They searched and searched,but luckily for them they saw the black briefcase at the corner of the fridge, they took it and angrily came out,with anger, one of the men pointed his gun on Sandra’s forehead, ”i thought u said the briefcase of money is not here? then wat is this briefcase am holding? the man said still pointing his gun on Sandra’s forehead ”guy fire this girl make we walka comot for here”, the 2nd man said ”no no no!
That is a different briefcase, pls don’t get me wrong! the briefcase u are holding belongs to my elder sister, she is using it to pack her handouts, she is a per term student, why not open it and see for urselves”, Sandra said, but unknown to them that Sandra hide all the money inside the briefcase on a big pot inside the kitchen ”wat nonsense are u talking about?
This is exactly the briefcase we saw earlier”, the man pointing the gun on Sandra’s head said ”i swear that briefcase belongs to my elder sister, just open it and checked wat is inside”, Sandra repeated ”guy let’s open this briefcase and know wat she is talking about”, the 2nd man said, and they open the briefcase, to their surprise, it was only books and handouts that was inside ”o boy na truth the girl dey talk o!
We tell boss kunle say the briefcase no dey here but him no hear, abeg make we walka jor”, the guy with the gun said, as they all sighed heavily and walked out of the house leaving the briefcase on the floor ”thank God they are gone! so their boss name is kunle? if that guy comes,I will asked him if he knew any kunle”, Sandra said to no one in particular ”smart girl”, Sandra added smiling.
”Boss kunle! we searched the whole house only for us to see a black briefcase that looks exactly like Tony’s own, and we opened it and saw only pappers and handouts inside of it, the blind girl said the briefcase belongs to her elder sister which she is using to put her handouts”, one of the men explained ”i regrets ever hiring u guys for this job! can’t u use ur number six?
There is a possibility that, that briefcase belongs to Tony and that the blind girl removed the whole money inside of it and hide it somewhere, then puts papers and handouts inside of it! u guys are senseless, I can’t believe a blind girl fooled u people!! don’t worry! I will go there myself and look for the money,..one of u should come with me so u can give me direction to the house”, kunle said and left the building with one of the men following behind.
”Sandra wat is still keeping u in that toilet? or are u giving birth there? pls come out and eat ur food before it gets cold”, Mary shouted from the sitting room, ”am coming, am almost done”, Sandra replied from the toilet ”alright! just be fast ok”, Mary said and just then the door flunged opened and kunle and one of his boy walked in, ”who are u and why didn’t u knock before entering my house? don’t ur mother give u manners? Mary angrily said ”u are a fool for saying that! do u know who I am? anyway I came here to search this house in peace, so if u don’t mind, excuse me”, kunle boldly said and made to walk inside the room but Mary pushed him back ”are u mad? are u crazy? who gave u the gut to Walk into my room?
Mary yelled ”get out of my way because I hate interruption and distraction”, kunle warned ”u are a fool, come and enter my room let me see u! animal”, Mary angrily said, before she knew wat was going on, kunle brought out a gun from his trouser and pointed it at Mary’s forehead ”will u get out of my way or I blow off ur skull”, kunle threatened ”oh drop that toy gun! do u think u can scare me with this gun?
Get out of this house or I call the police, get out”, Mary said and started pushing kunle and his boy out of the house, with anger, kunle cracked the gun and shot Mary two times on the forehead, Mary fell on the ground and died instantly, Sandra on hearing the gunshot quietly open the toilet door to know where the gun shot came from.

Sandra on hearing the gun shot quietly opened the toilet door to know where the gun shot came from, then it Dawn on her that the gunshot came from the very own house she and Mary were staying, then she sensed that Mary was in trouble, as she made to walk further, she started hearing noises, so she quietly sneaked back to the toilet and lock the door ”oh my God let it don’t be wat am thinking! I just hope Mary is safe there,.. coolval stories aaaah! this is all my fault, I wouldn’t have allowed that stranger to hide himself here at the first place! now look at wat is happening! God pls I just hope Mary is fine there! but this one am not hearing her voice! oh God! let it don’t be wat am thinking o”, Sandra panicked.
