CHAPTER 25 & 26 : An Overprotective Love
“Did he hang up?” Amelia mumbled to herself as she dialed Jaden’s again, she has been trying his number for a while but it isn’t going through and it’s getting her worried.
She quickly got down from her bed and ran to her mother’s room.
“Mom” She knocked.
“Come in dear” Vera’s voice came and Amelia rushed.
“Mom I think Jaden’s in danger, I was talking to him and the call suddenly disconnected……” Amelia said, worriedly.
“Am sure he’s fine, maybe he’s out of network coverage” Vera said and Amelia shook her head.
“Something is definitely wrong, this has never happened before, I think…….”
“Calm down, stop jumping into negative conclusions, wait for some minutes, he must be on his way” Vera cut her off.
“You’re right, I should think positive” Amelia mumbled, taking deep, calm breaths.
“I’ve noticed you both are close these days” Vera said and Amelia paused.
“Yes, he’s a nice friend” Amelia said, smiling awkwardly and Vera nodded.
Just as she walked downstairs, the door opened and Jordan walked in with Elsa.
“Hey, Amy I’m sure you remember Elsa, my fiance” Jordan said and Amelia nodded.
“Nice to meet you again” Amelia smiled but Elsa rolled her eyes, walking right pass her.
“Don’t mind her, she’s in a bad mood” Jordan mouthed and followed Elsa.
“She’s always in a bad mood” Amelia sighed.
She sat on the couch and brought out her phone, she dialed Jaden’s number again but it still wasn’t connecting.
“Should I call the police?” Amelia mumbled, biting her lips.
Jaden made his way through the streets with a bruised arm, it was bleeding madly but he could barely feel the pain, his legs were aching but he didn’t mind.
He walked into the ice cream store, all eyes landed on him.
Shouldn’t he be in a hospital right now?
After selecting Amelia’s favourite ice cream flavour, he paid for it and left.
Getting a cab wasn’t easy at all, it was already getting dark and the road looked kinda deserted.
He took slow steps as his eyes began turning, he felt dizzy but at least he was greatful that he wasn’t dead, he jumped out of the car before it went over the cliff but he got badly injured.
He wanted to go to a hospital first but he remembered he promised Amelia to get her something on his way back.
A cab finally came and he waved it down, he got into it and the driver drove off.
“Jordan am pregnant….” Elsa folded her arms.
Jordan’s eyes left his laptop and landed on her.
“Congratulations, please send my congrats to the father too” Jordan said.
“Meaning? You’re the father” Elsa said making Jordan chuckle.
“If this is a joke then it’s not funny” Jordan said.
“Seriously? This baby is yours, it’s not a fucking joke!” Elsa yelled.
“Elsa leave my house….” Jordan said, calmly.
“I’m not going anywhere, you have to take responsibility for your actions” Elsa sneered.
“I’m very sure I haven’t touched you in the last one year, now you coming here to tell me you’re pregnant for me sounds like a joke” Jordan said.
“You’re mad, in fact you’re stupid, how can you say that to me, you haven’t touched me in the last one year, what about that night?….” Elsa glared.
“Which night?” Jordan asked.
“That night ….. that….. You were drunk” Elsa shuttered.
“I don’t drink, so where’s your point?” Jordan asked, standing up.
“You won’t remember the night because you were drunk, it’s your baby….” Elsa said.
“I’m done being your puppet, leave me house.” Jordan said.
“I’m not going anywhere….” Elsa said, adamantly.
Jordan grabbed her arm and threw her out of the room, he also threw her bag at her.
“When I come out next, I don’t want to see you here” Jordan said, and slammed the door on her face.
“You can’t do this to me!” Elsa yelled, banging on the door.
Amelia heard the noise and went upstairs, she stopped as she saw Elsa yelling and hitting Jordan’s door.
“What are you staring at?” Elsa faced her and Amelia shook her head.
She turned to go into her room but Elsa held her hair, pulling her back.
“You think you are better than me, right?” Elsa held Amelia’s hair so tight that her scalp started hurting.
“Please stop!” Amelia yelled, but Elsa pulled her hair tighter, so tight that some of Amelia’s hair pulled off.
Amelia was still screaming, Jordan heard the noise and rushed out of the room.
He pulled Elsa away from Amelia and gave her a dirty slap.
“How dare you, I can sue you!…..” Elsa yelled.
“I see you’ve finally gone insane, I said leave my house before I lose my cool” Jordan said.
“This is not the end, Jordan I swear I’ll ruin you!” Elsa said before rushing away.
“Amy, you okay?” Jordan asked.
“I’m fine, I’ll be in my room” Amelia said, walking away.
