the CCTV room” Jaden asked.
“Am sorry sir but it’s for employees only ” The lady replied.
“Think again “He stylishly brought out his gun, the lady gasped.
“Take me there or I won’t think twice before blowing your brains out” Jaden warned meaningfully.
“Ok…okay” The lady shivered fearfully, Jaden held the gun behind her as she lead him into the CCTV room.
The lady stood at a side as Jaden watched the CCTV footage.
His eyes darkened the moment he saw Oliver dragging Amelia into his car.
He rushed out of the hotel, Evelyn and Ashlyn were standing outside waiting for him.
“Did you find anything?….” Ashlyn asked but he ignored her and drove away in his bike.
The moment he stopped his bike in front of Oliver’s house was the same moment Oliver drove in with his car.
Jaden jumped out of bike, he took long strides towards Oliver, Oliver tried to run away seeing the rage in Jaden’s eyes.
Jaden caught him and gave him a punch.
“Where is Amelia?” He asked, holding Oliver’s collar tightly.
Oliver wiped his bloody lips with the back of his hands.
“I asked you a question?!!” Jaden muttered, giving Oliver another punch.
“She’s in green Street apartment 35” Oliver mumbled breathlessly.
“If anything happens to her, I swear I’ll kill you” Jaden let go of Oliver and rushed to his bike, he drove off without a second thought.
Oliver stood up and ran into his house.
He quickly got to his room and started packing his bags, he knows if Jaden gets hold of him again then he’s dead!
Jaden’s eyes widened as he saw Amelia unconscious on the floor and her dress was torn.
He squat next to her and placed her head on his laps, he placed his head on her chest……she wasn’t breathing!!!
He used the bedspread to cover her properly before driving her off to the hospital.
His heart kept pounding in his chest as they placed Amelia on a stretcher, they took her into a room.
Jaden stood outside impatiently, Ashlyn and Evelyn had called him up a while ago and they quickly rushed to the hospital.
Evelyn was already in tears while Ashlyn was trying to comfort her but even Ashlyn felt really bad.
It was their fault for bringing her to the club.
The doctor soon came out of the room and they rushed to him.
“Is she alright?” Jaden asked.
“Am sorry but I can’t say anything for now, it’s a fifty fifty but am not really sure if she can survive it, the asthmatic attack she had was a very serious one and what made it worst was that you wasted time to bring her here…… I don’t want to give you false hope, I really don’t think she can survive it…..” The doctor said and walked away.
Ashlyn and Evelyn bursted into tears.
Jaden heart started to pound and for the first time in years he felt fear.
His eyes darkened, he brought out his gun from his pocket, clenching it tightly, he walked out of the hospital.
“Oliver, prepare your coffin!” Jaden muttered.