”aaaah boss u killed her? kunle boy said ”serve her right, I warned her that I hate distraction and interruption but she never listen, so serve her right! now let’s search the house thoroughly, I must find that money”, kunle said as they both started searching every corners of the house, they searched and searched but still couldn’t see the money ”where is this money for God sake?
by the way where is that blind girl? am pretty sure she is the one that hide that money! where is the bastard”, kunle said still searching the house, ”go to the toilet and search while I go to the kitchen”, kunle ordered and his boy nodded and walked away while kunle walked to the kitchen, kunle boy on getting to the toilet, he started pushing the door but it was locked, so it Dawn on him that someone is inside there ”i know u are the blind girl who is inside the toilet, open it now or I force it open myself, and u know wat that means”, kunle boy said ”pls I beg u!
Don’t hurt me! pls spare me I beg u in the name of God! plssss”, Sandra pleaded from inside the toilet, just then kunle walked up to his boy ”did u find anything in the toilet? kunle asked ”errrrm!! no boss, I searched the whole toilet but didn’t see anything,..but boss did u see the money in the kitchen?
Kunle boy asked ”no!! where could the money be and where could that blind girl be? because am pretty sure she knows where the money is? kunle said scrating his head ”i don’t know where the girl is boss! let’s just go”, kunle boy said as kunle nodded and they both walked out of the house.
After about thirty minutes, Sandra opened the toilet door and came out, because she knew they must have gone, she came out to the sitting room where Mary’s cold body was lying, as Sandra was walking, she mistakenly used her leg to hit Mary’s body, so it Dawn on her that Mary was the one lying on the floor, so she bent down and started shaking and calling Mary’s name, but no response, she screamed because it already Dawn on her that Mary was the one been shot.

The next day morning, Tony hurried to see Sandra for his briefcase, on reaching there,he knocked at the door but no response,..he knocked and knocked, yet still no response, fear gripped over him that instant, he thought Sandra has ran away with his money, so he forcefully pushed the door making it to open, he entered and was surprised to see Sandra sitting on the ground beside Mary crying her eyes out ”who are u pls”, Sandra asked in a low tone still crying ”oh my God why are u crying and who is this lady lying on the ground beside u?
Tony asked confusedly ”u have ruined my life! u are the reason why this lady is lying dead on the ground, this lady here is my saviour but u caused her death! I will give u back ur money and I want u to stay far away from me and this house! u ruined my life”, Sandra cried ”sorry I don’t get u? wat do u mean by I ruined ur life? pls make me understand”, Tony said confusedly, ”eversince u brought that useless briefcase of money here, so many men has been coming here with guns attacking me here and there, another different one came here yesterday with a gun and shot her”, Sandra cried, pointing at Mary’s body ”oh my God! I never knew all this has been happening! who could be behind all this?
Who could have sent them for my briefcase! pls am very sorry, I never knew it will results this way! don’t worry I must find all of them and even their leader! am so so so so sorry for involving u into this and for risking the life of ur sister, am so sorry”, Tony apologize ”will ur sorry bring back my sister? answer me”, Sandra shouted ”pls am so sorry”, Tony pleaded looking at Mary’s dead body,…after much pleading and pleading, Sandra finally forgives him ”did u know any of her family members so I can tell them about her death”, Tony asked as Sandra nodded negatively ”as u can see am blind!
I don’t know any of her family members”, Sandra replied ”ok did u have her phone? Tony asked ”yes!! I guess her phone will be on the dinning because that is where she normally keeps it”, Sandra said as hot tears started dropping down her eyes,..so Tony went to the dinning and saw the phone, it was a Nokia touch, so he searched for contact and saw where Mary saved my uncle, Tony dialed the uncle number that instant, it rang almost immediately….