As she walked into her room, she tried Jaden’s line again but nothing.
She gave up and tossed the phone on the bed, she decided to take a cool bath first, as she took off her clothes, about to enter the bathroom, her phone rang.
It was from an unknown number but she answered it anyways.
“Hello…” Amelia said.
“Little @ss” Jaden called in a raspy voice.
“Are you okay? What happened to your phone? Why weren’t you picking up?” She asked immediately.
“I’m alright, I’m on my way home.” He replied.
“I’ll be waiting, I give you five minutes only”.
“Okay, see you soon” He said and cut the call.
She rushed into the bathroom and quickly took her bath soon she came out with a towel wrapped around her body, her eyes fell on Jaden how was sitting on the edge of her bed, staring at her with some much intrigue.
She stood still for seconds as their eyes locked, then she came closer that’s when she noticed his bandaged arm as a gasp left her throat, she squat in front of him.
“Are you alright?” She asked, softly, holding the bandaged hand carefully.
“What happened to your hand?” She asked, raising her head to meet his eyes on her.
He wasn’t just staring at her he was studying her, his eyes on her damp hair that was sticking on her face, then her pink lips they seems more pinkish due to the water, then her eyes.
Her fucking innocent eyes, those eyes that could spell him without even trying, those eyes that felt like they could pierce into his soul.
“Jaden….” She called, softly as his eyes fell on her slightly exposed cleavage.
He gently held her, making her seat next to him, he arranged her hair a little, his eyes still not leaving hers, the manner which he was staring made Amelia wonder what’s going on in that his head?
That’s a question she believes she’ll never get an answer, the fact that she doesn’t understand most things he does, scares her and makes her excited at the same time.
His index finge drew imaginary lines down her cheek, he held her waist and pulled her closer to him.
“I want to do dirty things to you….” He finally spoke out and her breath hitched, she could feel her heart flipping inside her chest, her palms became sweaty.
“I want to make you scream my name till you lose your voice, I want to tie you up and fuck you till you can’t walk again,…….” He said, unflinchingly, will she be mad to admit she kinda wants it to happen?
He leaned closer and held the tip of her towel, attempting to pull it off but she held it tighter.
“Jaden please….” She shook her head, As amazing as it sounds, she wasn’t ready for this….. At least not right now, no matter how much she wanted this, she doesn’t want it to happen now or this way.
“Little @ss your were the one trying to seduce me” He chuckled, lightening the mood.
“I wasn’t seducing you….” She denied.
“Every single movement you make seduces me” He said and she blinked.
“Tell me what happened to you? You made me worried” She pouted.
“I was almost killed” He chuckled.
“What?” She gasped in a whisper.
“Yeah but I can’t die not when I have such a cute baby waiting for me at home” He said and a huge smile creeped her lips.
“I got your ice cream” He said, handing her a bag.
“I’ll dress up first” She stood up and took out some clothes from her wardrobe and ran into the bathroom.
After changing, she sat down on Jaden’s laps.
“I’m tired of all these, everytime a different drama comes up, I just want to live in peace” Amelia said.
“Don’t worry, everything will be over soon, I promise” He whispered, he picked up the ice cream and opened it then he began to feed her.
She soon fell asleep, still sitting on his laps, while he wrapped his hands around her waist tightly and possessively like it was his lifeline.
•NEXT DAY, FINELY COLLEGE•
Amelia had to come to school in Evelyn and Ashlyn’s car, Jaden said he had some important work to take care of, so he called Evelyn and Ashlyn to pick her up.
As soon as the car hauled in the school’s parking lot, Evelyn and Ashlyn flew out of the car, running into the school in full speed.
They had an early class and they were already late, so Amelia was left alone,
Amelia had about an hour before her first class, so she just wondered about the school, as she was walking she saw a pool, she didn’t know the school had a general pool.
She came closer, staring at her reflection in the water when suddenly someone pushed her into the water from behind.
As she fell into the water with a loud splash, she immediately rose up to find Cherry standing by the pool with an ugly smile.
“Why did you push me?” Amelia asked, swimming out of the water.
“Listen bitch, Jaden has and will always be mine so back off” Cherry growled making Amelia scoff.
“What exactly makes you think he’s yours?” Amelia asked, folding her arms.
“I don’t need to answer your stupid question, I’ve warned you and it’s best if you don’t try to prove stubborn or else…..” Cherry said.
“Or else what? You know what…. I’ve had enough of this your stupid attitude, it’s best if you compose yourself or else I won’t take it lightly with you” Amelia said and walked away.
“Who exactly does she think she is?” Cherry rolled her eyes and walked away.
“Gosh what am I going to do?” Amelia groaned as she walked into the restroom, her clothes were completely soaked and he class will be starting in few minutes,
She can’t walk in there all drenched.
She fished out her phone from her pocket and almost started crying, the phone isn’t water proved and it’s totally ruined.
She doesn’t have clothes to change into and she can’t call anyone for help. This is officially her worst day at school.
Sam was sitting in his casually furnished living room, his little daughter was on his laps, he was playing with her when the door bell rang.
“Mary, go get the door” Sam’s voice came, a lady about his age came out of the inner room. She’s obviously his wife.
“Good morning may I help you” Mary said as she opened the door.
“Step aside” A voice that Sam could recognize came and Sam’s heart flipped.
No it can’t be him, he’s already dead!
Just then Jaden walked into the house, Sam stood in shock and the little girl fell from his laps.
“Sam are you mad?!” Mary yelled as she rushed to pick the little girl that was crying on the floor.
“Mary, both of you should go inside” Same said,his eyes still on Jaden.
Mary left without auguring.
“I’m sorry, I didn’t….”
“Sit let’s talk” Jaden cut him off and Sam gulped.
“I said, fucking take a seat” Jaden repeated and Sam sank into the chair, his muscles slightly shaking with fear.
“Good, now tell me who sent you, we don’t know each other and we certainly don’t have any beef so who send you?” Jaden asked, coming closer to Sam, his broad figure overshadowing sam’s.
“It… It was Ben” Sam replied.
“Ben” Jaden mumbled, folding his fist as his eyes darkened, all the images slowly started coming back.
How he cried every night, how he begged them telling them he wasn’t mad, every night he would be given shock therapy which was unbelievably painful.
“Where is he?” Jaden asked.
“Miller mansion” Sam replied.
“He’s there right now?” Jaden asked and Sam nodded.
Jaden retrieved his gun from his pocket, and turned to leave but sam’s voice stopped him.
“Wait, you can’t go there now, he has so many guards around the mansion, it’s impossible for you to get in”
“And what do you suggest I do?” Jaden raised a brow.
“I’ll help you, but we need a plan first, he’s planning on running in the upcoming election, it’s best if you bring him down publicly so he can be punished” Sam said.
“Why are you helping me?”
“I hate him as much as you do, he threatened me with my family, he’s pure evil” Sam said.
“Fine but if I find out you’re still working with him, I’ll personally cut your daughter’s legs and send it to you in a gift basket” Jaden smirked and Sam gulped.
As Amelia stepped out of the restroom, she saw Evelyn and Ashlyn passing by they had just finished their class.
As they came closer to her, they gasped.
“Why are you wet?” Evelyn asked.
“It was Cherry, she pushed me into the pool” Amelia said.
“I think I need to teach that witch a lesson” As Ashlyn was about to leave Amelia held her back.
“Just let it go” Amelia said and Ashlyn sighed.
“I have some spare clothes in the car” Evelyn said.
“I haven’t seen you beautiful ladies today” Dylan said from behind and they all turned to him.
“Well, we’re her now, do you have anything for us?” Ashlyn asked.
“For you both, I don’t but for her…. She can have my heart” Dylan winked at Evelyn.
“Are you both dating?” Amelia asked.
“No we’re…….”
“Not yet but soon” Dylan cut Evelyn off and she glared at him.
“Let’s go so you can change, these wet clothes must be uncomfortable….. Let’s go baby” Evelyn said, taking Amelia away.
“When will you start calling me baby too?” Dylan yelled, running after them.
“Well I guess I’m alone” Ashlyn sighed, just then a hand wrapped around her waist.
Out of reflex she turned to punch the person but her hand stopped mid air when she saw Xavier with his usual smile.
“Calm down tigress” Xavier chuckled.
Ashlyn pushed his hand away from her waist.
“If you dare touch me again, I’ll cut of your punny hands” Ashlyn glared.
“I’d like to see you try” Xavier said, coming closer to her, and she moved backwards till her back hit the wall, he used his hands to cage her there.
His eyes landed on her lips, he started leaning towards it.
“If you kiss me, I swear I’ll kick your ball so hard you’ll never be able to use them again” Ashlyn muttered, deadly and Xavier moved back immediately.
“I’ve been looking for you all over the school Xavier” A girl came closer to them.
Ashlyn rolled her eyes and walked away.
Amelia came out of the bathroom wearing Evelyn’s clothes, Amelia’s body was more thicker than Evelyn’s, which made her clothes tighter.
The clothes wear sticking to her body like a seconds skin, it wasn’t tight but it was really uncomfortable, she has never worn such clothes before.
“You look sexy” Evelyn gushed.
“I look like a sinner” Amelia sighed, pulling the gown down.