As all this was going on, Mary was later buried by her family members, a day can never pass without Sandra crying, she vowed never to leave that house because the house reminds her of her saviour Mary.
Two days later, Tony came to visit her and met her crying ”i can’t believe u are still crying? I know how u feel pls stop crying”, Tony consoled, ”u don’t know how I feel! I so much Miss Mary! that lady has really helped me! aaaah!! why do she have to go so soon? Sandra cried ”only God knows the best! pls stop crying! I promise to always be there for u! I really don’t know why u don’t want to come staying with me?
Why do u choose to stay in this house? this house will keep reminding u of ur friend Mary! why not come and stay with me so I can keep my eyes very close on u”, Tony said ”no!! I will be fine here! pls don’t talk about it, I have made up my mind”, Sandra said with a teary eyes ”ok no problem if u say so! I will be coming to check on u everyday ok”, Tony said ”no prob! thanks for ur care!! pls I want to ask u a question”, Sandra said ”ok go on”, Tony replied ”those boys that came to this house with guns, I guess their boss name is kunle because I heard them say boss kunle! do u in anyway knows anybody with the name kunle?Sandra asked while Tony opened his mouth wide in shock.

Sandra asked ”yea I know him! kunle is my friend and like a brother to me! am not sure he is the one they were referring to! my brother kunle is not only the one bearing that name! kunle I know can never do a thing like that to me!
I trust him, not my kunle”,Tony said ”the enemy u don’t know is better than the one u know! a brother can betray a brother, how much more friends! it seems u trust human beings easily! am not accusing ur friend kunle but rather, I want u to do things smartly! friends are not worth trusting”, Sandra adviced ”i want u to put ur eyes on that ur friend kunle, because a friend has once betrayed me, my bestfriend for that matter! put an eyes on that ur friend before it too late”, Sandra added ”ok then wat do u want me to do now?
Tony asked ”dont tell him anything that I said to u, but rather when u gets home, tell him u want to search his room! if he refused, push him out of the way and do the searching, afterall the house belongs to u, u can do whatever u want with ur house, search his room to know if u will see any guns or weapon there,.. I don’t know that ur friend but something tells me he is the boss kunle”, Sandra said ”ok no problem! I will do as u say but I don’t believe my friend can do something like that to me”, Tony said.
Tony got home and met kunle at the sitting room operating on his laptop ”bro welcome back”, kunle greeted and continue with the laptop ”yea thank u! kunle! there is a rumour going on about u which I don’t like,.. so I want to be sure the rumors are not true”, Tony said ”wat rumors? kunle asked confusedly ”i want to search ur room for something and do not argue with me”, Tony said ”u want to search my room as how? are u ok? u want to search my room just because of rumors? u are sick Tony”, kunle angrily said ”kunle I will not have u insult me in my house, this is my house and I have every right to do whatever I want with it, Tony boldly said ”oh really?
So it has gotten to the essence of u talking to me anyhow because am in ur house and don’t have anywhere to go? no prob! I will leave ur house for u soon”, kunle said frowning his face ”suit urself! am going to search ur room for something”, Tony said and went to kunle’s room to do thoroughly searching, after searching and searching and could not see anything, he sighed heavily and walked out of the room ”kunle pls am sorry! I only want to clear my curiosity! but it seems the rumors are wrong”, Tony apologize ”f–k u”, kunle cursed and angrily walked out of the house.
Tony drove straight to see Sandra and met her ”i told u my kunle is not capable of doing that to me, I searched his room thoroughly but didn’t see any guns nor weapon”, Tony said ”oh so sorry! my thinking was wrong! anyway that’s by the way! so how is everything? Sandra asked ”we thank the Lord! Sandra pls come and start living with me! u can’t just be staying here all alone”, Tony said ”i will be fine here pls let not talk about that”, Sandra said.