“Don’t be like that, it fits you perfectly” Evelyn smiled.
“Are you going to class now?” Evelyn asked.
“No, I’m about twenty minutes late, the lecturer won’t allow me into the class so I’ll just wait for the next class” Amelia said and Evelyn nodded.
“You and Jaden…. Are both of you dating?” Evelyn asked and Amelia blinked.
“No, why are you asking?” Amelia asked.
“He behaves over protective of you and he is always possessive, I think he likes you” Evelyn said.
“Really? But he has never told me anything like that” Amelia said.
“Maybe he hasn’t realized his feelings, try to ask him not directly but just……..”
“Amelia, can we talk?” Kelvin came over to them.
“Yeah, you can say it right here…” Amelia said.
“I want to talk in private” Kelvin said.
Amelia looked at Evelyn and she nodded and left.
Kelvin held Amelia’s hand but she quickly jerked it away.
“You can lead the way” Amelia smiled awkwardly.
Kelvin took her to the basketball court, Amelia’s eyes widened as she saw everywhere was decorated with different flowers.
“Kelvin what is this about?” Amelia asked.
“Amelia I love you, very much” Kelvin confessed and Amelia took a step back.
“Kelvin I…..”
“I’ve loved you since the day I first me you” Kelvin said.
“I’m sorry but I don’t feel the same way” Amelia said and Kelvin’s next move shocked her.
He pushed her and her back hit the wall hard, then he pinned her hands above her head and kissed her.
Her eyes widened as she tried to push him away but his grip was too strong.
He kept on kissing her forcefully until her lips bled and he let her go.
She gave him a hard slap and ran away.
Immediately Cherry came out of her hiding spot with a smile.
“Did you get the picture?” Kelvin asked.
“Check it out” Cherry handed him her phone and he smirked seeing the pictures of him and Amelia kissing.
CHAPTER 27 & 28 : Caught in a Web
Amelia ran into the bathroom and turned on the tap, she washed her mouth countless times, the thought of his lips on hers disgusted her.
She soon turned off the tap and left, she went in search of Evelyn and Ashlyn.
She soon found them in the cafeteria, she walked up to them and sat down next to them with a gloomy look.
“Baby, what happened? What did Kelvin say?” Evelyn asked but Amelia kept quiet, sniffling.
“Did he do something to you?” Ashlyn asked.
“He kissed me” Amelia sniffled.
Ashlyn immediately rose up in anger,
“I think someone needs to be taught a good lesson” She said and left in search of Kelvin.
“Stop crying, everything will be fine” Evelyn said and Amelia nodded.
Her phone chimed and she retrieved it from her bag.
~Meet me at the roof top.
That’s all the message said, she didn’t know who it was but she still decided to go.
“Baby, I’ll be back” Evelyn left.
Amelia was now left alone, she was staring into thin air, she didn’t realize when Jaden walked in and sat next to her.
“Little @ss” He called, snapping her out of her thoughts.
She smiled and hugged him, tightly.
“I thought you won’t come again” She mumbled.
“Not possible” He muttered and she sniffled.
“Are you okay?” He asked, breaking the hug.
“Yes, I’m just having a bad day” Amelia sighed.
“Tell me who made you upset, I’ll kill the person right now” Jaden said and Amelia grinned.
“Wait, what are you wearing? What happened to your clothes?” Jaden asked, staring at the short dress she was putting on.
“I fell mistakenly fell into the pool, so Evelyn gave me her extra dress” Amelia smiled and Jaden nodded.
“It looks good on you” He said.
“I don’t like it” Amelia pouted, Jaden suddenly noticed the cut on her lower lip.
“What happened to your lip?” He asked.
“What…” She whispered, touching her lips, the cut was the impact of how hard Kelvin had kissed her.
“I bit my lips too hard” She lied, what is she supposed to do, she’s scared if she tells Jaden the truth he might do something drastic that will lead him into trouble.
“Why were you biting your lips?” He raised a brow.
“My class just started, I don’t want to be late, see you later” She said and ran off before he could protest.
As Evelyn walked into the rooftop, she saw Jerry, was he the one who sent the text?
“Hi” She said, drawing his attention, he turned ans faced her.
“Hey, I want to talk to you” He said.
“Go on”.
“I want to apologize for how I’ve been treating you in the past, I’m really sorry” He said and her lips parted.
Wait, is she dreaming, is Jerry is really apologizing to her.
“Evelyn….” He called, snapping her out of her thoughts.
“Huh?”
“Do you want to be friends?” He asked and she nodded.
“I would love too” She grinned.
“So, will you go on a dinner date with me?” He asked and her eyes widened.
“Just as friends” He said immediately and she laughed.
“Yeah” She replied.
Ashlyn has been searching for Kelvin all around the school with no luck, she was already tired so she stayed still to catch her breath.
“What angered my tigress now?” A familiar annoying voice asked from behind.
She began walking away without turning but stopped when the person held her, turning her around to make her face him.
“What’s wrong? You look angry” Xavier said.
“I’m not angry” Ashlyn sighed.
“Your whole face is painted red and you want me to believe you’re not angry?” He raised a brow.
“Leave me alone, stop pestering me” Ashlyn said.
“I won’t, but I just came to ask if you’ll be my date to the party” He said and her gave a confused look.
“What party?” Ashlyn asked.
“The school is organizing a party, next week Friday” Xavier said and she gasped.
“Seriously?….” She was shocked because parties had been banned form the school ever since two students die out of high intake of hard drugs.
“Yeah, will you go with me?” He asked.
“What exactly makes you think i would go with you?” She scoffed.
“You don’t want to?”
“No I don’t” She replied, walking away.
“Fine, I’ll find someone else” He said, expecting her to react but she kept walking away like she didn’t hear him.
“Wait…” He ran after her.
“What?” She groaned.
“I won’t let you go until you agree to go with me” He said, stubbornly.
“I said, I’m not going anywhere, leave me alone!” She yelled, running away while he ran after her.
Finely college has two different library and right now Jaden was in the rarely used one.
He always comes here anytime he doesn’t want any noise, just then Cherry walked in.
“Five feet away” Jaden said, without looking at her, his eyes were glued to his phone and she stopped on her tracks.
“I want to show you something” Cherry said.
“Not interested” He replied, curtly.
“It’s about Amelia” Cherry said and Jaden finally looked at her.
“That girl is just a bitch, a slut, do you actually think she’s loyal to you, she….”
“Just tell me you’re here to receive a slap” Jaden cut her off.
“I knew you wouldn’t believe me” Cherry said and gave Jaden her phone.
“You…..” He paused when his eyes landed on the picture, his eyes darkened and his grip tightened on the phone, so thighs it almost shattered.
For a moment he didn’t want to believe this picture was real but he knows edited pictures can’t fool him, this picture is definitely real and it was taken today.
Jaden released hot air out of his nostrils and rose up.
“Follow me” He muttered, walking pass Cherry, she smiled widely and followed him.
Jaden marched straight into the class Amelia was having her last class.
“Jaden, it’s not right to enter my class without permission” The lecturer said but at that moment he was talking to himself because Jaden wasn’t even listening.
His eyes were on Amelia as he marched towards her, he held her hand and pulled her out.
Sensing a new drama, all the students rushed out of the class, following Jaden.
Cherry’s heart couldn’t hold the joy she was feeling as she watched Jaden drag Amelia to a spacious part of the school.
“Jaden what’s this about?” Amelia asked, as Jaden released her hand.
He showed her the picture and her eyes widened, her mouth flew open but no words came out, her throat ran dry.
“Jaden….I…I.. didn’t” She shuttered but was cut short as Jaden left.
She looked around and found all eyes and cameras on her, she felt like the ground should open up and swallow her.
She swallowed her own spit as she saw Jaden approach her with a bat.
Is he going to hit her? Her heart already flew out of her chest.
He took steps closer to her and she moved back.
“Come here, little @ss” Jaden muttered, spreading his hands, inviting her for a hug.
She looked confused and she hesitated but she eventually walked into his warm embrace.
“Don’t be scared” He said, Hugging her.
“I don’t understand what is happening here?” Cherry asked, loudly and all eyes fell on her.
“You actually thinking I’ll be mad at her after seeing that picture is pure stupidity” Jaden said, still holding Amelia.
He threw her phone and it landed on the floor, shattering completely.
“I trust her more than I trust myself, so it’s funny that you think, I’ll hate her or push her away after seeing that shit…… I know she’ll never kiss that bastard willingly so it was quite easy to detect your stupid petty plan” He smirked and Cherry folded her fist, angrily.
He stroked Amelia’s hair gently and slowly broke the hug, she was already in tears.
“I’m sorry for not telling you, I….” He placed his index finger on her lips, stopping her from saying more.
“I don’t need your explanation” He said and she smiled.
“Remember when I said I don’t like weak girls?” He asked and she nodded.
He handed her the bat and she took it from him, holding it firmly…. Her eyes landed on Cherry who was already sweating like a goat ready for slaughter.
“Go get her, baby” Jaden smirked.
CHAPTER 29 & 30 : A Game of Cat and Mouse
Holding the bat firmly, Amelia took long strides toward Cherry, Cherry heart pounded in fear, she turned around to run but she paused as she saw Ashlyn standing behind her.