As all this was going on, Tony found love in Sandra as they both started dating, so one day Tony brought Sandra to his house and introduce her to kunle, immediately kunle set his eyes on Sandra,he fell madly inlove with her that instant without minding her predicament, he vowed to do everything by his power to make Sandra his own forever.

Tony and Sandra fell madly inlove with each other, a day can never pass without them making love, their love was one in town, but Sandra still stood on her ground that she will be staying in Mary’s house despite the fact that Tony has begged her to come living with him but she refused, kunle on the other hand was planning his own devilish plan to make Sandra his.
Tony went to visit Sandra as usual, ”my love it high time I look into ur eyes! u can’t just remain blind like this, I will have to look for a solution! how can a pretty girl like u be blind! I have a friend who knew a professional doctor in charge of eyes surgery, but though the doctor hardly be in town, I will call that friend of mine to help me know if the doctor is In town so I can go and see him”, Tony said ”oh really?
I will be the happiest woman on Earth if I get back my sight because I can’t wait to see the face of the man whom am madly inlove with”, Sandra said shedding tears of joy ”it ok pls stop crying! I will do everything by my power for u to regain ur sight again ok”, Tony assured ”ok! thanks sweetheart”, Sandra said and hugged him ”sandra u are a very pretty girl, very pretty to behold!

I can kill just because of u”, Tony said smiling and touching Sandra’s face while Sandra was seen blushing ”yea I know am pretty because my mother has told me that, that was why she gave me a secret name which I cannot reveal to anyone, my mother is the only one entitled to call me that name because it a secret name”, Sandra said smiling ”not even me ur love?
Won’t u atleast tell me ur secret name too? Tony said smiling ”am sorry I can’t reveal that name! it so precious to me and besides it a secret name,” sandra said ”i thought u love me? Tony said ”offcourse I do! I so much love u even if I have not seen ur face”, Sandra said ”if u love me then tell me ur secret name and I promise to keep it as a secret too”, Tony said ”ok ok no problem! I will tell u, but keep it a secret too and don’t reveal it to anyone! am only telling u because of the love I have for u!! my secret name is ”JEWEL MMA” this name is so precious to me because it giving to me secretly by my mother”, Sandra said smiling ”jewel mma!! wow that’s nice, I promise to keep it as a secret”, Tony said and pecked her on the forehead making her to blush.
”Doctor I was the one who called u yesterday! I was told by my friend that u are in charge of eyes surgery, that was why I came because my girlfriend is a blind girl! pls doctor I want u to help me regain her sight again, I don’t care how much it will cause pls doctor”, Tony said ”u are lucky u came on time because I don’t normally be in town steady, I was planning on traveling next tomorrow, anyway that is by the way!
So where is this ur girlfriend because I needs to check her eyes to know if it is something I can do or something beyond my power”, the doctor said ”she is at home”, Tony replied ”ok! the both of u should come this evening for me to examine her”, the doctor said ”ok doctor I will do that! thank u very much”, Tony said and left the doctor’s office.
That same day evening, Tony and Sandra came to the hospital, after the doctor examine Sandra, he called Tony to his office ”doctor any good news? Tony asked anxiously ”yea!! her eyes is not beyond me, I can treat her but it will cost u a fortune”, the doctor said ”like how much doctor? Tony asked curiously ”it will cost u thirty million naira”, the doctor said ”What?? that amount is too huge na doctor! aaaah!!
Pls doctor let me give u twenty million! pls help me”, Tony pleaded ”am sorry there is nothing I can do, that is the amount”, the doctor said ”hmmm!! ok no problem doctor, as long as she will regain her sight again! I will do the transfer but not today, maybe tomorrow so u can start the surgery”, Tony said ”no problem! but let ur tomorrow be tomorrow because I will be traveling very soon”, the doctor said ”ok no problem doctor! thank u very much”, Tony said stood up and left the doctor’s office.