“Where do you think you are going?” Ashlyn asked, with a mocking smile.
Cherry gulped and turned to face Amelia, she knew she was doomed so she resulted to begging.
She immediately went down on her knees.
“Please forgive me, I’m really sor….” Before she could complete what she was saying the bat landed violently on her head, her head began spinning as she saw imaginary stars flying around,
Before she could recover from the first one another hit equal to the first one landed on her head, tears flowed down Cherry’s eyes as she saw her whole life flash before her eyes.
Amelia used all the strength and anger she had to hit Cherry, every hit became more and more violent.
“Please…. Stop” Cherry’s faint voice came as she landed on the floor, she fell into a semi conscious state.
Jaden on the other hand couldn’t contain the joy in his heart, seeing her violence side is something he’ll never forget, every hit Amelia gave Cherry made him more prouder of her. He’s determined to built her into a strong lady.
“Please…. Amelia…. St..op” Cherry mumbled as she slowly drifted into darkness. She fainted.
But Amelia wasn’t ready to let her go, Ashlyn had to pull Amelia away before she finally stopped.
A satisfactory smile graced Amelia’s lips as she stared at Cherry, this is the first time she’d be beating someone up and she loves the feeling, maybe she should do this more regularly. She threw the bloody bat on the floor, turned and ran to Jaden.
She jumped on him and he easily caught her holding her ass firmly while she wrapped her legs around his waist.
“You did well little @ss” Jaden muttered and smashed his lips on hers, kissing her.
Jaws dropped and mouths flew open, this is a show that will be talked about for centuries, nobody would believe that Amelia would actually beat Cherry mercilessly, most people had thought she wouldn’t do it.
As Jaden broke the kiss, he carried Amelia away.
“Who’s going to clean that up?” Xavier asked, referring to Cherry and her pool of blood.
“Not me” Ashlyn muttered and left, Evelyn followed, like that all the students left, not caring about Cherry.
Jaden dropped Amelia on the table as soon as they go to an empty class then he stood in between her legs.
“You almost killed her, I think I’m scared of you now” Jaden chuckled.
“I enjoyed it very much, you’re the best” She hugged him tightly and he smiled, hugging her back.
“I was scared you that you would be mad at me and when I saw the bat, I thought you were going to hit me….” Amelia said and Jaden immediately broke the hug, with a frown.
“You really thought I would hit you? Is that what you think of me?” He asked, looking pissed.
“No I didn’t mean it like that, I know you won’t hurt me but at that time, I was scared….” She said.
“Scared that I would hit you, right?” He frowned, moving away from her.
She immediately got down from the desk and followed him as he left the class.
“Chipmunk….” She called in a tiny voice, following him behind but he didn’t stop nor turn.
“Baby… Sugar… Sweetie pie….” She kept on calling as she followed him.
“Come on, don’t be like that” Amelia groaned but he still ignored her, she quickly wrapped her hands around his waist from behind and he stopped moving.
“let me go….” He said, trying to remove her hands but she held him tighter.
“Am sorry, if you don’t forgive me, I’m going to cry” She pouted.
“Okay fine, I’m not angry” He said and she let him go, he turned around and she gave him a hug.
“We should go get you new clothes” Jaden said, stroking her hair.
“No, I can just change at home, there’s no need of spending your money” She shook her head.
“How would your mother feel, seeing her daughter coming home with clothes soaked in blood?” He raised a brow.
“You’re right, she will probably think I’ve become a criminal” She said and Jaden chuckled.
“Let go” He said, lifting her off her feet while she giggled as he took her outside the school.
Jaden drove Amelia to a clothing store, she picked out a simple dress and got changed as she came out Jaden handed her five designer dresses to try on.
“I don’t want this” She said.
“Well, I’m not leaving her till you try them” Jaden said and she sighed.
“Why do you want to waste your money on such things? I have more than enough clothes at home” Amelia said.
“You don’t want to try them on?” Jaden asked and she shook her head negatively.
“Fine” He stood up and walked to the cashier, after paying for the clothes including the designer dresses then left.
“Are we going home?” Amelia asked, as they got into the car.
“You have one more class left, so we’re going back to school” He replied.
“How do you know that?” She asked.
“I alway keep a close eye on you in school” He said and she rolled her eyes.
“Creep” She muttered.
After Amelia attended her last class, she was very tired, she sluggishly pulled herself out of the hall, she smiled when she saw Jaden waiting outside for her.
She ran to him.
“Am hungry” She pouted.
“Wait till we get home” Jaden replied.
“I can’t I’ll probably die before we get home” She mumbled and he sighed.
“Stop being dramatic, we’ll get you something to eat at the cafeteria” He replied and she smiled.
She held his hand as they both walked into the cafeteria, Ashlyn, Evelyn and Xavier were already there.
She left Jaden’s hand and ran towards them then she took a seat next to Ashlyn.
“Are you okay?” Evelyn asked.
“Yes, why?” Amelia asked.
“I thought you might be traumatized after what you did to Cherry, that was brutal” Evelyn laughed.
“I love feisty girls, so can I have your number?” Xavier and and someone smacked his head from behind.
“Who the fûck…..” He turned and found Jaden glaring at him.
“I was just kidding with her, you didn’t have to hit me so hard” Xavier sighed, rubbing his head.
“You can meet me in the car, when you’re done” Jaden said, dropping a plate of food on front of Amelia then he walked away.
“What’s wrong with him? Why is he behaving grumpy?” Ashlyn asked, as she watched Jaden walk away.
“Have Jaden asked you yet?” Evelyn asked.
“I don’t understand” Amelia said, eating.
“The school is hosting a party next week friday, I thought Jaden would have asked you to be his date already” Evelyn said.
“He hasn’t…. Yet” Amelia replied.
“What about you, do you have a date?” Amelia asked.
“Not yet” Evelyn replied.
“What about you?” Amelia asked facing Ashlyn.
“I’m going with him…. Only because he said, he would stop pestering me” Ashlyn replied.
“That’s a lie, she’s going with me because she has a crush on me” Xavier said and Ashlyn smacked his head.
“Stop that, my head hurts” He groaned.
•EVENING•
Evelyn checked herself in the mirror countless times, still not convinced about the dress she’s wearing.
“Lyn, how do you see this dress?” Evelyn asked.
“Am not saying anything until you tell me who you’re going out with” Evelyn said.
“Fine, I’m going with Jerry” She said and Ashlyn blinked.
“Which Jerry?”
“How many Jerry’s do you know?” Evelyn rolled her eyes.
“Let me get this straight, Jerry asked you out?” Ashlyn asked.
“Yes, is it too hard to believe” Evelyn asked and Ashlyn nodded.
“I don’t even like him” Ashlyn said.
“You’re not the one going out with him, just tell me how the dress looks” Evelyn said.
Ashlyn stood up from the bed, opened the wardrobe and threw Evelyn a green dress.
“Green looks better on you” Ashlyn said.
“Thanks” Evelyn smiled.
“If you come back home in tears, I swear I’ll kill Jerry” Ashlyn muttered.
Amelia knocked on Jaden’s door, she didn’t wait for a reply before walking in, he was walking on his computer but as soon as he heard the door crack open he turned.
“Why are you here?” He asked.
“Do you want me to leave?” She snapped.
“I didn’t mean, it like that, i thought you would be asleep by now” Jaden said.
“I could sleep, I was waiting for you” She replied, laying on his bed.
“I was busy” He said, and laid next to her.
“Evelyn told me about a party next week Friday” Amelia said.
“And?” He asked, pulling her closer to him.
“I thought you were going to ask me to go with you” She mumbled, lowly.
“I don’t like parties” He replied and she frowned.
“So will I go alone?” She asked.
“You can” He replied.
“I don’t want you, why can you just come with me” She whined.
“Bribe me, then I’ll come with you”
“Bribe? What do you want?” She asked.
“I want a kiss” He replied.
“Just a kiss?” She asked and he nodded childishly.
She took a deep breath and leaned in, immediately their lips touched he took over, kissing her like he has been waiting for this forever.
Still keeping up with the passionate kiss, his hands reached for her @ss, cupping it, he squeezed it and she let out a tiny moan.
He broke the kiss and reconnected it immediately, biting, sucking and exploring every damn inch of her candy mouth.
His other hand reached for her zipper and he pulled it down in a swift move, he broke the kiss again, hovering over her, he peeled the gown off her body, leaving her in her bra and panty only.
For a moment he stopped and starred at her, she felt shy under his intense gaze so she tried to cover her body with hands but he immediately pulled her hands down.
He kissed her again but this time on her neck, he kissed her so hard, making sure to leave hickeys.
•NEXT MORNING•
Amelia eyes fluttered opened, she yawned as she sat up on the bed, she was still naked, jaden walked into the room and she quickly used the sheets to cover herself.
“As if I haven’t seen everything” He scoffed.
“Where’s mom?” Amelia asked.
“She went out and I brought you breakfast in bed” Jaden said and Amelia’s face immediately became pale.
“I’m not hungry, you can take it back” She said immediately and he laughed.
“Don’t worry, I wasn’t the one who cooked it, it was your mom before she left” Jaden said and Amelia sighed out in relief.
“Should I feed you?” He asked and she nodded.
After she was done eating, he lifted her up in his arms, making the sheets fall from her body.
“Where are you taking me?” She asked.
“We should bath together, don’t you think so?” He asked, as he dropped her into the bathtub.
“Should I undress?” He smirked.
“Please no” She used her palms to cover her face.
He chuckled and ruffled her hair before leaving.
She looked a warm bath, wrapped a towel round her body and stepped out.
Her eyes caught a new dress, shoes and a phone on the bed, with a short letter saying,
~BE QUICK, I’M WAITING.
It was obviously Jaden that did this, so she quickly got dressed and met him downstairs.
He was also dressed, looking more handsome and dashing.
“You look gorgeous” He smiled.
“Are we going somewhere?” She asked and he nodded.
“We’re going on a date” He said and she couldn’t hide how red her cheeks had turned.
“A date?” She whispered to herself, biting her lips.
“Let’s go” He held her hand, pulling her away.
Jaden drove the car to a fancy restaurant, as they walked in there were given a reserved seat, and Jaden gave Amelia the menu.
Should looked at the list of delicacies and frown.
“Why are we here? I thought you said we’re going on a date” She said.
“Yes, it’s a date, don’t you like it?” He asked and she shooked her head.
“It’s so boring” She said.
“I thought this is the kind of things girls like” He raised a brow.
“I don’t like it, let’s go somewhere else” She said.
“Fine” He stood up and lead her out.
He got into the car and drove to a beach.
“Do you like it here?” He asked, as they came out of the car but she didn’t reply instead she ran towards the water, skipping like a kid.
He leaned on the car, watched her play in the water, jumping up and down, screaming and running a wave came near to her.
Soon she ran back to him, breathing incoherently.
“Let’s go play” She said, pulling him towards the water.
“No you can go ahead, I’ll watch” He replied.
“Come on, it’s not fun just playing all alone, come and join me…. Please” She pouted but he remained unmoved.
“Give it a go and I’ll give you a prize” She winked and he suddenly looked interested.
“What prize?” He asked, standing straight.
“It’s a surprise, try it and you’ll find out” She replied, running towards the water while he ran after her.
They both played in the water till both of them were completely drenched.
“Stop, I’m tired” Jaden said, standing still to catch his breath but Amelia didn’t stop playing, she had lots of energy in her.
“I want my prize” Jaden said and she paused.
“You’ll have to catch me first” She said, running away while he ran after her.
She kept looking back as she ran, and this time when she turned she bumped into someone and fell on the floor.
“Ouch…” She gasped, but she quickly stood.
“Are you blind?” The guy she bumped into asked, harshly.
“I’m sorry” She replied, trying to walk pass but he held her wrist.
“Apologize properly” He muttered, tightening his grip on her wrist, so much that it was hurting her.
“Let me go, I already said, I was sorry” She sighed, struggling with him.
“Is that how to apologize, you mannerless pig” He guy sneered, attempting to give her a slap but a voice stopped him.
“I see you’re tired of breathing, I can help with that” Jaden voice came and he immediately brought down his hand but he was still holding her wrist.
“Who are you?” The guy glared at Jaden.
“I’m her boyfriend and I would appreciate it of you let go of my girlfriend” Jaden said, calmly.
“And what if I don’t?” The guy asked, daringly.
“Then I’m sorry but you’ll only be leaving here with one hand” Jaden muttered, his aura becoming dangerous.
The guy immediately let go of Amelia and she ran to Jaden.
“Are you okay?” He asked and she shook her head, showing him her wrist, it was red due to how tight he held her.
“It hurts” She whimpered.
“You’ll have to get punished for that ar least” Jaden said.
“Do you know who you are talking to, my father is a very influencal person…. He can get you arrested for……….” Before the man could finish, jaden bumped a bullet into his left leg.
The man fell on his knees, groaning in pain.
“How dare you, I swear I’ll kill you!” The man shouted, holding his bleeding leg.
Jaden shot the second leg and the man cried in pain.
“Please spare me, I’m very sorry, please sir………” The man begged but Jaden remained expressionless as he stared at the man.
“Apologize to her, if she accepts your apology, I’ll let you leave here alife, if she doesn’t then…….rest in peace” Jaden said.
The man immediately dragged himself to Amelia.
“Please ma forgive me, I swear I was just stupid, I don’t want to lose my life, talk to your boyfriend….. Please” The man cried in tears.
“What do you say baby, should I forgive him?” Jaden asked.
Amelia stared at the man then back at Jaden, thinking if she should let this man live….. or should he die?
